Pala Hinu Cleaning Services (our cleaning contractor) is dedicated to ensuring that your rental is safe and sanitary. We have evaluated our cleaning practices with the onset of COVID-19 to make sure that we are using the proper chemicals and techniques. Rest assured, we have implemented new procedures that include frequent disinfecting of high-touch areas, linen sanitization, and we have given our staff robust training to ensure that our standards are one of the highest in the industry. We have also received certifications for Cleaning for COVID-19 by the Care Academy and the VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals).

***OCEAN FRONT COMPLEX***
This airy ground floor unit provides one bedroom, one bathroom, and 686 square feet of space. Relax in the king bed of the master bedroom and enjoy it's custom Hawaiian furnishings and attached private lanai.
This condo includes a fully stocked and remodeled kitchen, a spacious dining/living area, tile floors, and a pull out queen sofa.

ROOM AMENITIES: Smoke Free environment, AC, Free WiFi, Fully Equipped Kitchen (Cooking range/oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Blender, Coffee maker, Dishes & silverware) Cable television, DVD/CD player, Ceiling fan, Private lanai, Iron and ironing board, Additional linens and towels, Complimentary starter kit of laundry detergent, shampoo, soap etc. Hair dryer, Beach gear (beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a beach umbrella) Free parking.

We are always available to be reached via email or phone. We have a Housekeeping team on call; additional cleaning could be arranged for a fee, generally our long stay guests take advantage of this service. Our Maintenance team are on call and can assist at any time. Check-in and Check-out are very simple. We send you a pre-arrival email that has all necessary information on how to get to the condo, what the electronic door lock code is, pool and laundry access code, etc. We recommend you print the email prior to the trip or saving it on your smart phone to easily access it when you arrive at the complex.

Communal Laundry Facility available on-site:
A washer costs 6 quarters a load, and dryers are 1 quarter for each 10 minutes. Soap packets and quarters can be purchased at the office on site. There is also an app you can download on your smart phone to pay for the items.
