The Royal Mauian is a beautiful property and location, directly in front of a reef and adjacent to public beaches. Right across the street are shops and restaurants. The unit itself was stocked and well appointed. We would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in unit #611. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with our 2 daughters (10 and 16) The views from this unit can't be beat and the location is perfect. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and it had everything from snorkel equipment to beach towels. The rooftop grills and tables is better than any restaurant location in Kihei. We snorkeled every morning in front of the building and saw turtles, eels and squid! This was the perfect home away from home and we look forward to returning!

It’s an ideal place to relax and enjoy full access to premier beaches . We enjoyed the view from the Lanai and the excellent rooftop deck and grill area. It’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Royal Mauian is in the heart of many local shopping strips and restaurants easily accessible by crossing the street.
The condo was very enjoyable. Everything was as described and Tammy was very helpful when contacted.

The ocean view from the sixth floor is absolutely gorgeous! The king bed is so comfortable and the adjoining full bath is spacious! The window treatments do an excellent job of blocking the light for those who prefer to sleep in. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The rooftop lounge is outstanding with several gas grills and lots of tables and chairs for dining. We ate dinner there most nights and the sunsets were amazing! We appreciated having a washer and dryer right in the condo…very convenient!
The location is convenient to shopping, dining, and beaches. There is a beach on both sides of the building. No need to get in the car. We enjoyed snorkeling right from the beach and saw many colorful fish and turtles! Walk across the street for shopping and restaurants. Be sure to have shave ice!

The Royal Mauian is a great location for being right on the beach. The upstairs grill area is something we utilized frequently, and eating upstairs on the rooftop was the most comfortable place to dine. It was beautiful and comfortable up there in the evenings. We also took an afternoon dip in the pool one day. The grounds are very well maintained.
Our condo unit had a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, pans, and even some spices. The unit has a great view of the ocean in which we spotted turtles most mornings. The master bathroom had plenty of great storage for toiletries in drawers and even a make-up mirror. I guess our only complaint was that there wasn't comfortable seating in the living area for the three of us (2 adults and a preteen). The photos we saw at booking were of a sofa and loveseat. What was there was a pull-out sofa bed in place of those.
The condo also has great Tommy Bahama beach chairs and coolers (hard and soft-sided) as well as some beach gear (boogie boards, some snorkel stuff). It's also conveniently located across the street from shops, restaurants, and a small, but pretty well stocked grocery store.
We enjoyed our visit to Maui and appreciate Tammy sharing her condo unit with us during our stay. She was easy to communicate with and sent helpful information about her condo prior to our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Mauian again. We have stayed in the condo units several and this was a first in this unit. We had no complaints though the toilet needed to have the seal replaced while we were there but they were very good about getting this done in a timely manner with no issues. Thank you for a very nice relaxing place to stay.

We were here with friends for their 25th. The location was perfect and central to everything. The condo is right on the beach and we saw turtles below us everyday.
The owner Tammy and management folks were all vey accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

The condo was extremely comfortable, clean and well appointed. Beds were comfy, and kitchen had everything you need to actually cook a meal for a family. The view from the lanai was incredible- you are right on the water. Walking distance to anything you could want, and a quick drive if you need more selection. We loved Kihei for our teems who could go off on their own and there was lots to do around the property including snorkling, great beach and pool/view. Overall, would highly recommend. Grounds were neat and well kept.

Condo is all about the balcony!! Spectacular views of whales, turtles, dolphins & flying fish. Roof Top is fabulous, heated pool is great. Condo location is in walking distance of everything you need. Tammy is a great host, very prompt in getting back to you. Look forward to the next vacation in Maui!!

This was our second stay at this condo. You really can't beat the view, we spent most of our time on the lanai. The kitchen is well stocked and communication with the owner was fast an easy. They have updated the furniture on the roof top deck. An overall lovely stay.

I stayed at this condo with my longtime best friend. The condo was beautiful and the property was well kept and easy to get around. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance and the grocery store was a short drive away. All in all, our goal for this vacation was to relax and that is exactly what we found here!

Easy walking to restaurants, a great food truck, a convenience store and great cinnamon roll place across the street. Easy walking over to beach next to resort.
Unit was well equipped with everything for the beach…5 beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and beach towels. Kitchen was well equipped and the roof top deck with bbqs was great!
Only issue we had was being told we couldn’t use our small floaties in the pool even though the two of us were the only ones at the pool.

Once in the unit if needed you would call property manager but never needed a thing. Completely stocked with kitchen beach bath supplies. Will stay here again for sure. I have stayed in this unit before on my first trip to Maui and have always stayed at the Royal Mauian since then. The fact that we have been in several other units and repeated says we loved this condo. The condo had everything we needed and the kitchen is upgraded - bonus for having a coffee grinder too! The owner and property manager are always very responsive and the unit is well kept. LOVE the roof top BBQ - and just admiring the view from the lanai. How can you complain - you have amazing beaches to the left and right. You can snorkel with the turtles at the small reef in front of the building. Looking forward to our 3rd stay here soon!

Don’t look anywhere else! If this unit is available then take it. It is amazing. So comfortable and a million dollar view. The beach and pool are steps away and immaculately clean and just beautiful. Tammy was great on communication and we had a wonderful week. We would not hesitate to stay again when we return to Maui. Thank you so much.

Perfect place to stay! Best location! Go to sleep listening to the surf….absolutely incredible view, quiet, peaceful, and a beautiful sandy beach right next to the condo. Shops and restaurants across the street. The condo is equipped with everything you need to cook meals inside. It’s beautifully furnished. The rooftop garden is fabulous for barbecuing and the view is incredible. The grounds are meticulous and beautifully landscaped. Everything is so clean! Wonderful place for families. Booking and communicating with the owner was so easy. All in all it was a pleasurable experience.

The Royal Mauian is a fabulous location - close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee, groceries, shave ice. You can rent snorkel gear and paddleboards right across the street. Everything was within walking distance. Great area for running/walking, and snorkeling and swimming out front was awesome. The rooftop area is perfect for sunset dinners with 4 gas grills available as well as a small kitchen area with a refrigerator, sink, microwave. Condo #611 was clean, updated and fully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers as well. Tammy (the owner) was great to work with and super responsive, and the management company (AA Oceanfront) was super quick to provide our door code and communicate with us. 5 stars all around for the Royal Mauian, condo 611 and Kihei!

Accommodation had everything we needed and more , forget taking shampoo , towels , boogie boards , snorkeling gear it all here at this apartment . Don’t bother with an organized snorkel trip there is a great little reef teaming with turtles right in front of you , just go early morning before wind picks up . Near plenty shops and a few restaurants or a 20 min walk to main center of activity keihi . Brilliant location , fantastic apartment and views , comes with everything you will need

Great unit and awesome owner. We had an amazing 7 day family vacation! This unit has it ALL! Best Vrbo rental I’ve been to. Everything was just as described. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels provided. The kitchen has anything and everything you could possibly need. The coolers, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and snorkel gear were amazing to have at hand. Sunsets on the lanai were spectacular! Coffee and spotting turtles from the lanai was our morning tradition. Living room furniture was comfy and dining table worked great for games. We really enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen very well stocked, non stick pans, cookie sheets, lots of utensils, 2 blenders, coffee maker, toaster, cutting boards, spices etc.
Can snorkel 150 ft away and see turtles and if lucky will see them swimming by you (happened numerous times to me) while swimming on Kamole 1.
Can get little windy as located on small point.
Aunties rentals for all you need located directly across from unit, also natural food store, small general store both well stocked. Multiple places to eat and well as shopping just across street as well.
