Very convenient location near the beach. We walked outside everyday to watch the turtles near the show. Easily visible from the shared backyard. Near the pool. Used washer/dryer everyday. No one was there at the office over the holiday weekend but they dropped off a parking permit the next day after we left a message on the machine.

The condo had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. The AC worked perfectly, and we had an easy time with parking and check in. Our absolute favorite part was the view! We saw whales and (many) turtles right off the balcony. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, too.

I don’t usually leave a review, but this condo was above and beyond what I expected, so I just had to! This is our third trip to Kauai, 5th trip to Hawaii.
Communication with Cynthia was always easy and fast. I appreciate her responding quickly, even to let me know where she bought her beautiful coffee cups.
The kitchen was amazing; we cooked most of our meals there. It had every possible gadget you could think of, her cookware was nicer than what I had at home, and I loved all of the glassware, from champagne glasses to freezer beer mugs.
Towels were abundant, including hair twists and Turkish beach towels. I enjoyed the lovely Hawaiian
Bath products. There were Beach chairs, coolers, boogey boards and pool toys, everything you could ask for.
Finally, the view was amazing! We watched turtles, dolphins, and whales from the balcony.
This truly was one of the best beach houses we have stayed in.

Unreal view from the deck and bedroom. Waves crashing below. It looked like a turtle aquarium below looking down from the deck and from the pool deck. Also saw whales and dolphins. Really enjoyed the pool and working out at the athletic club. Couldn’t ask for a better location to experience the ocean.

We stayed here for a week with 6 adults. We had a great time at this condo! The location is amazing. Walkable to Brenneke's and Shipwreck, perfect sunset views from the lanai and no noise except the waves. (Though the waves could be exceedingly loud at times and did require the windows shut in order to sleep!). This is what you are paying for with this condo.
The beds were clean and comfortable and there were plenty of nice towels, but I will echo the other reviewers that you should not expect luxury here--the kitchen furnishings and lanai furnishings are very basic and a bit worn. The place is a bit small for 6 adults--the dining table seats 6 which is nice, but the living area only has seats for 4, so we ended up pulling over some dining chairs when we wanted to watch TV. The kitchen is pretty small, but was fine as long as we only had 2 people in it at a time. The floors are tile throughout.
We had a few maintenance issues while staying here, but they were dealt with with impressive promptness!
Overall we had a wonderful week here! For the amount of money we spent on this condo for our group of 6 adults, I do think I'd probably do it differently next time though--something larger and more luxurious, even if it were less convenient to the beaches and views.

The location of this condo could not be better, sitting on the top floor, less than 75 feet from the crashing surf of the ocean! The property was clean, if somewhat dated, but the space was overall well, equipped and comfortable. The responsiveness and communication with, the manager, COREY, was outstanding. We are already planning our return visit next year...

This condo is in one of the best locations with amazing views of the ocean, turtles and crashing waves. The layout of the unit is great, but it is in sad need of a lot of TLC.I was informed that it will be renovated in the spring. However, the unit was not very clean and all furniture and fixed structures need replacing and or cleaned. We had to call to get some general maintenance while there to the dishwasher and electrical socket. We did have a great time despite this with amazing weather and enjoyed the pool and access to the beaches. I checked no to recommending to a friend in its current state but hope in the future I can.

The views from this property are A.MAZ.ING!!! The location of the property is perfect. You can walk to restaurants and beaches. Turtles galore!! Very accommodating for 4 people. The host has done an amazing job with supplying beach toys, snorkels, chairs. The kitchen is stocked full of pots/pans, utensils - everything you would ever need. This property has the most beautiful ocean view! It never got old. The location is so close to everything. We traveled with my elderly mother so we couldn’t walk anywhere but it was certainly close enough to walk to the beach. I can’t wait to return.

Condo was exactly as advertised, pictures and descriptions are 100% accurate. Clean with enough room for 2-4 people. Breakfast on the balcony, watching the waves, turtles, and sometime dolphins was awesome. The sounds of the waves crashing below was incredible. A light sleeper may choose to use the back bedroom. Both bedrooms have wall mounted air conditioning units, plus another for the main living area. We could not see staying here without the air conditioning - it was breezy, but the direction of the wind would not have cooled the condo. Trade winds will not reduce the humidity, no matter what anyone says…5 stars for A/C. Overall, Sampada was a great host, the condo was as advertised and the location was perfect. Also having a full washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. Note…parking can be extremely tight, if renting a large SUV, just stick to the upper parking area, still tight but less cars. We will be back next time we travel to Kauai.

Loved property for many different aspects. My family thought ability to go to high end gym was a big plus. My son loved the grassy area outside condo where he could practice his soccer and chipping. I loved that pool was just steps away. Great that beach was so close and had easy access through locked gate. Really appreciated all the pre-travel emails and texts to keep me on task and know about cool activities and restaurants. They were not kidding about parking being right. I rented a smaller sized car and still struggled to park. We never did figure out AC remotes so would just snuggle under blankets for family movie nights. Did not want to bother people to ask about this. Overall, great condo and rental experience!

My wife, two daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were some nice welcome gifts waiting for us when we arrived which set the tone. I could have sat on the balcony watching the waves crash just below us for the whole week it was so beautiful. The location was great with a short walk to Brennecke's and Poipu beaches. It's a nice little complex with a beautiful oceanfront pool. The unit itself was a little small - the second bedroom was fine for my two college aged daughters but might be cramped for some adults. I'd definitely consider staying there again.

We gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the bathroom tub was dirty. Also, we discovered, after a few cold showers, the hot water heater was set on vacation mode. Our friends would have liked some room darkening curtains in the spare bedroom. We loved sitting on the patio and had a fabulous time!! Thank you!

We travelled as a family and I was drawn to this property based on the location, views and amenities since we were traveling with a toddler.
While I was very pleased with the views, access to the athletic club, and location (watching the turtles in the water, walking distance to the beaches and many restaurants), I was disappointed in some aspects of the property itself.
Although housekeeping came in before our stay and cleaned surfaces, the property is tired in and VERY much in need of a deep clean.
We also experienced challenges with construction going on in the unit next door which caused a great deal of noise and banging during the day and made being in the unit (especially during nap times) less than desirable.
I was careful in reading reviews and exploring the options in the area. Overall, I did not feel like the property lived up to how it was presented, and while we made the best of our trip I was disappointed in the overall accommodations.

Location and view is great. However the property condition was relatively poor, definitely needs maintenance, fresh coat of paint everywhere. Found a big cockroach which was a bad surprise. It is apparent that the owner did not keep the property in good shape. Candy wrappings under bed means cleaning crew did not do a good job. Apart from the awesomw view, only one star...

The unit is an amazing location. Close to family friendly beaches. Spectacular view where you can fall asleep by moonlight and with the sounds of the ocean. This unit has almost everything you need for a great holiday. We especially appreciated the supplied toiletries, beach gear and well stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a delicious family meal. My only possible negative thing would be the small parking spots making it hard to park sometimes but we always found a spot in the complex. Overall, highly highly recommend this beautiful unit. We had a wonderful holiday thanks in large part to this great apartment.
