Great location on the San Souci end of Waikiki. View of the main tourist surfing break of Waikiki. Easy walk to everything, but also easy exit to the freeways for island exploration since it on the edge of Waikiki. Nice to be just in between the craziness of Waikiki and the relative calm of Sans Souci park. Apartment was spacious. Sleeper sofa slept my 2 adult children very comfortably (space wise-it's still a sleeper sofa). Beach chairs, bodyboards provided. A LOT of extra towels/blankets/etc. Everything in the kitchen was in functioning order. Free Parking was a huge bonus. Had a little difficulty with the key box one day and the owner responded to my text within minutes. No complaints. Would stay there again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this unit Very much. Perfect for a couple, very clean, close to everything. The included parking pass was Greatly appreciated. Laundry at end of hall was convenient enough. The included beach chairs were handy and were used at multiple beaches. As busy as Waikiki Banyon was it was nice and quiet. Unfortunately our week was during annual pool/hot tub maintenance week but we were busy and it worked out fine. We would definitely choose this unit again.

Everything about the stay and property was great. We definitely utilized the free parking, full kitchen, balcony and close proximity to the beach and shopping. The sliding doors to close off the bedroom from the living space was perfect when our baby had to sleep/nap. Brad was quick at communicating and was a great host. Overall amazing stay and would highly recommend to others.

The condo was the perfect place to explore Hawaii. The free parking space came in really handy. Parking is at a premium here so that was money saved. We used the boogie board and the beach chairs at Waikiki beach, which is a short walk. The condo was spacious for the three of us and the beds were comfortable. I really appreciated how quiet the condo was compared to a hotel. Four elevators in the tower were helpful as well. We didn't make full use of the kitchen but it was nice to have. Brad was wonderful in answering any questions I had in a timely manner. This is a great place location and space wise. Book now!

This place was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. I ended up spending a bit of my trip sick (not contagious) in the condo, and it was a great consolation to home comfort. The condo is conveniently located to quickly access anything you need. AC was a huge plus! The kids loved visiting the pool every night after the sun went down. Thanks for having us!

We enjoyed our stay! Place was great. Close walk to beach, restaurants and shops. We rented a car so having a designated parking garage was great. Check- in was easy and we had no issues. We’d definitely stay again!

We have been planning this trip for a year and couldn’t ask for more with the property. The host responded immediately to every question and even allowed an early check in. Location was EXCELLENT.....Lots of goodies in the apartment, didn't have to go out and get anything much. Unfortunately hot tub was under repair but that is part of maintenance program...

This condo was an absolute dream. It was clean, well supplied, and had fantastic amenities that satisfied all our needs. Being right next to the heart of Waikiki made traveling around the city easy and it was so convenient having a parking spot to come back to after a long day of adventuring. If you're a surfer, you can walk to many surf breaks from the condo on foot, and come back to relax in the hot tub afterwards. Thanks Brad for an incredible stay!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The check-in process was super easy and everything was exactly as described.
Outfitted with everything you need to make it a home away from home. A very close and easy walk to the beach, stores and restaurants, it felt safe and the parking pass was a total stress-relieving bonus for our rental car.
Total winner and good value for money!

The condo was great.. Everything worked. Friends who visited were interested in the property for future visits. My only complaint, the elevators were sometimes very slow. There was 4 and only 3 worked. Great location and great view. Having parking with the Condo was a big plus.. I used accessible parking which was available everyday. All in all, a great visit.

Brad was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had prior to booking, which I greatly appreciated. The unit is very clean, and had everything we needed (from cookware to beach chairs, everything was all there). There’s a coin operated washer/dryer on the same floor (unit also comes with a laundry basket). The location of the unit is perfect! Great ocean view on the side of the lanai. We enjoyed watching the ocean while drinking our coffee in the lanai every morning. My family loved the quick walk to Waikiki beach. Parking is included in this unit! We will definitely come back again! Mahalo Brad!

My family and I stayed at Brad’s place for 10 lovey days. The condo is super comfortable, with all the amenities you would have in your own home. The beds are so cozy, & after long, adventurous days, they were so nice to cuddle up in. Having the parking included was a huge bonus, as it’s normally charged $27/day! There’s a gorgeous view of the ocean off the lanai, and there were a couple beach items left for us to use, which was really nice. There’s a relaxing ocean breeze that comes through being on the 12th floor. The location is perfect! Only a block from the beach, (close to the Duke statue) we created a nightly routine of walking to the shave ice store (by Sheraton Moana) & eating them on the beach as we watched the sunset. Some things to note as a tourist, Tuesday’s, Thursday’s & Saturday’s, there’s a free hula show at the banyan tree on Waikiki beach, & a fireworks show on fridays at Hilton Hawaiian Village. We enjoyed our stay so much, we didn’t want to leave, we will be back soon, & will book Brad’s place again!! He was very responsive and easy to work with. The check in/out process was ideal, as you don’t have to check in with a front desk, you just arrive at the condo! Highly recommend!!!

We love this building and have stayed multiple times. The location is perfect for families with little ones. Just a short walk to the baby beach, Food pantry, restaurants and the main strip. Building has a playground, pool and great deck area to just sit and chill.
We were worried as the unit was right next to the elevator but we didn’t hear the noise of the elevator at all. The only negative is that there is a raised door track in the middle of the unit that my family stubbed our toes on a few times.
Otherwise the condo was clean and loaded with all the amenities we needed. Even had fold up chairs and bodyboards for the beach. Fast WiFi speed. Nice ocean view from the lanai.

It was a nice vacation for us, we really liked the condo, very closed by the beach, enough room for the three of us. Brad was easy & accessible for any questions we had. Self check in process was easy. The lanai is extra plus when the weather was hot, we didn't have to use AC at all. All in all, it was an awesome vacation, thanks again Brad

The two of us had an excellent stay at the Waikiki Banyan! This is a cute condo in a perfect location. It's off the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, which is great. We appreciated the number of towels! There was a spacious kitchen and bathroom and the lanai was perfect for enjoying the sun and views of the beach. The owner was very friendly and great to deal with. Will definitely return!

This is out second time staying at the Waikiki Banyan. We love staying in this building as it is only 2 blocks away from Waikiki beach and has great hotel amenities such as an outdoor pool, playground, and jacuzzi. The free parking pass is also a huge bonus. The Banyan Breeze in the lobby is also a convenient place to grab your morning coffee and other treats. The owner Brad is extremely helpful and prompt with his responses. When I inquired about the whereabouts of the rice cooker that was supposed to be in the kitchen, he responded right away to let me know I could go ahead and purchase one and he would reimburse me. Of course we didn't want to bother with that but him offering to do that was nice. The condo is exactly as described. It is clean, well stocked, and is the perfect size for our family of 3. The bed is advertised as queen sized but we felt it was a bit small (probably because our toddler was sleeping with us). That was our only minor issue but other than that this was a great unit in a prime location. There is a wonderful view of the ocean off the side of the lanai. We hope to be able to stay here again when we return to Honolulu.
