Love this condo. This is the 3rd year we have rented number 11. It’s a great location. Many eating options within walking distance. Love walking the beach in the morning, then having coffee on the balcony. The unit has beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards.

The minute you walk into the condo, you see the beautiful ocean in the very near distance. The condo was clean and ready for morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the rolling waves and swaying palm trees. Steps to the ocean was worth every penny. Just a short walk down the beach or the street is an abundance of restaurants, shopping, drinks and shaved ice. The location can’t be beat. If you like lahaina and ka’anapali, a picturesque drive awaits, about 35-40 minutes. We enjoyed staying somewhere different and exploring a new place. One local favorite is the cinnamon place, must try! Thank you brittany for sharing your condo with my family. We will be back

This unit is perfect. It sits right on the beach with private beach access. We enjoyed being able to BBQ while watching the waves from the lanai. Highly recommend this unit.

This was our second stay at Kamaole One. Just the absolute perfect location right on the beach in Kihei. Love hearing the ocean all day and night and there was more beach equipment this time (an umbrella and add'l chairs which was great).
Brittany, the host, is always responsive, and would definitely recommend this unit.

This place was a dream. Location was perfect-right on the beach and close to restaurants & shopping. The entire property was well maintained and clean. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed, including everything we needed for the beach (chairs, boogie boards, sun umbrella). I’d definitely book the one again,

The condo was clean, beds we’re comfortable two bonus points but I choose for location. The convenience of walking out your door to the beach and the view from the lanai is what makes this place a great rental. The condo is a bit dated and needs some upgrades, but it is the location that makes it. I would stay here again!

The pictures of this listing do not do it justice! This was an awesome unit to watch the sunset every night. Whether it was from the beach right out front or from the generously sized Lanai. Walking distance to all sorts of bars/restaurants and grocery stores. Everything you need is right there, you can enjoy the beach and easily retreat back to the unit to eat and take breaks from the sun. 10/10, highly recommend!

The location and size of the unit was perfect for 2 adults. There were many things in need of repair and the cutlery was in short supply. There was poor lighting in one bedroom. We could not figure out how to get the TV working and there were no instructions. It was difficult to contact the host. I would stay in this building again but maybe find another unit that was in better repair.

Kamaole One was better than we expected. It’s right on a perfect beach. We spent half of our week just hanging out, I’d do a 5 mile walk down to Ulua in Wailea and back, and most days would pass honu sunning themselves. I love Kihei for the low key vibe, and it’s central to a lot of day trips on the island.
The condo is functional, and yes the master bedroom is a loft so noise carries, but you can also see the beach and sunset from there as well. We loved going to sleep to the sound of the waves, best part of the stay. We’re already trying to figure out a time to come back!

I could not have asked for a better location, the beach right there, walking distance to restaurants and shops, but best of all there stretch of beach to walk. The place was great, the view from the lanai was spectacular. Having the beach so close made our trip. The beds were comfortable and all was clean. There were beach chairs and boogie boards for us to use which was great. I only have one negative and that is we were unable to get Wifi the entire time we were there. The cable worked and it all looked like it should be working but no matter what we tried we could not find the WiFi connection, we saw TONS of others but not the one listed in the check-in information and trust me we tried the password with anything that popped up. The host also tried but no success. So if you absolutely need WiFi this might not be the place for you. I would absolutely go back again because that beach was way better than anything on my phone.

The location and view cannot be beat! Perfect rental for a family. Has beach necessities (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys), an amazing view (humpbacks breaching out front every morning!!), perfect set up for a family, central to getting around the island, etc..Brittany was thorough and prompt In communicating with us and the whole experience was seamless. Will stay here again in the future…the view cannot be beat!!

Beautiful property, beautiful beach, incredible views, perfect location-close to restaurants and stores. Lovely small complex, private, covered parking assigned spot, condo was spacious. If you want to be right on a beautiful, swimmable beach with amazing unobstructed ocean views- this is the one! We will stay here again when we return!

I debated on writing a review, because I hesitate to write a negative one, however, I would want to know these things when scouting for a place. The host caused a good deal of stress which got our vacation off to a bad start. Days ahead of time, I would have expected some sort of communication about check in, wifi passwords, basic instructions. Upon hearing nothing, I reached out and asked for check in instructions. No response. Day before I asked again. No reply. VRBO was no help; they just said to contact the host. At the airport on the mainland I called a number of times. No reply. Upon arrival in Maui I called a number of times again. No call back. Finally got her on the phone a little after 4 pm. It was getting cold and windy, and I was tired and stressed as you might imagine wondering if we were ever going to access the unit, or have to sleep in the rental car, and had even started looking for alternate accommodations, which you can imagine would be a problem at 4 pm on the day of arrival in a popular spot. Once on the phone, the host sounded more irritated than apologetic, and finally supplied the entry code. She never contacted us to see if we got in okay, if we needed anything, etc. Once we got into the unit and had a few drinks and a shower and looked out at the view we were able to appreciate the beauty of Maui. The unit is directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and easy to get to restaurants, and all other attractions on the island. The unit itself was okay. The wind did howl up in the loft area, and the beds were on the hard side, but it was spacious and had the basics. Yes, the little ants come out and get all over anything you leave out, but that's just how it is on a beach, so I'm not taking off points for that. Overall I would say the location, the view, and the beach made up for a lot, otherwise I would have given fewer stars. So, mixed review, but in the end we had a great time and loved the spot.

Pictures on site were very accurate. The property grounds were nicely maintained. Bedroom upstairs is a loft which was fine with us, however if anyone gets up early you can hear noise from downstairs. We had a visit by some ants in the kitchen and other bugs in the downstairs bedroom.

We loved our stay at the condo! The location is perfect. This area in Kihei is my favorite on the island, and the beachfront view was breathtaking. I recommend this to anyone.

Loved the climate of Kihei, location is amazing for navigating the island since it’s near the airport in middle of Maui. Place was quiet, clean and accommodating in kitchen, linens, and basic essentials to cook. Wifi is 90% crap so I used my phone data plan for using my laptop but that was a minimal issue. I will 100% be back here and would recommend very highly to couples. The boat ramp down the street has excursions for snorkeling every morning. 110% recommend the experience. I used Blue Water’s 3-hr your. So freaking cool snorkeling 15 minutes away lol n the little nearby islands to see turtles and tons of aquarium-type fishes in coral reef.

This condo is located right on the beach. Beds and linens are great. Kitchen has Everything a cook needs. Ice machine was a bonus!! Closetful of beach gear and 3 chairs. Could watch sunset from the lanai. 5 stars for all

You can’t beat this location and the layout is great. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, sofa bed very comfy. Not a lot of noise or scent privacy - neighbor on the right watched videos on the lania from 6am on (we could hear them like they were in our unit) and neighbor on the left smoked throughout their stay and that wafted into our unit also. I was a little disappointed that kitchen was not stocked with the typical cooking staples like spices that I have found in all other VRBOs so just be prepared if you plan to cook (we moved from a different VRBO across the street that gave us a yummy gift basket and had loads in the kitchen beyond spices like olive oil, sugar, rice, syrup, coffee), again, just be prepared. One small warning - WiFi bandwidth was virtually non existent, property mgmt was responsive to my call and looking into it but we basically blew through our hot spot data plans. This is not typical on Maui - I was working remotely there for the full month and stayed in 4 different locations and only had issues here. I blame provider, not property mgmt but I think it’s important enough to call out, especially since most folks need to stay connected to the office even while on vacation in paradise! I would still stay at this property again!

This place was lovely. The view and location are hard to beat! The bed upstairs was decent and kitchen had a good assortment of kitchen ware. Just a note, the road noise is consistent in the upstairs bedroom as there are outward facing windows. Also the dyer went out while we were there but the owner was very responsive and had it fixed the next day. All in all a good stay.

We (me, my wife and 2 of my adult children) absolutely loved our 9 days here. The location was excellent - we were right on a very beautiful beach! Each day started with hours of paddle boarding and snorkeling right from here. The condo is accurately described. Beds were very comfortable, A/C worked well, and the kitchen had what we needed to fix breakfast and dinner each day. We loved the beach and ocean view from the deck and loft. It is a small, very quiet condo building. We brought a white noise machine to cover intermittent traffic sounds and we slept great. The wifi was very slow so we did not use it much. I highly recommend staying here.
