The Royal Mauian 311 is a very comfortable, clean room. It was more than adequate for 3 people and it is arranged so that both bathrooms can be private. Christine was very responsive and accommodating. The rooftop barbecue area has amazing views. We would definitely book this unit again.

From beginning to end this was the perfect stay. We never felt something was missing and the conveniences were fantastic. Every day we went snorkeling right outside the complex and always saw turtles and other wonderful sea life. We chose not to rent a car and easily walked to places to eat or buy food for our condo. For major shopping trips we will use Uber or Lyft but didn't do that this trip. We would walk each morning either along the shore in the water, along the streets to coffee, or just for a nice morning stroll. All our stress simply melted away. Christine, the owner, was very responsive to any of our questions and was very clear in her instructions. She has provided everything we need to easily live here which added greatly to our comfort. We highly recommend this condo.

Location Location Location!! First class all the way. Royal Mauian #311 is the perfect place to stay on your Hawaiian getaway. Owners were outstanding to work with. Everything was as listed. Can’t wait for next year. Hopefully it’ll be available!!

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at Christine’s condo. Not only is it decorated perfectly she has everything you would ever need. She was very responsive when we did communicate with her and we appreciated that. The best part was how close it was to the ocean and the fact we saw whales and turtles almost every day and it allowed me to walk on the beach each morning without having to walk or drive anywhere. If we come back to Maui we would certainly consider staying here again.

The condo itself is very clean has everything that you need and the view is unbelievable and not to mention the location is great. However there is no air conditioning and the beds are extremely uncomfortable in that second bedroom was so hot could barely sleep in there and my son even thought he got bug bites from that back room bed. It’s also quite loud if you have the windows open you can hear people talking down on the grass which with no air-conditioning you have to sleep with the windows open therefore you’re woken up by people in the morning. That being said I really don’t think this is a very family friendly place to stay my Young adult children did have an argument out on the lanai, it was loud it was taken care of pretty quickly however other residents alerted our condo owners to it who then called a few days later to tell us how unacceptable it was and the police should’ve been called. Which I then assured the owners it was a verbal argument that was loud and we took care of it. after the phone call the rest of my trip was quite honestly ruined I’ve never been scolded like a child from another adult. Unfortunately kids get in arguments when you least expect it. So that was extremely unfortunate so again I don’t think it’s the best place for families.

This property is amazing. When you sit on the couch inside you feel like you are on top of the ocean. We feel asleep to the sound of the waves every night. The location is very central and we are so close to everything. The activities in the home were awesome also. We snorkeled, boogie boarded and sat on the beach in the beach chairs. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much. Our family will be back.

This condo is located ocean-front on some of the most beautiful swimming beaches in Maui. We elected to prepare all of our meals at home because of covid and this was very easy to do because the kitchen was so well supplied. There are also many beach activity items available for use: beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kids toys, etc. The unit is exactly as described. My communication with the owner always had rapid turn around and she was very helpful with all of my questions.
We couldn't have been happier with our stay and hope to be back in the future.

We had the most amazing vacation staying at Christine’s condo! We have two little kids (5 and 2) and her condo is perfectly set up for a family with kids. We had beach toys for kids and adults, plenty of room to spread out, an extremely well appointed and stocked kitchen, and a beautiful lanai on which to eat our meals and watch the glorious sunsets. We were greeted by turtles outside our window every morning and the complex is so quiet we all slept beautifully. Christine was very accommodating, kind, and helpful. We would absolutely recommend anyone, families, couples, anyone, stay here when you come to Maui.

This is a delightful property with everything you need for a fun beach vacation right at your fingertips. Everything was very smooth and delightful! We made use of the beach most mornings, the pool most afternoons, and the rooftop grill most nights for dinner. Family meals on the lanai by the ocean talking about the day’s adventures can’t be beat!

My family had an amazing stay at Christine's condo in Kihei. The condo was exactly as listed on VRBO. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and we were provided with beach towels and boogie boards for the kids. This condo is the perfect place to stay if you have kids. No need to pack the kids and the car to get to the beach. Just step outside and you have 2 of the best beaches in Kihei just steps from the condo! We were playing in the ocean every morning by 9am! Thank you Christine for the great accommodations. The kids are already planning our stay for next year.

Once we saw the pictures for this property, we wanted to stay here. We were not disappointed! The pictures were exactly what we signed up for and our stay was incredible! The condo was just the right size for two adults and two teenagers. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and enjoyed all of the ocean sunsets. Great access to many shops and beaches. Short drive from airport.

We were blown away by this oceanfront condo and its location in South Maui. Comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed. Spectacular views dawn to dusk, with absolutely magnificent sunsets. We come to Hawaii (Maui, Kauai, & Big Island Hawaii) 2-3 times a year, and over the last few years, exclusively stayed in private homes or condos. This condo is the best equipped vacation rental in which we have stayed, by a large margin. We had EVERYTHING we needed (Kitchen gear, bedding gear, beach gear, snorkel gear, etc.), ALL in great condition. Our group was 4 adults and our 2 year old Grandson. We were comfortable and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great, enjoying the cool breeze and the sounds of the waves. We spent most of our time at the 2 beautiful beaches that "bookend" this property and at the oceanfront swimming pool. What a joy to walk across the properties' soft green grass, straight to the warm sand. We enjoyed body surfing, boogie boarding, building sand castles, and lounging in the warm Maui sun. Our dinners on the Rooftop Garden were perfect. Awesome BBQs (4 Very Nice Webber Grills), hardly any waiting, ample tables/seating, 360 views, including views of Molokini, Kaho'olawe, West Maui and Haleakalaall, ALL with the most gorgeous sunsets. We have stayed on Kaanapali Beach on our 3 previous visits to Maui, and loved it, but after staying at Ron & Christine's Royal Mauian condo, we all agreed that when we come back to Maui, we would choose this location over Kaanapali every time. Everything you might need is within walking distance, or very short drive. This includes Safeway, Foodland, Whalers General Store, Hawaiian Moons Natural Foods, a wide variety of restaurants & bars, and parks. Can't wait to come back and further explore all that South Maui has to offer, because there is so much more "AMAZING" for us to experience. Most of which is within 10 miles of this lovely condo. Thank you, Christine & Ron for sharing your wonderful condo, and allowing us to discover this remarkable Maui location!!

This is the 2nd time my family and I have stayed in unit 311. It place is absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Clean, comfortable, perfect location, beautiful beach view, all the extra amenities for enjoying the day on the beach. We can't wait to come back and when we do we will have to stay in unit 311. Thanks Ron and Christine for making our vacation memorable.

This unit was more than we expected. The location of the property is excellent, being away from the touristy areas of Maui and making you feel that you have the ocean to yourself. There are excellent restaurants right across the street and as well as a Safeway reasonably close for provisions. The furnishings of the condo satisfied our every need including a great set of binoculars for whale and turtle watching. The view from the lanai was magnificent. We spent many hours watching the whales, turtles and the beach as well as enjoying the morning sunrise and beautiful sunsets. Furnished for beach enjoyment were Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella as well as full sized beach towels. Having an insulated pouch on each chair made carrying cold drinks to the beach a breeze. We were able to enjoy the sunset from the rooftop and enjoy a great steak dinner with other condo guests and owners. Overall this was the best of our 5 trips to Maui and we look forward to returning to this unit on our next visit to Maui..."The Lord willing and the creek don't rise" as we say in Texas. Christine really made us feel as if we were her guests in her home. Thank you again Christine for allowing us to enjoy your home. It is truly a Paradise.

My family fell in love with the magic of this ocean-front beauty the moment we threw open the curtains to the lanai! It's the perfect location for walking to dinner, across from coffee, shave ice, supplies and souvenirs! We snorkeled (equipment in the closet!) and paddle boarded off of one of the two beautiful beaches that flank the condo every day. If you are looking for amenities, this one has them all! Clean, quiet, and super comfortable, we felt so rested, we can't wait to return to this home-away-from home!

We have been to Maui numerous times and have stayed in many different vrbo's and often walked by this property and wondered what it would be like. The next visit we stayed in this unit and fell in love . The views are so stunning we never wanted to leave the lanai I !! It is our home away from home we have stayed twice and know we never have to look for any other properties !! You have everything at your finger tips !!

We couldn’t have picked a better condo or location. The view from this condo is second to NONE! The condo had everything we needed and more; from cooking utensils to beach towels and snorkel gear. There isn’t central air, but fans are provided and the breeze from the ocean is more than enough to keep you cool. The sound of the ocean at night is magical and puts you right to sleep. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The grilling area on the roof is a special bonus that we used several times and you can’t beat the view from up there!!! The owners were very responsive and they worked well with the management company to make sure we didn’t run out of essentials (paper towels, etc.). I would stay here again.

We had the opportunity to stay here in May. IT was perfect - the condo has the absolute best view, and was well appointed. The kids had their own room/bathroom, and when they were sick of playing at one of the two beautiful beaches within walking distance, they could play at the pool. The building is clean, and quiet and the location puts you close to restaurants, places to rent surfboards/paddle boards and other shopping. The owners were so kind and accommodating!

My family and I had the opportunity to stay in this property in February 2016. We had stayed at the Royal Mauian in a previous trip and loved all the amenities, beaches and reef. However, when we stayed in this particular condo it definitely superseded the past visit, as the lanai and bedroom views were incredible. We spent a lot of time just watching the ocean and saw so many whales, turtles and amazing sunsets. The place was very clean and had everything a family would need such as beach chairs, towels, games, and a fully furnished kitchen with every utensil imaginable. We were able to eat at the condo most meals and got the groceries from Safeway (Costco on the way in from the airport). This gave us the opportunity to pick a choose when we ate out. I would definitely recommend Mama's Fishhouse in Paia - Wow! The rooftop balcony had BBQ's and another great vantage point to take in the lovely sunsets. We snorkeled most mornings with the turtles directly out front and we were also able to take some amazing pictures of them at the surface. Loved everything about this condo and if we come back to Maui, I hope to stay there again!

This place was more than we could have ever asked for! Clean, perfect location and a spectacular view of the ocean. Each morning we could sit and watch the turtles from the lanai, see the whales and a front seat view of the sunset every night! We had everything we needed if we wanted to eat in so we didn't have to always to go out to a restaurant every day! Everything was just perfect! We will be staying here again the next time we come to Maui, this was a first trip and will not be our last!!
