A drive south from Kona Town, this beautiful home is a unique combination of modern and old-style Hawaiian. If you want to detach from stress and give yourself a relaxing vacation, this is the home for you.

This tri-level home has three lanais for you to choose from to enjoy stunning sunsets and whale watching. As you walk into the main level of the home, you will immediately notice the open floor plan with a kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen offers a wide range of cooking and baking utensils perfect for a family or large party getaway offering you an option for “Al Fresco”, open-air dining. The huge covered lanai space includes a wet bar, two outdoor dining areas, a barbecue grill, and additional seating.

At the center of the home is an open stairwell that leads downstairs to the two guest bedrooms, one that has a queen-size bed and the other with two twin beds. These guest bedrooms share a bathroom. There are also two Primary Suites on the top floor, each with a private bathroom.
Pebbles beach is at the bottom of Kona Paradise. It's a steep hike or a drive down.

Restaurants and grocery stores are within driving distance from the home and feature local foods, grocery, and miscellaneous household items. You'll also find great local coffee shops to sample some famous Kona coffees. This is truly a get-away-from-it-all stay!

*Please note: This is a multi-level home with no bedrooms or showers located on the main floor and is not fully accessible for those with disabilities. While we also welcome children the home is NOT childproof. Please use caution throughout the home and with rails and steep hills.

This unit does not have air conditioning, but the open floor plan provides cool breezes. This home is located 35 miles south of the Kona airport. The nearest grocery store is about 30-40 minutes away. We suggest purchasing all groceries in Kona Town.

Please be aware that Kona Paradise is a steep drive and should be taken cautiously.
