The view from this 5th floor unit is amazing and there are beautiful beaches on either side of the property within a few minutes walk. We loved the rooftop area. We grilled dinner up there a couple of times. Diana, the owner was very attentive and answered any questions promptly. The only negative which did not hinder our enjoyment at all but wanted to mention was that the unit was smaller than we expected. Our group consisted of two couples and the second bathroom was very tiny. The kitchen was also pretty small. It seemed the pictures made it seem roomier than it actually was in person. Having said that, after initially being a bit surprised by the size, the location and amenities more than made up for it

I can't say enough about our stay. It was our (my family, including two teenage daughters) first time to visit Maui, and we picked this location after a good deal of research and couldn't have picked a better spot for everything that we wanted to get out of this vacation. The condo itself it perfect, and full of new appliances (that may have actually been a little smarter than me, tbh.) Diane was so easy to communicate with and so very helpful at every turn. We loved our sunsets on the rooftop, from the balcony, and from the grassy lawn. We loved being on the oceanside of Kihei Road. We loved having the grills available to us. We loves snorkeling and swimming with turtles right outside of the back door. If (when) we make a return trip, I'm glad to know that I won't have to spend one minute trying to decide where to stay.

Property we close to the beach, which was a priority for us. Saw sea turtles multiple times from the balcony from on the beach. Close to everything we needed but not so crowded to be able to enjoy. Had a great time!

My husband, son, daughter-in-law and I stayed for 7 nights and our condo accommodations, location to beaches and activities and contact with the rental owner couldn’t have been better. Our two week stay was absolute perfection! So many positives about this condo. Beautifully decorated, updated, clean, conveniently located, stunning views of the sunsets, direct access to the beach, rooftop garden, etc. If you like to snorkel, just walk right out to the beach and snorkel with a variety of fish and sea turtles! Snorkel equipment to rent is available right across the street along with other rentals such as paddle boards. Paddle boarding in the morning is perfect! Diana was extremely helpful with any questions and responded immediately. If you choose to stay at this beautiful condo, you will not be disappointed! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Maui!

The property is absolutely perfect! My sister and I were looking for a beautiful oceanfront place to relax and escape. The unit is clean, fresh and very comfortable. We spent the majority of our time on the balcony enjoying the stunning ocean view or at the beach steps from the property.
The building is convenient to grocery, food and coffee just across the street. Diana was a perfect host and we could not ask for a better managed unit or building.

Everything you will need is within walking distance including a health food store across the street who will refill 1 gallon water bottles for 50 cents, a terrific restaurant nearby, massage and water sports rentals, cinnamon rolls. This is a great property located right on the ocean. The condo is completely updated and has everything you could ever need for your stay. The amenities of the building are great and the location can’t be beat, with shops and restaurants right across the street. The property was beautiful. We were 2 couples traveling together and the condo was set up so we each had space. The lanai was absolutely wonderful. We used it every morning for coffee and in the evening to watch the beautiful sunsets. The rooftop kitchen, grilling stations and dining area were such a bonus. The condo is centrally located so it was easy to get around and there was plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The highlight of the location was having the 2 beaches on each side. We snorkled quite a bit but our favorite was playing in the surf at Kam II. The green sea turtles just swim right past you. You will see the turtles every morning right from the lanai. We loved our stay in Kehei and when we plan to go back we will reach out to stay here again. Great place to stay. We loved the location with easy access to restaurants, stores, beach, and sunsets! The house accommodations were ideal. Diana has thought through what’s needed for a family to vacation in her place. We appreciated the availability of beach towels, fins, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach bag, hairdryer, and laundry options. So many little details to help make our visit exceptional. The sunset view from the lanai is amazing. We highly recommend Diana’s place! We have zero complaints. Mahalo!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our 25th Wedding anniversary. The beachfront location made for amazing views from the lanai where we enjoyed watching turtles and sunsets. The condo was in a great location that made getting around Maui convenient. It was very clean and spacious for us and came equipped with everything you may need for a stay. The rooftop deck also had amazing views and a great place to grill. Diana was very responsive to any requests. Staying here was wonderful. The view from the lanai was gorgeous and the condo has everything you need from kitchen utensils to beach items. Diana was a great help too. We had a water issue from the condo above. She made sure to keep us informed about the situation and took care of everything while they were getting it fixed. I highly recommend this place.

When I tell you this vacation was perfect from start to finish I am not kidding! This property is in a great location relative to the airport and other island locations. The condo faces the ocean so you wake up every morning with the ocean breeze and the waves right out your window. The unit is nicely furnished with everything that you could need whether you are staying in or going out for the day/evening. The owner was wonderful to work with and accommodated anything that we needed! When I stay somewhere it’s important for the location to be convenient, clean, and that the owner respects the needs of your vacation. The unit was very clean and spacious for two people. We enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the lanai just taking in all things that are Hawaiian and beautiful! Thank you Diana for sharing your aloha and making us feel like ohana!

We have stayed in many units at the Royal Mauian over the years and #507 was by far the best. The renovation is stunning, the unit feels very open and airy. The furnishings are comfortable and modern while still having that Island feel. Diana was absolutely wonderful, answered any questions within minutes and helped make our stay even more lovely. This is the cleanest and most well equipped vrbo I have ever been in! Five minutes after we checked in, we were watching turtles from the lanai.( no need for the supplied binoculars) We were close to lots of great restaurants which we enjoyed but the best was barbequing our own dinner on the roof top deck. Thank you for a great and relaxing get away. We look forward to coming back here soon.

My husband and I got the opportunity to stay here. Where do I begin? There were so many wonderful quality things to say about this place! The unit was very well taken care of. Very clean and thoughtfully thought out in regards to any and everything you would need. I've stayed at many places and am always prepared to go to Safeway last minute grabs. Nope! Didn't need a thing! From sink wipes, too soaps too, and even dishwasher soap. No detail left undone!
Communications with Diane left me happily speechless! She was always quick to respond and very kind. Never did she make me feel like I was bothering her. Even when I had some user "blond human" error moments, she answered my questions with patience. She really is there for you on anything you need! Really!
The VIEW!!! I couldn't get over just how perfect it was EVERYDAY! From the moment we woke until the sun set was gorgeous. Didn't even need to go downstairs and everyday was picturesque! All the furniture throughout the home was comfortable ,clean, and updated. I really felt spoiled! This property has grass downstairs which is really a lovely place to enjoy. But, the condo was so perfect we enjoyed the lanai a lot. Saw stingrays, turtles, and many birds right from the comfort of the condo. So.....would I recommend this place???. Not only YES! I didn't want to leave! But HURRY and book it! IT is a gem and Diane helped make it all possible. She has so much in the condo to make your stay a breeze. Not just in the home but also on the island. We loved our stay here. Not only was it very accommodating but the location is perfect for the beach, restaurants, snorkeling, and grocery needs. The view from the master bedroom and balcony were to die for. Expect to regularly see sea turtles swimming in the afternoon from the balcony. The hosts are also wonderful and are very responsive if there is anything you need. Thank you again for letting us stay in your wonderful condo, we couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay.

The view for the lanai was absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, easy access to the beaches, eating establishments, shopping. The layout of the condo was perfect for my husband and I and our daughter and son-in-law. Plenty of privacy and also ample space in the living room when we were all together. If we vacation in Maui again, we will schedule it around the availability of this condo!

Overall wonderful experience renting and staying at this property! The unit is oceanfront with views facing west, for spectacular sunsets from the comfort of the lanai. Our unit was wonderful and very clean and well appointed with two spacious bedrooms and two full baths Beautiful lawn and pool, and mere steps to the beach (the property sits on a rocky outcropping with beaches on either side). We had a great time hanging out on the beach, and there is also great snorkeling here (the reef on the submerged rock outcropping is worth checking out) as well paddle board and other equipment rental shops across the street. The water is crystal clear. Note that mornings are the best time to hit the beach as the trade winds can roll through this part of Maui pretty heavily in the afternoon. The property location is central to lots of shopping, restaurants and other activities in the Kihei / Wailea area, and other destinations such as Lahaina and Paia are only a short drive away.
Our hosts communicated with us on this rental early and often, which was great. The welcome email was very clear and clearly laid out much of the information we relied on to make this trip a success. The unit owners also provide a selection of snorkeling gear, beach chairs and other items to help make the stay more memorable (not to mention less to pack)!

Once again we were enthralled not only by the natural beauty of Maui, but also by the luxurious accommodations of Diana and Bill's "home away from home". The warm and welcoming atmosphere of this sparkling clean, up to date condo was the perfect setting of our relaxing getaway. Immediately upon our arrival we felt the cares of a busy lives fade away and we were on "Maui time" From leisurely late morning coffee on the lanai to wine sipping sunsets on the rooftop: we were totally immersed in a world of beauty and luxury.
We appreciated all of the previously mentioned amenities from other reviewers but would like to add a few of our own. We profoundly appreciated the peace and quiet that the condo provided and the helpful staff at the associations desk who were always friendly and willing to give helpful advice. The internet access was easily obtained and provided fast and consistently reliable service for our entire stay. A repeat accolade praising the rooftop dining option can't be left out, this provided leisurely grilling and an opportunity to visit with other families sharing the days adventure's. (we were awed by a whale watching adventure once a family told us about this opportunity ) The perfect ending of each day was a long walk on the quiet beach, recalling the days adventures and anticipating tomorrow's unknowns, while the fading sunset streaked fiery red across the darkening sky.

This was our first trip to Hawaii. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Royal Mauian in Kihei~~the condo and location were a great match for us. The condo itself is top notch, and Diana and Bill have thought of everything one might need while vacationing here including snorkel gear, various beach items, coolers, movies, and a full kitchen to name a few! The view from the lanai was breathtaking, and it was heavenly falling asleep in the comfy king size bed to the sound of the ocean waves rolling in. The beach location was a highlight, and we thought the Kamaole Beaches were great compared to others we checked out. We enjoyed the snorkeling directly in front of the condo; lots of colorful coral and fish and many sea turtles. We rented a stand-up paddleboard from Sol at the Royal Mauian; very flexible and reasonably priced. Before our departure, Diana and Bill shared a lot of information about the area with us including some great restaurants and activity suggestions~~some within walking distance from the condo. We visited the summit of Haleakala at sunrise, did a sunset sail, went to the Feast at LeLe, and drove the Road to Hana to name a few. We enjoyed our time on the island and wish to extend a huge thanks to Diana and Bill for helping make our first trip to Hawaii a success~~we are looking forward to a return adventure!

In all our at least 25 trips to Maui, we have never been more satisfied with accomodations. The unit is beautifully decorated, extremely well supplied and very comfortable - slept like a baby. The location of the unit in the building is perfect in that you could spend the day on the lanai in the shade with a beautiful view and still get the view of the sunset. The view from the rooftop garden was spectacular as well. I think our favorite time of day was cocktails and pupus ...or was it morning coffee ...doesn't matter because any time of the day there was just perfect. There was plenty of beach for walking, and there were close shops and restaurants. We found this property through VRBO, and the photos and description were what sold us. I'll definitely recommend it to anyone I know traveling to Maui. It was wonderful. All that being said, the personal attention through emails and phone calls from Diana (including a phone call the day after we arrived to make sure everything was fine) made us feel the true "aloha" spirit. Diana, a great big MAHALO!!!

From the moment i stepped foot into the door from the moment a tear drop fell from my eye when we had to leave, i was in amazed!. This condo was the most up to date, well equipped and relaxing place to stay on my long awaited trip to Maui. There is not enough words to put the laughter and joy that came from staying in this condo from one day to the next. If you have stumbled upon this listing and or have searched it from Google, i urge you not to click any further for i will be suggesting this place to everyone i know for days and months to come. We came to Maui for our son's wedding. There were several of our family and friends who stayed in this complex and by far we had the most beautiful and updated condo. It had everything we needed and more. We are looking forward to more vacations on Maui and definately will be staying here! Thank you again Diane for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

My husband and I went to Maui to celebrate our honeymoon and had the pleasure of staying in Diana's home away from home. Before we even left she was communicating with us, making us feel welcome. She also offered us many recommendations, which came in handy! First of all, this condo is exquisite. It is extremely clean and well kept. The furniture and decorations were of the highest quality. It was fully equipped with everything you could think of and more: cooking utensils, beach equipment, a Maui guide book, games, dvds etc. My husband had never snorkeled before, but found himself going every morning right outside the condo… he even saw some sea turtles and exotic fish! We found ourselves cooking almost every night on the rooftop grill and watching the sun set. This location is prime. I never knew what paradise was until I woke up looking out at the palm trees and ocean from this condo. Also, it's within walking distance from beaches, restaurants and many little stores. However, we highly suggest a vehicle for exploring the island. We never had any trouble finding a parking spot at the resort either. If you don't want to get sandy, the pool is great spot to still get some sun. In the mornings, they even put out coffee and tea! Overall it was an unforgettable vacation. I would highly recommend this condo and would love to return to it again some day.

Thanks to Diana for sharing their piece of paradise with us. Four of us enjoyed 2 awesome weeks here. The condo has absolutely everything you could need, and has a million dollar view from both the lanai and master bedroom. We loved falling asleep to the waves, and waking up to the gorgeous views. Sunsets from the lanai after cooking supper on the rooftop were picture perfect. The location is awesome. We loved Kamaole 1 beach just out the door, snorkeling out front with the turtles, SUP out front, and walking acrosss the street for a great meal ( 808 Bistro, Fred's, Kehei Cafe...). It was a great base to explore Haleakala, the road to Hana, Heli ride, and the many great southern beaches. It would be very hard to beat this condo, for location and ammenities. If you want to relax in paradise this is the place! We hope to be back soon. THANKS for sharing!

In Mid January our family had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful and well appointed condo. Everything about this unit is first class...comfortable beds, great appliances, great decor, and great a terrific assortment of games, DVDs, and beach stuff to use. The photos don't do this place justice! We found the unit to be very clean and the owners checked in to see that everything met our expectations. They even provided us with great suggestions for dining, sightseeing, and other activities on the island.
I would reccomend this unit to anyone who is looking for a memorable and relaxing vacation in Maui. You truely will not feel like you are in a rental unit, but rather a home. You won't find a nicer unit with owners who care more about you having a great experience.
We enjoyed the great walking trails along the beach, fun local restaurants including breakfast at Fred's, dinner at Cafe O Lei, and the terrific cinnamon rolls from the bakery across the street. This unit is conveniently located and we never had trouble finding a parking spot. You can't go wrong with this unit.
We can't wait until our next visit to Maui and hope we will be able to stay in this condo again.
