The location was excellent. Easy to get to wherever you wanted to go on the island! Facility indoors and out were well maintained! Quiet neighborhood! Perfect balcony for our morning meetings to plan our day!! Loved it!!❤️

The place was clean, well equipped and perfectly located to see all the sights, but not be stuck with the traffic and crowds of the other areas up and down the West Coast of Maui. Only detraction is it’s in the flight path to the airport.
So if you like to sleep with the windows open, to hear the waves (which you can), you will hear the early arriving flights in the morning. (It is not a bother when the widows are closed).

My spouse and two sons stayed in this unit for 8 days. The unit was beautiful and had all the amenities to make this a comfortable stay. There was more than enough space and the view was beautiful. We also appreciated the fact that beach chairs and other beach supplies were available for use.
With that being said, I would be remissed it I did not mention the cleanliness of the condo. The vent and fan in the master bathroom looked as if it had not been dusted in the last year. There floor was not clean under the bed in the master (you could see it upon walking in the room). The sliding doors on the master were dusty and fingerprints/dirt was everywhere. The television in the master bedroom kept going out. We would watch something and the television kept going to a black screen.
This was a great place, it just needs to be cleaned.

Overall the condo was fine. The check in process was very easy and the condo was clean and updated. The only thing we didn’t like was the location. There was really nothing to do around the area. The pool was not very kid friendly with a lot of rules. it just felt like the condo was meant for people without children. This place is good if you are looking for a very quiet place to just hang out.

We really enjoyed our trip! This condo was perfect in every way for our family. It was stocked with everything we needed for the beach. The view was gorgeous and I really liked the centralized location for exploring the island. All of the tips the Knowles family included were super helpful. We rented a jeep through Turo and left the chairs and boogie boards in it all week and packed a cooler for lunches. This location afforded us the opportunity to see many beaches vs being stuck on one side of the island. The washer and dryer was so handy to keep our clothes and towels clean. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils and misc items. So many details that I see are needed when we rent other condos were definitely paid attention to here. I would definitely stay here again if we ever decide to return to the beautiful island.

Location was awesome, nice and quiet and peaceful. Views were unbelievable, we saw whales jumping on the back porch almost every morning. We appreciated the new appliances and the big TV. No issues at all, it was stellar!

Easy communications with the Knowles and everything as advertised. This location is perfect is you are doing Road to Hana, feast at LeLe and want to be close to good snorkeling and restaurants. The neighborhood itself isn’t that special but the condo is well done and has touches that made our trip nice and easy—laundry, snorkel gear and beach chairs (that saved us $ and time!), spices and pans to make it easy to cook. Property manager was friendly and helpful with suggestions for things nearby. The deck view was a perfect place for our morning coffee. There are a lot of families so count on a lot of little kids splashing around in the pool at all times. Beach out front could be rough/windy but we did bodysurfing there anyway and it was fun! We came here to celebrate my 60th birthday. My wife, son and future daughter in law were all part of this vacation. It was my son and his fiancé first visit to Maui. Other than limited things to do and see during the Corona Virus outbreak, we made the best of it. Beautiful condo, with great view and great location. We plan to be back next year...

Great, quiet location near the beach. The condo itself is lovely - clean and beautifully updated. We rented it for a milestone anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I’d very much recommend this place.
