The 3rd floor balcony and top 2 floor lanais have glass panels, so nothing blocks your view while lounging on the deck or relaxing on the balcony. The roof-top crow’s nest is perfect for sunbathing or watching whales migrate right off-shore. Below the house are lava tide pools teaming with sea life, where you can spot green turtles most of the time from 2nd and 3rd floor lanais, right outside living room's floor-to-ceiling windows or from 4th floor roof-top. Both lots on either side of the house are vacant, providing complete privacy. Nighttime star watching is an entirely new experience as there is little ambient light in the immediate area. 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with oceanfront master suite offers breathtaking ocean views and lanai access. Waking up to spectacular sunrises, sound of crashing waves and the ocean breeze, is heavenly. In the master bedroom is a king size, iComfort® split adjustable bed with massage settings. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils for comfortable family meals when you are not out exploring the island. Our caretaker for the home is diligent in making your stay at Hale Vu an unforgettable experience. We follow the Good Neighbor Policies as required by the County of Hawaii: (a) Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. (b) Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. (c) Guest vehicles shall be parked in the parking garage. (d) The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes. Due to liability issues and in consideration of our neighbors, the use of this STVR is strictly limited to the number of guests agreed in your reservation and signed contract. There can be NO loud parties at any time that would disrupt our neighborhood. You will forfeit your Security Deposit if we receive a complaint regarding excessive noise or parties of any kind. We understand that many guests wish to have events or parties while on vacation. If that is your need, then our STVR is not suitable for you. This STVR will only accept reservation through VRBO.
