The beach tower is on a great location. The unit was very clean and nice and had everything we needed. The unit could use some updating. Check in was ok but it was weird that we had to call from the airport and meet someone to let us in. Would have rather had a code or something. The unit was very expensive and I’m not sure it was worth it-might stay further off the beach next time. Oahu is wonderful, though!

The beach tower condo was in a great location that was very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The view from the balcony was partially blocked by the hotel in front, which we knew about before arriving, but other than that it was stunning and an amazing place to sit and watch the sunset. The property staff was very friendly and helpful. While the condo was beautiful, it could use some updates inside.

We just got back from Oahu and we were blown away with our stay at Waikiki Beach Tower. The view was absolutely stunning and the room was clean and had all the amenities we could want for our beach vacation.
From the initial booking, arrival, parking, staying in the room, and checking out it always went smoothly and we felt like we were valued as guests. My whole family wanted to stay there longer and not go home! If you want to have an unforgettable experience then this is the place!!

So many things were great about this rental! The location was the absolute best. Right in the heart of Waikiki and easy to walk up and down the boardwalk for shopping. Also, walking out from the entrance of the building to go right across the street to the beach made it easy to pack for a day of relaxing by the ocean. We saw so many people walking several blocks to get to the beach and we were so glad we didn’t have to do that! The beach chairs provided in the condo were an extra bonus and convenient. The staff at Captain Cook was so nice, accommodating, and very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. No stress arrival too - they brought our luggage and all of our groceries up for us. The view of the beautiful ocean from the balcony was heavenly everyday. We enjoyed every meal on the patio dining table listening to the waves, watching the boats, and even seeing some dolphins occasionally. We had no issues at all with this rental, highly recommend this place!

The place was comfortable, and there is $1 million view of the surf. It had towels and beach chairs included in the building, there’s also a reasonable gym inside the building, we basically walked everywhere from here and there’s lots of restaurants to choose from and surf spots to enjoy. The physical space worked out well for two fathers and sons. They had a surfboard storage locker downstairs that was kind of chaotic because it is high season right now and there’s 25 Boards stacked against each other and you have to pick your board out every morning but it was great not having to carry the board upstairs every day. Outside the hotel the strip is loud and busy with all kinds of different people. The street noise echoes upstairs into your bedroom at night with her horns and ambulances and motorcycles, if you’re not used to being in the city this is coming up somewhat loud.

Watching the sunset from the lanai was beautiful. The space is very well laid out and lots of room for everyone, with the great view as the centrepiece. The kitchen dishes made me feel at home. Property manager very responsive to let us know wifi wasn’t working before we arrived and met us right away to get it fixed. Valet parking was convenient. Only minor issue which I also saw from other comments is about patio furniture cushions. We used beach towels over them but they could use an update. Everything else was very well appointed.

This condo is centrally located is Waikiki making it easy to walk to most restaurants and stores. The view is amazing and the staff at the building is very accommodating. There is a building in front of this building that detracts a bit from the view but it does not block the view in any way. The beds in the twin bedroom were not very comfortable and there were some stains on the carpets. Neither of these issues would keep me from renting this unit again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the unit to be very convenient and loved the balcony!

The property was walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. Amenities were good for a family- kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony with table, and 2 bathrooms. Property manager was responsive. When coffee maker was out of order, he provided replacement within hours. Carpet was damp from a cleaning, but it was okay knowing it was recently cleaned right before our stay. It was nice having parking and valet included. The view of the turquoise waters was beautiful. There is a building partially blocking the view, but still plenty of breathtaking ocean to enjoy.

What an amazing and memorable view from the property the moment you walk through the door! There was plenty of space for our group (including luggage!) and the rental had good facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer, kitchen appliances etc). The hatch window between the kitchen and balcony was great for passing food and drinks through. I also liked the fact that you could open the windows for fresh air. The use of the pool and showers on our last day (after check-out) proved invaluable. The property manager was always contactable and very helpful. The use of the hospitality app was a good addition to the overall experience.Highly recommended and would definintely rent this property again.

Our stay at Waikiki was tremendous. The condo is right across from the beach - you cannot get closer - and every amenity is within easy walking distance. The condo was very comfortable with great air conditioning as well as terrific ocean breezes. The beds were very comfortable; the showers had plenty of hot water and good water pressure; the staff were exceedingly helpful and easy to reach. My family of 6 would return here without hesitation. The best part of the stay was 6:00 AM beach time - there were very few people out and the surf allowed for fantastic snorkeling directly across the street from the condo. What could be better than a Mai Tai and that view!!

Overall a fairly good place to stay, great location with beautiful views and nice amenities. There could have been more towels available as there were 5 of us staying at the location. The showers also have quite a bit of mildew and look like they haven’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. TV’s were also difficult to use and often disconnected themselves from the internet. On the last morning of our stay, as we were getting our things together to leave, we were kicked out by the cleaning staff despite it being prior to our check-out time. Overall a decent stay however.

Spectacular view and a great location. Walk off the elevator, pick up your beach towels and walk across the street to a protected, sandy beach. Byron, our property manager, was very helpful. The condo was immaculate inside and out. Our only issue was some of the furniture was abit worn, especially the cushions on the lanai and the living room sofa. Bedrooms are carpeted and could use a spot cleaning. Would we rent this condo again? Yes!

Where to begin with this place.
1) The staff is unbelievably friendly! They greeted us every single time we walked through the lobby. Every single person goes above and beyond to make your experience special.
2) The Valet staff is super friendly! They are super fast and attentive with grabbing our vehicle every time.
3) The room was absolutely spectacular. The kitchen was tight, but it was a perfect size to host our family. The bedrooms were large and able to accommodate everyone that came with us. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up every morning, being able to see the ocean and watch the sun set every evening was pure heaven. Nothing will be able to recreate this vacation. This place was so special.
I have stayed at a lot of hotels, homes, condos. And I have never been treated with the amount of respect that I have been treated while staying at this place. This place is top notch! It makes us wanting to buy a place in the building just so we can have the staff year round! 100/10

We were assigned a parking spot but majority of the time we returned with some other cars parked there so we had to drive around looking for alternatives. Me and a group of friends travelled down to HI from AK for a softball tournament. I had some buddies who arrived early and the building and host were more then accommodating. They were able to check their bags in at the lobby and were given access after 3pm to the condo. The condo is in a great location, having the ability to park a vehicle without having to deal with the street meters or expensive valet was also very nice. The building has a gym, yoga room, pool, and hot tub. There is an ABC store out front and multiple restaurants nearby. The beach is just across the street and the views from the condo are top notch. Would definitely stay at this location again!

Several areas like outdoor chairs n all carpets were soiled n Stained. Paint boiled off ceiling in main bathroom above light. Dryer has a loud squeal for 3 min before settling in. Whole condo needs painting.

We enjoyed a wonderful five night stay at 1804 in September 2021. The apartment is beautiful and just as shown in the photos. We enjoyed using the boogie boards and beach chairs. The amazing views of the ocean and dining on our deck together were highlights of our trip. Best restaurants: Buzz’s Steak House in Kailua for a birthday dinner, Hou Tree restaurant for our arrival day dinner, and Liliha Bakery for breakfast. Swimming in the ocean everyday was our reason for coming here. Thank you for a great stay!

Right on Waikiki Beach this condo has a great balcony and is in the center of all of the action. There was considerable street noise even on the 18th floor but we knew what we were getting into when we chose this place. If you're looking for that Hawaiian vibe, look elsewhere this is big city life.
When we first entered the condo the was an interesting minty smell which eventually turned musty. The AC unit was making a lot of noise so I informed the property manager who showed up promptly and called a repair man while standing next to me. The repair man was supposed to come out the same day to fix it. No one came out for the duration of our stay. I found a workaround to the AC problem. The place has a good layout but really needs to be refreshed. It needs a paint job and the furniture is very old and badly scratched. The couch is just filthy. Too many other little things to list.

Unit 1804 has a large obstruction on the lanai (the Aston Hotel) right in the middle of the view. The pictures posted are most definitely deceiving and while the property staff will argue this point and tell you that you were either confused while looking at another property, or state that the Aston is IN every picture, they will also resend images associated with the unit - which, again misrepresents how LARGE the obstruction of the other hotel actually is. In their pictures, the obstruction is in the lower right corner and only a very small part. In actuality, it is large and right in the middle of the Lanai (balcony).
The on-site property manager Byron was certainly responsive as were the property management. The hotel was clean. We were able to check in a couple hours earlier which was appreciated! The location central to many activities. I would have rated 4 stars with the exception of the misrepresentation of the view.

Waikiki Beach Tower #1804 is perfect. It is very clean and comfortable. It is well maintained. All standard kitchen appliances. It is very convenient (across the street) to Waikiki Beach and it is on the main shopping street - Kalakaua. Parking in the building as part of the rental fee (one car). Valet parking available for other car(s) as space available. Building staff very cheerful and accommodating. Byron (unit manager) very accessible, helpful, and pleasant.

We recently travelled with another family who were staying in the apartment directly above us. The property was exactly as the photos indicated, fantastic view and so central to everything. It was well equipped apartment, great appliances, great comfortable beds and pillows. The apartments was extremely clean on arrival and well stocked of the basics (toilet paper, washing powders etc, paper towel). With the ABC stores close by it made it very easy to stock up on drinks and groceries. On arrival we were greeted with our property manager who was very friendly and helpful. The concierge staff were always very helpful, friendly and offered great tips and ideas on cost savings. Travellers tips – hire a pushbike for a couple of days. Also, hire surfboards/longboards from out the back, hire it for a week you will use them every day in the morning and afternoons. One of the best places we found to eat was Tikis Grill and bar just down the road, great food and service as well as Cheeseburger in Paradise. Both great for the family and catered for our group. Both families would highly recommend staying here, it was very easy to book and great price compared to the outdated hotel rooms for the same price. We were so happy that we had decided to stay here.

The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. It was stocked with all essentials and had great ocean views. Although this is an older building the condo is modern in appearance. The only negative is that when it is windy the windows whistle and create a terrible noise - we have experienced this in other condos in this building as well. It is worth packing earplugs.
