This newly remodeled, beautiful Town Home, 30-1, is located on 30 acres of skillfully maintained grounds, surrounded by banyans, banana trees, Plumeria and Hibiscus, this cozy town home is only 50 yards from the ocean. Quiet gated community just south of Lahaina town, you can stroll the grounds, swim in one of the three pools (one of which is oceanfront), play tennis, walk into Lahaina town to shop or enjoy one of the many wonderful restaurants, and still enjoy the quiet and privacy of this gated community when you return.
30-1 is NOT on the highway, so no highway noise. We are located near Front St., a short walk to town.
The large Master Bedroom has a king size bed, while the loft sleeps 3 comfortably in the two twins and queen bed. The LOFT is best suited for children over 4 years and young adults who don't mind climbing the steep stairway at night! Weight limit recommendation of 240 lbs or less. *Additional charge for 5th person.

Fully air-conditioned, with a new Daikin central unit and three individual registers in the master, living room and loft, the house has all of the comforts of home.
Once you have stayed in Puamana you will never want to return to the high rise resort model with parking garages and elevators.
You will have parking near the unit in any uncovered spot. One car per visit is allowed please.
After a day of whale watching, shopping, snorkeling, hiking, biking, or sailing, return to Puamana to watch the sunset from the lanai of the historic Plantation Clubhouse or Ocean Pool. The Clubhouse also offers amenities such as a reading parlor, lending library, and piano.
Children enjoy the Dolphin pool and play area, or the Mountain pool, adults choose the only Ocean Side Pool on Maui! Children are welcome at the Ocean Pool but it is considered a "Quiet Pool" for reading, napping and relaxation or simply gazing at the waves.
"Pools" surfing area right off of the Ocean Pool is considered one of the best surfing spots in the area in summer. It is for seasoned surfers. Puamana Beach is great for beginning surfers, swimming or boogie boarding. The beach also provides almost a mile of walking and playing. Please note that at times the sand turns to pebbles with the tides. This is an unpredictable phenomena. We provide a list of family friendly beaches all over the island. One of the best is 5 minutes south.
We provide four tennis rackets and balls for use at the Homeowners court, 50 yards away.
Bring your laptop if you must, we provide wireless internet with no additional charge. Wireless printer available in the house. We also provide two beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, an array of snorkel equipment and beach towels for guest use.
