Just a note for your balcony - would prefer one larger table, instead of 2. Make sure your housecleaners damp mop the balcony tile, too much dust and dirt out there. All clean and spiffy inside.

This property was in a great location! The beach was beautiful and having a market with deli on-site was an added bonus. The condo was extremely clean and the view from the lanai was breathtaking. Communication with Kimberly was wonderful and check in was very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

We have rented from various owners at the Mana Kai for 25+ years. This location is a true gem and one of the best locations on Maui! This unit has been beautifully updated, is clean, stocked with essentials, and the owner is very easy to deal with. The whales were very active during our stay (March) and it was fun watching them from our lanai and the beach. The beach area is always clean with lawn chairs available for guests on the grassy area. Pool is a bonus – and the General Store on site is super convenient. Plenty of restaurants close by in Wailea and Kihei. Highly recommend this property!

We have rented several VRBOs in multiple locations, this was by far the best for a multitude of reasons. The views are incredible from the lobby, the pool, the beach and the lanai. Literally breathtaking. The condo is modern, spotless, newly renovated and higher end everything compared to other rentals we’ve used. The condo is loaded with just about everything in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Pro tip: Sharp knives are in a drawer within a drawer to the left of the microwave.
AC was awesome and the beds were incredibly comfortable. There is a market on site that has anything you may have forgotten to bring. Their sandwiches are amazing. There is also a beach rental center on site, not sure what they all carry but they do have snorkel gear. Snorkeling on site is fantastic, spend the $8 to rent a life vest. Snorkel Bobs in Wailea (5 min drive) has prescription masks. Condo has chairs, umbrella, towels and a few beach toys. Beach walks in the AM were a great bonus, we walked down the beach and checked out the posh Wailea resorts. There is a really nice grassy area by the beach on property under palm trees that’s a great place to just chill with a drink and hang or watch the sunset. For the location, it’s on the Wailea border which is a high end community that has some really nice restaurants, shopping, etc. Kihei to the north also has a TON of restaurants, shops, etc. Go to Foodland and get Poke, there’s a poke deli that is fantastic. We had an amazing stay!!

Absolutely perfect place. The condo was great. No issues whatsoever. Condo has everything you'd need. Store located on the property was excellent. Snorkeling just off of beach was amazing. We saw giant sea turtles and my husband saw and heard dolphins. The area was very peaceful and restaurants and stores very close by. We will be back for sure. When driving around other areas of Maui we think we picked the best location for us. Thanks for sharing your condo!

We have been coming to the Mana Kai for the past 23 years. The unit has been totally renovated with new furnishings, flooring, and total remodeling of the kitchen and bathrooms, very beautifully done. The location is the best in Kihei. The beach is the best in Kihei-Wailea area. My wife and I would do our beach walk every morning at sunrise. Easy round trip beach walk is 1.9 miles to the ANDAZ beach in Wailea, just beautiful. We usually would see a turtle swimming 50 feet from the beach gathering their breakfast and seeing their bobbing head coming up for air. Our stay was wonderful and we will be coming back, hopefully to the same unit. Jim

We have been to Maui many times and this is easily our favorite unit and property. The view is amazing from the lanai and unit with large sliding glass doors. The unit is beautifully updated and stocked with all the essentials. Lawn chairs always available out front. Owner very responsive and helpful. On the best beach at the edge of Kihei and Wailea. We hope to be back!

As our first big post-COVID trip, this idyllic property was just what our family needed. A number of properties in this part of Maui are in desperate need of renovation so it was nice to stay in a condo where the renovation has been so carefully planned and executed.
The location is great ---- right on a very nice, quiet beach but only about a 10-15 minute walk to our favourite shops/restaurants in Kihei. We used both the store and yoga studio that are on the ground floor. The dedicated parking stall made life easier as well.
Kimberly was very organized, responsive and easy to deal with.

We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier about the location. Beach is beautiful and we even saw sea turtles and fish in the water right outside the condo. Condo was super clean and well stocked. Kimberly was quick with responses. Would definitely stay her again.

Beautiful condo with all the things you need for a vacation; it also has a nice view and is very clean.
Two things considering to improve: 1) The bedroom in the living room has a heavy bard door that doesn’t work (caution, don’t try to slide them). For privacy consider replacing them with semi- sheers curtains. 2) The shower doors, are 1/2 doors, it will protect the floors with slinging doors instead.
I still will love to rent the property next time in Maui. Thank you,

From start to finish, this may be the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. What a terrific experience! Located directly on Keawakapu Beach, the sound of ocean waves lull you to sleep in the super comfortable beds. The condo. is clean, air conditioned, and has a well-appointed kitchen. The view is awe-inspiring and unmatched on the south side of Maui. Easy check-in, check-out and Kimberly was very kind and accommodating. This condo. has it all!

The condo itself offers every amenity that you would need! From beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, collapsible cooler, to anything you need in the kitchen!
The beds are the best we’ve ever slept on! There was plenty of room for the four of us!
The property is well kept and the pictures don’t do it justice! Would definitely stay here again !

This condo and location were amazing! You are right on the water, hearing the waves crashing and watching the boats, whales, paddle boarders and canoes go by. The beach was great for lounging, swimming and snorkeling. The interior of the condo is light and bright and clean and updated. There were beach towels, beach chairs and a few beach toys for kids. The bedrooms were big, bathrooms and closet sizes were very good as well. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has all of the cooking utensils and prep tools you might need. The condo had olive oil, salt, pepper and Keurig coffee pods (there was a regular coffee maker in the cupboard as well)- if you need condiments, butter, creamer or other cooking items I would recommend getting a small amount of those items when you do your grocery shopping The staff at the Mana Kai were extremely kind and helpful and the food and drinks at the 5 Palms restaurant were really good. We have been to Maui over a dozen times and we always stay in Kaanapali, but after this stay and exploring Kihei and all it has to offer and how everything is within walking distance, we have found our new favorite place to stay!

The view was amazing. Good snorkeling. Nice Beach. Lawn area perfect to lay around. Very comfortable. We spent most of the time on the balcony when we were in the condo it was wonderful. Only issue was the internet wasn't working and the door was a little stff to open. Putting the internet aside it was a perfect place to stay.
