This property is approved by the County of Hawaii for Short Term Vacation Rental (STVR-19-356820), Nonconforming Use Certificate Number (NUC-19-892) for 6 guests or less. Please note! Infant and toddler under 2 years will also count as 1 guest. No Exception! Hale Vu is a luxurious multi-level gated home with unimpeded panoramic ocean view from every floor. The 3rd floor balcony and top 2 floor lanais have glass panels so nothing blocks your view while lounging on the deck or relaxing on the balcony. The roof-top crow’s nest is perfect for sun bathing or watching whales migrate right off-shore. Both lots on either side of the house are vacant, providing complete privacy. Night time star watching is an entirely new experience as there is little ambient light in the immediate area. Below the house are lava tide pools teaming with sea life. A private elevator (Currently Out-of-Service) and stairs provide access to four floors with 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. In the master bedroom is a king size, iComfort® split adjustable bed with massage settings. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Two-car parking in garage inside gate. This home is located in Pahoa near the Eastern tip of the Big Island where there is constant trade-winds that makes it VOG free which affects the air quality in other parts of the Island. We follow the Good Neighbor Policies as required by the County of Hawaii: (a) Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. (b) Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. (c) Guest vehicles shall be parked in the parking garage. (d) The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes. Due to liability issues and in consideration of our neighbors, the use of this STVR is strictly limited to the number of guests agreed in your reservation and signed contract. There can be NO loud parties at any time that would disrupt our neighborhood. You will forfeit your Security Deposit if we receive a complaint regarding excessive noise or parties of any kind. We understand that many guests wish to have events or parties while on vacation. If that is your need, then our STVR is not suitable for you. This STVR will only accept reservation through VRBO. Note! We DO NOT accept check or money order. This is a short-term vacation rental and stays must be no longer than 30-consecutive calendar days per the County of Hawaii.
