Relax on your private lanai to the tranquil sounds of the ocean in our beautiful oceanfront unit. The uniqueness of this property is its proximity to the water. When you walk in you feel as though you’ve stepped on to a cruise ship. Watch turtles play in the surf daily and enjoy a front row seat for whale watching in the winter months. This property has an oceanfront pool and bbq area and easy ocean access for water sports. Conveniently located to historic Old Lahaina local favorite restaurants, grocery and the well-known “Baby Beach.”

Lahaina Roads is unique it was built in 1960 and individual units (42) have varying degrees of updates. What you get is a 600 square ft 1 bedroom apartment that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and were on the Lanai you are less than 100 FT from the water (no beach just sea wall). You will be in Lahaina Town that became the British Port in Maui over 170 years ago. You’ll see reviews please evaluate in terms of my property description; in the Kaanapali resorts that begin with the Hyatt one mile north your Ocean Front room (<400 sq feet with no kitchen) will be 4-6 times more expensive. Please select what’s important to you but I want guests that value our location and amenities. If you want a high end resort experience this is not the building for you.

Well appointed unit that has been upgraded over the last 4 years with a Queen Murphy Bed, all new bedding and towels, beach supplies (4 chairs, 3 Umbrellas, cooler, Towels, etc.), new flooring, lanai furniture, barn door added to close off living area for guests greater than 2, etc. The property includes free unassigned parking for one vehicle, and full access to the oceanfront heated pool and barbeque area.

The spacious lanai overlooks the ocean and offers spectacular views particularly at sunset. Both the bedroom and living area have air conditioning which is a key feature as it can get warm particularly during the summer months with the West facing units at Lahaina Roads. This is an Owner Managed Property while I have Lahaina based contacts for property management and cleaning/supply my wife and I are alway available by cell phone. We also have installed an Amazon Key lock so check-in and ongoing access is very reliable (with a physical key on property for any issues).
