We enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The unit was very comfortable and clean. It also had a well stocked kitchen and all the beach equipment one would need. Definitely recommend, and would be happy to return!

Everything was as advertised, or better. We really liked the vibe of Kihei / Wailea.
We got a few messages from the owner in the weeks before or trip. A few days before our check-in we got all the info we needed. Once there, everything was perfect. Can't find one bad thing to say. They thought of everything.

We had an amazing stay at Annita's place. The unit was in perfect condition and a great spot near the pool. We loved the location right near Kamaole but also just minutes to Wailea. Annita was very communicative in the days leading up to our stay and throughout, which we appreciated.

We loved the accommodations, it had everything we needed except tall chairs for the beach. Due to mobility issues we purchased tall beach chairs which we left for any others who may need them in the future. The grounds were like visiting a well manicured garden which was a joy to wander through. Sitting on the lanai to watch the sunset through the palms and gardens through to the ocean was stunning as was watching the moon and stars above the gardens at night. We also loved the longer hours the pool was open a took advantage of them almost every night. The proximity to Kamaole 3, being right across the street was perfect for morning and afternoon walks to the beach to swim and relax. The proximity to other beautiful beaches to explore and snorkel at was also perfect for us. We were close to wonderful restaurants like Isana for the best sushi I’ve ever had, or for shopping for food or treasures was perfect. We barbecued on the Webber barbecues often and never had to wait and enjoyed many a meal on the lanai. A couple of more chairs for the inside table would be a good addition as we had my sister and husband over for dinner and had to use deck chairs. The staff was polite and friendly and always busy keeping part of the place beautiful, clean and safe. The night security were awesome even reacting to a problem occurring off site protecting the site till it could be dealt with. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely make it a first choice on returning. Beautiful! Welcoming

The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Annita was very helpful with her messages that helped us to get settled in.

My husband and I were on a vacation in Maui for 5 days. When I first saw this listing I liked it the most over all of the others I had seen and neither I nor my husband were disappointed.
The complex is about a 30 minute easy drive from the airport.
Instructions on accessing the gate and where to go once we got there were very clear and spot on.
The building location was perfect as it is central within the entire complex and right next to the pool and fitness center but also had decent ocean views from the balcony.
Having two bathrooms was great and they were both very nice, particularly the en suite bathroom. Loved the rain shower head! The master bedroom has a king sized bed and was very comfortable as well. Havin an A/C in the master and also in the living room was really great too.
The grounds were kept immaculate and the complex is a very easy and short walk to the beach and to the main drag in Kihei where the restaurants and shopping are located.
Parking was easy with an assigned space for us and there was never an issue with someone parking in our spot.
I would absolutely stay at this facility and in this particular condo again in a heart beat!

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely condo that is close to the beach and restaurants, and I must say that it was an absolutely delightful experience. The first thing that struck me was how clean and newly renovated the condo was - it felt like I was the first person to ever stay there! The furnishings were tasteful and modern, and everything was in pristine condition. One of the best things about the condo was its location - it was just a short walk away from the beach, and there were plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Whether I was in the mood for seafood or just a quick bite to eat, there were plenty of options to choose from. It was so convenient to be able to stroll down to the beach or a restaurant without having to worry about transportation.
The resort itself was also in excellent shape. The grounds were well-maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of amenities to enjoy, including a pool and fitness center, and I always felt like I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. All in all, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and convenient place to stay near the beach and restaurants. The location, amenities, and overall atmosphere were top-notch, and I can't wait to come back again soon!

This is a very nice condo. Completely redone to modern finishes . Annita was quick to respond to any questions. Danielle the property manager was very good to work with when we had an issue with the air conditioning. Already booked for next year !

We liked this condo a lot. It was pleasant and quiet at night. We enjoyed the pool, the barbecue areas, our lanai, and preparing most meals in the condo. Beach chairs and a functioning beach umbrella were used daily. Annita was a very thoughtful hostess. We had no complaints. Mahalo and Aloha.

The entire process was painless, but the sheets didn't appear to be cleaned prior to our stay. Luckily there were extra sheets so that was a non-issue. Close to the beach with a nice patio to relax on every night.

We arrived after 9 hours of flights, tired and hungry. As soon as we opened the front door we let out a sigh of relief. This was gonna be a perfect home away from home and we knew we could relax. Very clean and welcoming. Perfect location being right across from Kam 3 (a top Maui beach). If we ever have a chance to return to Maui, we'll stay at Anita's condo again! Thank you ♥

Owner was very responsive when we reached out and the property manager was as well. Pool area could have more umbrellas which I understand is a decision for all owners of the complex. Gardens are well maintained and just gorgeous. Quiet and peaceful with all the birds. Loved my morning coffee out on the patio. We would love to return in the future! Thank you Annita!

The location is great. Across the street from the beach. The sunsets were beautiful. The condo has everything you would need for the beach! We used the cooler daily. Whether we were going to be beach or for our many road trips. The owners really thought through all of the details. We didn't cook in but, it looked like it was very well supplied.
The check in process is easy and communication with the owners was quick.
We would stay here again for sure.

The condo is sparkling clean and stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation (beach chairs, towels, boogie board, noodles, ice packs). The washer/dryer were a life saver and worked well. The Tempurpedic bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We slept soundly every night. We did not cook but it the kitchen seemed well stocked. I appreciated the coffee pot and ample supply of coffee. The balcony offers lovely views of the grounds and beach. Having 2 bathrooms was great. Location is excellent! It is right across the street from a beautiful beach with a life guard on duty. The condo is also walking distance from many restaurants and shops. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We will definitely stay here again!

Shops and restaurants in walking distance as well as your choice of beach for the perfect sunset as well as beach day ! (3 beaches with parking for you to choose from ) Plan to stay there again ! Couldn’t have asked for a better host, condo, location- literally everything. Annita is so responsive and kind with the bonus being this incredible condo with all up to date features. The rain shower alone is enough for me to come back. Walking distance to beaches, shops etc. just book it!

This was not the best rental experience. Unfortunately, we arrived to floors so filthy, we spent our first hours attempting to clean them. Dust, sand, mysterious black flakes and grime was difficult to lift off the floor with a dry Swiffer alone, and the vacuum stored in the bedroom was broken. Sand covered the living room furniture, towels were stained, the walking/doorway spaces were quite narrow, and the noise level was high. The bathroom door connected to the bedroom rattles, and you can hear every neighbor do anything at all hours, even with all the windows and doors shut. Worse was when I told the property manager about the dirty floors, the arrogant response I got was, “I know the unit was clean.” Too bad to have had this experience, and I hope no one else staying here does. We had not tracked in that muck and obviously to start a first night of vacation cleaning a space we paid so much for was not ideal. I’m glad I brought some of my own linens, towels and detergent. To give a clearer picture, the gross floors meant we washed our feet constantly to feel clean in the space, even just getting in and out of bed. We didn’t want to add to the issue by wearing our shoes throughout the condo, which we is something we avoid doing at home, too. I should add - the space itself is not bad and the location is excellent. We spent as much time outside of the space as possible to enjoy all that the island has to offer. The washer/dryer being in unit was hugely helpful. We had a fabulous vacation overall and we will be back to Maui, of course. We will simply book in a resort next time to avoid this kind of gross annoyance again. No one wants to come home at night to an unclean space, especially when we had paid a pricey cleaning fee on top of everything.

We rented the condo for 8 days and felt very comfortable right away.
The descriptions and instructions were absout true.
Annita was always quickly available before and during the stay and helped further.
The complex is very nice and well maintained and who likes, is in a few minutes in front on a beautiful beach.
We would book it again at any time.
Anyone who sees this apartment as available should not hesitate to book.

What an amazing place! My husband and I just returned and it could not have been more perfect. We loved the location. The grounds of the property are immaculate. It was so great to have a kitchen to use as well as the washer and dryer. The in room A/C in the living as well as the bedroom were really great to cool down after a day out in the sun. It is a nice gated area and very close to the beach. So close to local shopping or a grocery store. The ceiling fan in the living room is noisy but we got used to it. And the pool was always busy but who needs a pool when you have the ocean. Highly recommend it was an epic trip

My fiancé and I stayed here for a week. I'd stayed in Wailea before but had never experienced Kihei. We loved that we could walk to everything.
The space was very nice, clean, and comfortable to be in. The grills on the property were easy to use, you just have to time it right to have an available one but everyone was super nice. It may have just been the week that we were there but the pool was always crowded day/night with a lot of very loud kids (not my personal favorite) but we just opted to find a secluded spot on the beaches instead most times.
We rented bikes from Auntie Snorkel and my fiancé took surf lessons at the Surf School. Highly suggest trying the Cinnamon Roll place about a block up, Outrigger Pizza, and Three's bar.
Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Annita for being a great host.

We spent a great week at Annita's place. I rate the unit 4.5 stars. Its in a great location in Kihei and very close to Wailea. Proximity to beaches is excellent and it was very nice that the unit provided some beach essentials. The bed is extremely comfortable and the dual AC units provide a great opportunity to use AC only as needed. The only knock I have on the unit is that the pool could use an upgrade and the overall size of the pool area doesnt seem large enough for the size of the complex and its usual number of guests. Annita was extremely helpful and communicative and we would stay with her again the next time we are in Maui.

We booked this property with hesitation as there weren't any online reviews at the time but the pictures looked good. This place is awesome! Recently renovated so everything is nice, new, and clean. The air conditioning worked well and the kitchen was well-stocked. In-unit washer-dryer was very convenient. The temper-pedic mattress was super-comfortable. The place was very quiet and we couldn't hear the neighbors above us or around us at all. Great location in Kihei across from Kamaole III Beach Park. The condo complex had a lot of amenities (pool, fitness center, BBQ, etc see Kamaole Sands website) but we can't comment on them as we spent our time exploring the beaches. One thing to be aware of is there is a resort fee that you have to pay at the time of check-in that is separate from all the VRBO booking fees, it was around ~$80 total for 5 days. Great place, would stay again without hesitation!

Everything was great. Annita was fast at responding and even went out of her way to make sure there was a volleyball there for my daughter.
Excellent job on the remodel of the unit. Location was great. Bed was comfortable everything you need is in the unit. Beach chairs, cooler and I didn’t notice till the last day there is a boogie board. Highly recommend and would diffentaly stay here again.

Clean, quite, comfortable, modern condo unit in a nice resort property in good location.
Unit has a good lanai, AC, TV, fridge, stove, dish washer, washer/dryer, two showers, comfortable couch, large comfy king bed, and a parking spot. Also equipped with some coolers and fold out chairs to take to the beach.
Property is complete with spacious and well manicured grounds, a pool with some hot tubs, a small gym, tennis courts, and ample grilling/picnic areas.
Good location, across from beach park and 10m walk to some eateries and basic commercial things, like sundries and paddle board rentals.
Would certainly stay again.
