We enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Ko Olina Marriott Beach Villas. Diana is an exceptional host. This is my third stay at the Beach Villas and first win Diana’s condo. Diana does a spectacular job with the condo. It was perfectly clean and she made the effort to meet us at the condo at check in as well as leave lovely treats like fresh fruit and candies. Oahu is truly paradise. This condo was exactly as described. It was exceptionally clean and appointed. The resort community is beautiful and the lagoons are incredible. We were lucky enough to see an Hawaiian Monk Seal just down the walking path, napping on one of the nearby beaches. If you are looking for stunning views and a relaxing vacation, this is the spot! Diana was an incredible host and we are definitely coming back.

The villa was very luxurious, everything you could want was there! With the exception of salt and pepper, literally that is the only thing that wasn’t there. Anything you could want on the beach was there chairs, coolers, beach towels, boards & blowups with a beach wagon to haul it down to the lagoon. Diana's Ko Olina vacation rental is shown accurately in the pictures. It is high end and well equipped relative to the kitchen, anything desired for beach activities, and all essentials. The view from the lanai is outstanding. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset each day. On top of that Diana is a very top-notch, gracious host. We typically do not stay in Ko Olina, but some friends have. We had a great time! The location is central to North Shore and Waikiki. The condo is equipped with everything you will need:
Beach chairs
Snorkeling gear
Yeti Coolers!
Umbrella
And a wagon to carry down to the beach.
Kitchen has everything you need and more.
My favorite part was the sliding doors open up the room to a lanai and a great view of the ocean!
The owner Diana made a personal touch by meeting with us at the condo showing us the parking space and showing us the room and explaining the amenities.
We are planning our next stay in 2023!

This is a very well-located, thoroughly updated 4th floor condo. At check-in, the process was easy, and we didn't find a single grain of sand or hair anywhere in the unit...rare for a beach rental. The property manager (Diana) was in touch about a week before arrival and easily reachable throughout our stay. Monkeypod, Starbucks, Island Markets, Aulani, Four Seasons are all an easy walk from here. This property sits on lagoon 2, which I'd say is the best of the three in Ko'olina. Mahalo!

From the second I booked Diana was in touch every step of the way and greeted us at the condo. Well stocked for breakfast lunch and dinner, sunset while you grill next to the bar, and a lanai that completely opens up to the Oahu breeze. It was well asked “do you want to check out?” because I absolutely did not want to leave. Ko’Olina is so quiet, and walks over to Aulani were awesome for shaved ice. If I was independently wealthy I would buy a place like this and never leave.

This was a perfect place for us! The host worked with us to make our stay perfect. Most couch pull outs are uncomfortable, but my son said it was good. Our king bed was super comfortable. This was important to me. I want to get a good nights rest while on vacation. Wasn't super keen on everything shutting down at 9pm, but its not a big deal. I loved that they had boogie boards and really great snorkel gear! They worked so well! My boys loved the candies the host left for us! I was grateful for the fresh fruit! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home! Mahalo!!

Diana was great! She met us when we arrived to show us around, checked on us throughout our stay, and responded promptly with any questions we had. Her place was beautiful, clean, and had all amenities anyone would need. The beach was great and not very crowded. The location was perfect! The only suggestion we would have would be additional lighting in the master bathroom; however we would 100% stay here again and recommend to our friends and family.

Lovely property with family pool, lap pool, along quiet beach (compared to neighboring beaches by hotel properties). Room was clean, with a whole closet full of anything you would imagine needing at the beach. Also board games for kids and adults to keep everyone busy. The balcony was large with partial view of beach on one side and mountains on the other. Mornings were lovely with the sound of birds from neighboring trees. Overall a wonderful stay and we will be back!

Loved every min of the stay. The property is excellent. Away from hustle and bustle of the city. It feels like you have the exclusive access to the lagoon. We saw the Hawaiian Monk Seal pretty much every day on our walk towards four seasons hotels. All 4 lagoons are accessible and great pathways for jog/run. The kitchen was fully stocked and with all the amenities. The day of checkout Diana reached out to me with the extended checkout time. So we got extra few hours at the property which was appreciated. They have everything from snorkeling gears, beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, igloo, beach mats and too many beach towels. It is very comfortable and easy stay. Ideal place for photoshoot as well.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful. It is gorgeous and pristine with little extras throughout. The cove and beach were great for us timid swimmers, with gentle waves even when large waves were crashing outside the rock wall. The condo was very well stocked with beach supplies including snorkels, chairs, cooler, etc. We loved it here!

My family and I truly enjoyed this unit and property. The location is a less crowded area which was perfect for us!! The unit was exactly as it appears and better in person. It had all the essentials needed and extras for the beach (chairs, coolers, boogie boards, sand toys, nice towels, wagon). Diana truly is detail oriented with the personal welcome and treats welcoming you in her unit. Working with her before our arrival and during was outstanding. She was very responsive and offered plenty of helpful advice/tips. Our kids really enjoyed snorkeling in the lagoon which was a very short walk from the unit and the pool area. Our youngest loved feeding the fish! While we snorkeled we had seen plenty of fish and even a turtle! The sunsets are amazing and while we were watching one we had seen a monk seal and turtle. The bar area was nice with wonderful live music as well. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this until. We look forward to coming back soon!

Diana was fantastic to deal with, from the start of booking through to the end of our trip. She takes great pride in her specific unit, and it shows. The closet of activity gear (we called it “closet of fun!” while we were there) also sets this unit apart. It is stocked with everything we needed for fun adventures from scuba gear to air mattresses to boogie boards to beach towels to a cooler etc and even included a little wagon to transport it all. Our only quibbles: There was a shortage of towel bars & hooks in the unit. We were a party of 6, with 6 shower towels plus 6 beach towels that needed to be hung up daily. There were not enough places to hang 12 towels, especially when some of the hooks/bars needed to be used for wet swim suits and rash guards. The rules for the building include that nothing of this sort can be hung outside on the deck anywhere, including on deck furniture to dry. We had to resort to hanging over doors and door knobs, and on occasion on the back of the indoor dining chairs which is not ideal. There is a dryer in the unit, but it has a very small capacity and takes a long time to dry anything. A couple more towel bars added to the back of the bathroom doors would be helpful. Also, the small amount of storage in the kitchen was a challenge. Diana has a very well stocked kitchen, but this left no cabinet space available for storing groceries and our supplies. Our preference is to self-cater as much as possible, and we were a largish party so we had a lot of groceries on site. We did make use of some storage available in the side board in the dining room, so overall we were able to make the storage situation work albeit a little awkwardly. We were also a little thrown off by the high cost of drinks, especially cocktails, at the little bar on the property down by the beach, but took advantage of our self-catering facilities to make our own and enjoy on the deck. Overall this is a lovely property, the location paradise, and Diana’s unit is a winner. We will be back!

I’ve stayed at the beach villas several times and this unit had everything we needed. We headed out to visit another beach and the unit had a wagon, umbrella, boogie boards, towels, sand toys, and ice chest. Everything in the unit was nice and not the typical really cheap stuff you get in rentals. Ko Olina is a great area and some days we stayed in Ko Olina and other days we ventured out. Would definitely recommend this unit and thank you to Diana for creating such a nice vacation rental!

We had an amazing time at Diana’s property in Ko Olina resort. This property is absolutely magnificent and we were totally delighted with our accommodations. Diana’s property has absolutely everything that you need for an amazing trip to Oahu.
Diana as a host is above anyone I have ever dealt with on VRBO. She was incredibly helpful and always accommodating whenever we had any kind of question. She was there to receive our groceries before we arrived and even put them in the refrigerator.. not to mention that she provided us with so many options of ‘things to do’ while in Oahu.
Diana‘s Villa as well as the resort offer so many wonderful amenities but it’s impossible to list them. We did our best to enjoy as many of them as possible.
You cannot go wrong staying in this condo. The view of the beach is amazing. And Diana did her best to make sure we had wonderful lanai furniture during the painting process.

Diana (our host) was warm and hospitable! Our communication with her was very smooth from beginning to end. Her condo was conveniently located away from all the hustle-bustle of the city yet close enough to the shopping area in Kapolei where we were able to buy everything we needed. Each room was beautifully and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was easy to use and Diana provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach such as picnic chairs, towels, cooler, etc. The stunning view from the condo is right by the beach and the golf course. The condominium was perfect for our group of five adults, it truly has everything one needs for a beach vacation. Fully stocked kitchen amenities were great for preparing meals. Beach chairs and pool accessories we’re very useful. The only (minor) drawbacks were construction noise and early lawn equipment running. They were working on the building exterior during our dates. All in all, great stay and we loved sunny Ko Olina. Diana was also very responsive and helpful to work with, great communication!

Kitchen well-stocked with everything you need (incl coffee grinder, blender, lots of drink glasses, etc). Master bed ++ comfortable. Loved having the beach stuff to use (coolers, Tommy Bahama chairs, boogie boards, etc). Split our time between the beach and pool; both excellent. Nice walking paths between other Ko'olina properties. The gym was also nice to have. Only small suggestions would be: provide kitchen cloths, more dish soap, a broom/mop and a Bluetooth speaker in unit would be nice. Overall excellent place to stay and we'll be back! Thx

Due to Covid, we had to reschedule our much anticipated family vacation to Ko’Olina 3 times. Diana was very accommodating and we finally made it to celebrate Thanksgiving in paradise nearly 2 years later. It was worth the wait. The villa is spotless and has every amenity we needed in the kitchen and for endless beach fun! We really appreciated the exclusivity of the property. No huge crowds here like at the Marriott and Disney resorts next door. The Beach Villas has it all-beautiful pools, a cocktail bar, bbqs, a white sandy beach on a calm lagoon, and the beautiful sunsets. This is Paradise. We all agreed it was one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to return!

Diana's property is incredible. The pics are 100% accurate! The space was perfect for our group - 3 adults and 1 child. Diana was a pleasure to rent from. Her condo is beautiful and she was a wonderful host. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is even more beautiful in person! The site is wonderfully furnished and the lagoon is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. A sea turtle swam right under me while snorkeling in the lagoon!
While there, the shower in second bathroom shower was slow to drain. I alerted Diana and a maintenance man was there within 20 minutes to repair it. I have rented many homes through VRBO and have never had such a prompt response. I can’t recommend Diana and her condo enough! My family and I are already plotting our next stay there. I don’t need to look anywhere else; this was paradise!

While the layouts of these 2 BR condos offer a similar core design and amenities, the difference between a good and a great unit is the view and the owner's attention to detail. This unit offers both. Diana has thought of everything, from kitchen utensils to beach chairs and toys to books on Hawaii. She is an excellent communicator and goes the extra mile to make her guests feel welcome. Her unit is bright and clean and feels like home. My only critique is really with the condo complex itself as room, floor and building access can be a bit tricky. Card keys are necessary almost everywhere and if you are visiting with other members of a larger party who are staying in other rooms it can be a challenge to access them.

My family of 5 loved staying at this resort! The owner personally greeted us prior to travel and at check-in . The pictures are 100% accurate - the place is beautiful and views are amazing. My kids loved the pool and we all loved the "public " lagoons that feel more private than any public beach we've been to before. I would definitely recommend this place for families or couples alone!

The location is hands down the best on the west side of Oahu. KoOlina golf club is across the street and condo is right on the beach. My wife and kids loved the beach here, it was not crowded and lagoon breaks most of the waves. We drove to some other beaches for surfing and body boarding. The condo is just as described. As the other reviews mention, Diana is a model host.

Every trip we make to Oahu we seem to upgrade where we stay and this place….well this is one I can come back over and over again so look no further! Our host greeted us with the all the aloha spirit. The condo is a 2br 2ba split plan which kept the kids on their side which was nice. The balcony was a little windy but we really enjoyed the view. You have access to a private beach that is perfect for families or if you just want to chill. Overall, our stay was perfect and we will definitely come back.
