This one bedroom one bath apartment is fully furnished with everything to make your stay enjoyable. There's a comfortable queen size bed and a convertible queen size bed settee in the living room. The living room has a 12000 BTU air conditioner and a ceiling fan and the bedroom a ceiling fan for your comfort. The kitchen is a fully stocked kitchen, including coffee maker, microwave, and of course, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Also included is toilet paper, paper towels, laundry power and dishwashing liquid. A 32” flat screen TV for your watching pleasure along with a DVD/CD and AM/FM Stereo system. The house phone includes FREE LOCAL AND LONG DISTANCE CALLS TO THE US AND CANADA. There is FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET, WIFI, for your convenience. AND, if that's not enough, also included are beach chairs, mats, beach towels, and a hand cooler to take your lunch and drinks to the beach. AND FREE PARKING. The apartment is located at the back end of the Maui Vista lot, far away from the S. Kihei Road which is a very busy road, so instead of hearing buses, trucks, and loud music coming from the cars on road, you hear the birds and the wind in the palm trees, instead.

Best located condo in the whole property! 25 ft from the BBQ pit (brand new btw) and about 50 ft from the pool.

This condo unit was located within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and parks. It was very well supplied with kitchen equipment - pots/pans, food storage container, towels, beach chairs/umbrellas. A washer / dryer were located in the condo, which makes it very convenient when travelling. Eve was very prompt to get back to us when I emailed a question. Mahalo for our stay in Kehei.

Perfect location! We used the courts, pool and BBQ. The kitchen is a little short on pans or trays for BBQ transportation or using oven (we like to eat in). The bed and pullout couch were comfortable and there were lots of pillows provided. Thank you Eve for easy communication :) we would definitely stay here again.

Condo was a nice place to call home during our 6 day stay. All kitchen items which we needed were found. The living room had ample seating as well as the dinner table was cozy for two. The bed was very comfortable. And the parking situation was very accommodating- even to late arrivals such as ourselves. If given the opportunity- we would pursue staying here again.
The only issue we found confusing is the light switch in the bedroom didn't seem to operate anything. The lamps in the room all worked fine, just couldn't turn them on with the switch. Nor did the ceiling fan seem to be affected by the switch.

We had a great stay in Kihei! The place is in a very safe neighborhood, very close to a wonderful beach where we enjoyed every sunrise and sunset on the beach chairs provided. The price was much lower than a beach-view location with pretty much all the benefits. The first evening we watched whales and turtles from that beach. The kitchen really helped keep the price down as well. A quick stop by Costco on the way from the airport helped us cut down on food costs. Even better, Eve was very accommodating when the airline changed our plans and she had every right not to be. Thanks for a great stay!

Eve was a wonderfully pleasant, accommodating and responsive host. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and homey. It had absolutely everything, whether it came to kitchen appliances (even a BBQ nearby) or even beach gear. Maui Vista in general is such a nice place to stay at, and is only a 5 minute walk from a beautiful beachfront and plenty of restaurants, bars and stores.
If I return to Maui, I would book there again in a heartbeat. If you're on the fence, go for it - you won't regret it!

Great place that was clean and had eveyrthing. Perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants and little shops. The lockbox to get the key wasn't working and I ended up having to call to get help for it, but other than that there were no issues.

I echo other renters sentiments about the comfort of the master bed. We have been fine without a/c in the bedroom. Just sleeping under the fan and with the cool night air coming through the louvered window was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped as were the beach supplies. I must say the afternoon sun was quite hot on the lanai. There is no umbrella for shade but we did sit under the cute little palm tree which is 20 feet away. My parents and siblings were able to book in other units so we could enjoy a family vacation with all right close by. The only things I can complain about is that the clothes washer needed replacing so i helped her by sending pictures of the model and serial #s to see if it was under warranty and a repair person came in to assess one morning. The owner Eve let us know a time frame he would be there so we wouldn't be surprised. Appliances etc do break down and when a place is booked day after day some renter will have to put up with a bit of a hassle. I suppose the next renters had to have it installed during their stay, but future renters will have the convenience of a washer that works. The toilet ran if it wasn't flushed properly but Eve also sad she was going to have that repaired too. Eve is very responsive to communication. Her condo is a perfect getaway in paradise!
