Our condo offers two Master Bedroom suites. One has a King size Bed. The other has 2 XL twins that can be pushed together for a King. The fold out sofa provides extra sleeping space.

You will love lounging on the large ground level lanai listening to birds and enjoying tropical breezes. There is a wet bar and refrigerator on the lanai. Watch the sunset every evening then after dark take a few steps into the grass for great stargazing.

We are located on the 3rd green of a Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course. As our guest, enjoy discounted golf rates as well as access to the Village pool and tennis and pickle ball courts.

There is a $100 registration fee that must be paid to our complex within 24 hours of arrival. This will be in addition to the fees which are paid to VRBO. This will be the case for any of the units in Waikoloa Fairways.

Please note: This condo is in Waikoloa Village and is not part of the Hilton Waikoloa Beach Resort. We are located on the ground floor of the building meaning you are able to walk out unto the grass from our lanai. There are 15 steps down to our front door.
