We had a great time on the Big Island and the stay here made it even better. It was the perfect home base, from the well-stocked kitchen to the pool to the AC to the great selection of books. The kitchen even had a crock pot, which was great for starting a meal and heading out for the day. During our stay, we ran out of trash bags and new bags were delivered the next day. Great place for a family of 4!

The condo was perfect and exactly as described. We had all that we needed for a great stay. Several beaches were within walking distance and only really required a small drive to wherever we wanted to go.
The whole team's kindess was amplified when my daughter became sick and we had to extend our stay by one day. Ed and his boss found us a unit in the same building to occupy. I was very impressed and grateful for their kindess.

Ed was great to work with right from the start. Quick to respond to communications and always very friendly. The condo was easy to find, right off Alii Drive. Condo was close to parking spot, 3rd floor but elevator was steps away from parking and front door to condo.
Condo was very clean, well laid out and had so many bonuses in small necessities. The beds were comfortable and the AC was amazing when we needed it. We would stay here again and also recommend to friends and family if they travel to the big island.

We had an amazing stay at Ed's condo in Kona! Its is so roomy and the perfect space for the 4 of us!
The kids really enjoyed having their own bed and said they were so comfy. My husband and I slept very well too!
The grounds of the condo are so beautiful and we enjoyed the pool every night!
Ed is a super host and only a quick text/call away. When we spoke he gave us some good recommendations on beaches and food.
The condo is in an ideal spot to travel around from and you can hear the ocean. If you are thinking of booking your stay here, do it!! We cant wait to come back and stay again.

Our family of four loved this well appointed condo. It is just as described and included everything we could need. It was very clean. Communications with Ed were great: he was quick to respond. The pool and BBQ area is also great! Highly recommend staying here.

The property was exactly as described. We are a family of 4 with a 17 & 20 year old. Our vacation times together are very limited. We were so grateful for opportunity to stay there. My oldest went on a few fishing charters which ended up only catching beautiful boat rides. We also did the manta ray night tour, went to Kona a few times, did a few hikes, went to Maunakea and the National Volcano Park for the sights. We went to several beaches to swim and snorkel. The one right across the street was nice to snorkel in too.
This is my third time visiting Kona. It has really gone downhill with homelessness, litter and drugs. We didn't have any problems, you just need to be aware (like most other places these days). My 17 year old wanted to jog into town after dark to find his dad and brother, but i didn’t want him to.
I enjoyed the lanai daily. The pool, garden area is gorgeous and so enjoyable at night.
Ed is a great communicator and graciously allowed us a late check out since we had such a late flight.
We had one small issue. The wheel of the twin bed broke (salt air is hard on metal). I had the perfect size extra sturdy box to keep it off the ground and level. Ed really wanted to get that fixed for us during our stay, but we were ok.
I also appreciated the washer, dryer and how well the kitchen was stocked, especially salt and non-stick spray. The pan didn’t work to well for scrambled eggs, so i baked them.
My regret is not staying longer. Mahalo!

My sister and I enjoyed staying at this condo. It had the best supplies and spices of any condo rental. The nearby beaches were not swimmer friendly w rocks and huge waves.
Blackout, earthquake, and eruption in 2 days of 4-wk stay. Owner was helpful and professional, which we appreciated. Delighted that could stay later than checkout on final day. Thank you!

We stayed during the very busy Ironman week. The condo was in an excellent location- within easy reach of Kona and of course the Ironman run went straight past the condo. It was also a quiet location and super close to some great beaches, and the parking space was ideal. The condo was really clean and well equipped. Ed, the host was super nice and very responsive. Fully recommend!

Quite a few great things about the property! Communication with the owner was top notch. Pictures and descriptions were spot on.
I've stayed in a few properties on the Big Island and this had the best A/C ever! I was also cognizant of turning it off when gone. Plenty of room with the 2 bedroom (one with twin beds). Lots of extras such as boogie boards, towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, 2 sets of snorkel gear, cold bag (for beach beers!) Etc. The patio/lanai was perfect. You can see the ocean 👍.
This property is far enough away from Kailua-Kona town that you won't hear the shenanigans. If you want to catch the Hele-On bus it's a short walk along the road way. But best is to have a car.
All utensils were there and quite a few condiments probably left behind by others that were greatly appreciated! I left behind some coffee and other items as well.
Lots of extra lotions/sunscreens/sunburn aftercare items too.
The pool area of the property is AMAZING!!! Of all the properties I stayed at it is the best! Several beaches are close enough (I like Honl's a mile north along Ali'i Dr). Great family beaches south. I definitely would recommend this property for anyone!

We picked this property because of the location (easy to get to from the airport, cross the street from the beach, in the middle of a lot of Kona activities), the full kitchen features (dishwasher, stove, etc), washer/dryer, availability of air conditioning, and the fact that it had two bedrooms (second bedroom has two single beds which is ideal for kids). I would happily stay here again if we get a chance to return to the Big Island.

Well kept condo complex with a nice pool. Great as a base of operations for other sightseeing as well.

My daughters and I enjoyed a perfect week at the condo! We loved sitting on the lanai each morning for coffee and breakfast. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us plenty of room. The pool area was relaxing at the end of our busy days. Great place!

Very nice condo. Lots of towels!! Lots of pillows!!! We had no problems but appreciated Ed checking in on us. The kitchen was great. Nice to have a smart tv. Enjoyed the Hawaii decor. Stayed with my husband and our 2 kids - aged 21 and 18. It was big enough for all of us. My kids loved the shower in the master so much that all 4 of us used that shower, but having 2 bathrooms was a huge plus. The fans and air conditioning were great. Loved being able to see the ocean from the lanai and being able to go across the street and really experience the beauty of Hawaii.

This is a great property! The unit is really well supplied. The kitchen is well stocked with everything I needed to cook on site, plus there was snorkel gear, beach towels, and even a couple beach chairs. I really appreciated it. We loved the pool area and swam almost every evening. Owners were easy to communicate with and the on-site manager was very friendly. I'd stay there again.

Great location, view and lovely layout. My son and I went to visit family. We had our own room and bathrooms. It was absolutely perfect. It was close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The trolley that runs up and down Alli’i Drive was great. You absolutely can’t go wrong with this cute and well stocked condo. Ed and Lisa are amazing to communicate with and we will definitely stay with them again.

Ed was great with check in and during our stay making sure everything was going ok. Place was clean, spacious for me and my 2 girls. Air conditioning was excellent. Kitchen fully stocked. Lots of beach towels and beach gear for use. Allowed us to have a late check out which made our final day much easier!

We travelled with our two older teens. A second bedroom with two beds was important to us and this fit the bill. We liked that it was in a smaller complex with a great pool and BBQ area. The property offered everything we needed.
The location out the South end was great. Easy to drive downtown or head just south for some great snorkeling.
Ed was great with communication. We will defiantly book again if we are back in the area.

Stayed at this condo in late January 2022. It was superb! The owner was extremely responsive to all questions, there is a designated parking stall, an elevator if you have lots of luggage (as we did); and everything is fully stocked (towels; dishes; laundry; pantry). The building was easy to find, as the instructions were very accurate. The location is fantastic - very near the "touristy" area of Kona, but not in the middle of the Kona commotion. It was quiet in the evenings, which was very nice. Loved the open shower in the master bathroom. Best of all? It was more cost effective than staying at the resorts in Waikoloa. We could cook meals, if we wanted to, and the unit has full-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, etc. The pantry was stocked, and there are more dishes than you need! Lots of nice amenities, such as shampoo, soap, suntan lotion, etc. Also liked the decor -- lots of shells, books, etc. Would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone travelling to Kona.

The condo was great with plenty of room and everything you need in the place. The complex is in a good location; close to beaches and town without actually being in 'downtown' Kona. It is a small complex with friendly people. Pool is warm with a hot tub and a really nice area around it to relax. Owner is easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. We cannot wait to come back.

A bonus is the view of the ocean from the lanai. The only drawback was that the kitchen fan didn’t work. Don’t plan on frying anything!!

Ed is amazing. He is very helpful and the condo was stocked with the basic necessities.
We did not spend much time in the condo as we were on the road exploring the Big Island for hours upon hours each day. The location worked out really well for us in terms of getting to and from our various destinations both during the day as well as at night. It was also close to downtown yet far enough away to allow you to have a quiet nights sleep.

This was an absolutely amazing trip! The condo had everything we needed and was in a great area close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the koi pond was a wonderful bonus! Ed was very accommodating and friendly. Perfect place for a friends trip or a family vacation. Beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling gear(although we brought our own) was all there. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect stay in the Kona area!

My husband, myself and my 11 year old son stayed here last week. The condo was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the beach towels and snorkel masks for our trips to the beaches. The pool was small but nice. My favorite thing about our stay was the three complex cats (Shadow, Mandy and Taffy) who we made friends with quickly! Location was great and enjoying breakfast on the lanai while watching the waves on the ocean was a treat.

A great 2 bedroom place with a lovely tropical courtyard and pool area. Open concept lets you leave windows open to enjoy birds and ocean breeze. Onsite manager loaned us a cooler and helped with minor issues. Great location...can walk to Magic Sands. Fully equipped kitchen.

I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends looking to vacation on the big island. From having all of the amenities one needs inside the unit to enjoying the bbq's and eating areas by the pool....you couldn't ask for more. Oh did I mention the hot tub?? Yes, there is one right beside the pool.
All in all I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit the big island.

This unit is right on Alli'i Dr., right across the street from the ocean and convenient to Kahalu'u snorkel beach and also to downtown by car. It is clean, bright and nicely decorated. The pool is very nice (lovely tile honus in the bottom), and the koi pond and gardens are beautiful. The manager, John, is extremely helpful and friendly. He lives in the complex, so is easy to find. All the appliances work well and the beds are comfortable.

The condo is in a great location- not too close to town, but not too far either. The place is great to relax after a day of playing on the Big Island. The pool area is lovely, especially in the evening watching the sun set and then enjoying nightfall. Would highly recommend.

We came to Kona for our nephews wedding. Everything about our vacation has been beautiful. Every morning we sat on the Lani to have our Kona coffee and we could see whales spouting in the ocean. The seas were a little rough to do much snorkeling since we are novices. But we loved going to the black sands beach and the White Sands Beach the luau and the whale watching tour. Took a great coffee tour at hula daddy coffee. So much information. Wow. Our host Ed was awesome prior to our arrival. He was able to answer all of my questions. The unit was fully stocked with everything that we could possibly need.

Clean, well-equipped condo. Good location for downtown and beaches. Appreciated the washer/dryer. Enjoyed the pool and well-kept grounds. Only negative was that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom wasn't working. Otherwise we'd go back again.
