Welcome to our spacious and elegant 5 Bedroom home which blends island ambiance with luxury! Panoramic ocean, sunset and mountain views. Best location in Princeville in an upscale residential neighborhood of large custom homes on large lots, walking distance to the beach, Hanalei Bay Resort and Princeville Hotel One. Perfect for multi-generational families or adult siblings and couples vacationing together. Sleeps 6-10 adults or up to 12 including children comfortably. The 4300 square foot two-story layout allows everyone to spread out comfortably with maximum privacy and roominess. Loaded with amenities including bikes and beach equipment. High speed WiFi (230Mbps) Solaris Platinum solar roof and solar fans and proximity to trade winds help to keep this house comfortable during warm weather. 5 person hot tub in our secluded back yard. Villa Lauloa is one of the most popular vacation rental homes in Princeville with many repeat guests. Christmas and summer are our most requested dates so book early for those dates. Stay in the fall or spring and receive significant discounts with our special seasonal rates.
Five spacious bedrooms total. Three bedrooms with King beds, one bedroom with 2 twin beds, and one bedroom with twin bed and double bed. We also have baby equipment for families traveling with small children including a baby crib and high chair.
