Condition of the property was superb and description was accurate. Property management was very responsive and accommodating (as situation allows). Check in and check out was straight forward. The property has the large kitchen with every imaginable tools and resources to feed family of 13 (8 adults and 5 children). Configuration of the property is interesting and worked for large family like ours. Property is spacious and provides enough privacy when needed for adults and kids. The property has spiral stairway which may not be best for the smaller children. On property swimming pool was good sized and very enjoyable after (sometimes hot) day activities. Access to the local markets (including CostCo) was good (10 minutes away). The propery is 15 min away from Dimond Head area and 25-30 min away from Waikiki and Ala Moana area. Overall we really enjoyed staying there for 11 days with fond memory.

Excellent property for our family gathering of 14. Served us very well. I would not recommend it for a larger group due to bedroom configuration. Location was acceptable but beaches for younger children are some distance away. Good location for groceries and other services.

My family and I just returned from our trip in O’ahu. We stayed at the Villa Luana for 8 nights and enjoyed our stay at the Villa Luana. The house is located in Hawaii Kai in a very nice neighborhood. We were a short driving distance to Sandy Beach Park, Hanauma Bay, Koko Crater, and many restaurants. Waiki is about 30 min without traffic, which was great!
We went to O’ahu to cheer on my brother-in-law for his 25th state marathon (he has a goal to run a marathon in all 50 states). We arrived and was greeted warmly by Gabrielle. She took the time to give us a tour of the house and made sure that all of our needs were addressed.
The house was immaculate and had every amenity to fit the group’s needs. The pantry had plenty of spices and sauces, which was a plus, because we made breakfast every morning and made dinner at least 3 nights during our stay. They kitchen was very spacious and allowed people to sit by the counter to chat while others were cooking. We loved the water faucet above the stove so that we can fill the pots instead of carrying heavy pots of water from the sink (even though it really was not that far). The dinner table had a great view of the sunrise each morning. These little thoughtful layouts was very much appreciated!
The bedroom were nicely spaced apart so that we had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. Many thanks to the housekeeping team!
To our surprise, the owner provided a MJ set for guests to use. My parents/aunts/uncle enjoyed hours of friendly games in the evening.
And the the pool... the pool is beautiful and had a great lanai for us to soak up the sun. We used only three times during our stay, because the water was a bit chilly and it rained off and on during the day (December tends to have intermittent showers throughout the day). Thank you for providing the beach towels.
The shower curtain rod fell in one of the bathrooms. I contacted Gabrielle in the morning and maintenance came by during the afternoon (we were out most of the day for the marathon). We really appreciated the prompt response to the maintenance request!
We hope to return to O’ahu again. When we do, we will absolutely return to the Villa Luana. If you visit O’ahu, consider Elite Vacations Rentals a call and ask about this house. I am confident that you will enjoy this house as much was we had and receive the same excellent customer experience.

Villa Luana offers a wonderful place to stay in a perfect location on Oahu. The pool was fantastic and nothing was lacking inside. The home was perfect for our large group and the well equipped kitchen allowed for many a wonderful meal. Chelsey took care of our every need quickly and easily. Would love to come again.

House was great! The pool is a great way to wind down after a busy day exploring! Had trouble with ice maker at beginning but was fixed right away. Overall accommodated all 14 people in our group!

We needed a large home to host our large family for my daughters wedding. Villa Luana was the best choice. We used every bit of this home, all 6 bedrooms, super size kitchen, swimming pool, and living area. The neighborhood area is very quiet and clean. Our daughters wedding was very beautiful and having family together in one home was priceless. Thank you.

This house just sends positive vibes. Super cool design in a quiet neighborhood. The kids were able to amuse themselves - when they weren't running around swimming in the pool, they were inside on the ps3 and watching the netflix while we were out shopping. Loved the bbq area & kitchen, the double fridges and dishwashers came in handy since we were such a big group and it seemed like we were constantly eating! Some awesome beaches nearby, but then again it is Hawaii and seems like there's always an awesome beach nearby. But you will definitely need a car to get around.

We were so lucky to learn about this home after our original rental with another company fell through last minute. The team at Elite Pacific Rentals were amazing to work with. We brought 10 friends with us to Hawaii to celebrate our honeymoon and this space was perfect. The house itself was the most beautiful I've ever stayed in. Think... MTV's Real World. When we arrived the house was spotless and it felt like we were the first one's to stay in it! The property and guest services managers Megan and Chelsey clearly took the time to make us feel welcome each step of the way. From giving us a tour of the home upon arrival, to flowers delicately placed in each bathroom to a fruit and cheese platter/waters left for us in the fridge which were so appreciated after our long flight. It was so helpful to have soaps and detergent type supplies to start us off until we could get to Costco. The decor in the home was modern and cozy. The beds were so comfortable! The pool area was a highlight of the trip and the large kitchen was perfect for group meals. The two fridges and dishwashers were key with a group of our size. We would absolutely stay again.
