Thoughtfully curated the ice trys were full when I got in. The place had all kinds of appliances and kitchen items to make the maui's farmer markets even more delicious! The lights were primarily on dimmers so the evenings could have lovely ambiance, especially with the backdrop of the stars from the balcony and the sound of the waves. Things like beach towels, in addition to bathroom towels, extra garbage bags, ziploc bags (so helpful for the flight home) and an extension cord all made the stay that much more simple. There were also plenty of things in drawers and cabinents I didn't get the chance to use, like the juicer, that would be a perk to many. Turtles even like to hang out just past the bbq area so you don't even have to travel to enjoy their beauty. The host was also prompt in responses and left clear directions and instructions which made things easy.

The views from the Lanai are stupendous. This is our third time staying at the Kuleana and we love it. The grounds are beautiful, the pool quiet and relaxing, and the ocean is right there. It could not be better.

Kuleana is beautifully landscaped, quiet and relaxing. The unit was equipped with all you need to cook and was very comfortable. Thankfully the bedroom has A/C for a comfortable sleep.

This place is truly amazing. The location is perfect, right between Kaanapali and Napili Bay. The views are breathtaking. Incredible sunsets, even more incredible grounds! We watched the whales off in the distance every day. The small beach areas at either end of the property always have sea turtles swimming around and offer great snorkeling. The pool is huge, great tennis court, shuffle board and even ping pong in the lower lobby! The fold out sofa was perfect for our 12 year old son. I've recommended this place to all of our friends!

Beautiful - peaceful property - perfect for our 35th wedding Anniversary get-away. Turtles & Whales everywhere. Small beaches - perfect for couples. Pool for afternoon relaxing. Awesome sunsets on the beachfront or our 2nd floor lanai. BBQ area perfect for meal prep & visits. So glad owner put a front room fold out bed - sleep to the sound of waves. Easy walk to stores & food venues + food truck park. Paradise at its finest 🌴🐢 we hope to return 😊

Our family of 7 stayed at this property and absolutely loved our time. Purple Surf fit us perfectly and we had room for more.
The house was perfectly clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and the baby essentials were so helpful (high chair and pack n' play), our kids loved the arcade game upstairs, and the area under the house was so fun. We loved that the beach was a short walk away and we were stocked with a wagon to bring all of the toys and chairs. We were so thankful beach boogie boards were available along with sand toys and beach chairs... we really had everything we needed!
As a mom with kids ranging from 1-9, it was refreshing to come and enjoy our time as a family. Wether you are a mom or a big group, this house is set up for both!!!

Every morning my husband and I drank coffee on the lanai and watched the whales. The condo was a short drive to all the restaurants and beaches. I'm sure you could walk there too. The condo had everything we needed and it was great having a full size fridge. The bed was comfortable and the short was good too. We would stay here again and I am recommending it to everybody

This condo was wonderful!! The view is amazing and you can sit on the lanai and watch the whales. Take a walk along the grounds is delightful and very well maintained. If you like turtles this is the place. They love to swim up and eat in the rocks and tide pool area. I went out to watch them everyday. We would definitely stay here again. The photos are very accurate. Thank you for a wonderful trip

We had another wonderful 3 weeks staying at our favorite condo. Walking in the door and seeing the ocean at your footsteps never gets old. Best view on the property, not to mention the beautiful grounds, and privacy.
The condo is equipped with all you need for cooking your own meals and enjoying them on the deck.
Plenty of towels , and linens.
The on-site team is always helpful if a problem should arise.

We loved the ocean view from the patio! Perfect location on the island, too. Great resort for a private, independent stay away from the crowds at hotels. Basic amenities allowed us to cook several meals at home and enjoy the surroundings. The only problem we had was not having the right code for the door at checkin, but the property manager helped us quickly. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing property, beautiful view of ocean from lanai with trees and birds, lovely sunsets, friendly staff. Saw turtles and a whale from beach out front. The BBQ area was a beautiful setting to grill at, and a good place to meet other visitors.
The apartment had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Ed was always easy to reach, and he email checked in with us after we arrived. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 2 weeks at Ed's condo Oct 16 to Oct 30 and enjoyed our stay.We had everything we needed to be our home away from home.The Kuleana resort is well maintained and the pool is great. The views from the condo were amazing. Because of the time of year there was no beach in front of the resort which was to bad however there is alot of beaches close to the condo.

Kuleana was an amazing place to stay! It’s is beautiful and quiet, and in a perfect location. We enjoyed Lahaina and the beaches of Ka’anapali and Napili, all just short drives away. We spent a number of hours on the lanai enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. We’ll be back!!

My husband and I stayed here for a friend's wedding. A large group of us stayed in these condos and the location was just great. The small private beach was such a luxury to have and Ed provided chairs and coolers which was very helpful. The pool on the property was also nice and was so convenient to get to everything. We would walk to get coffee every morning and any restaurant was a short drive away. I could not get over the incredible view from our place. Sunsets were just phenomenal. Definitely would recommend staying here for any trip to Maui!

The unit is very good and well maintained as well as the condo. The views from the terrace are so great. Also there is a lovely beach within the condo. The only thing is that there is no air conditioning in the living room (only in the bedroom) and that the check out time is very strict. In general we liked the apartment and we would stay here in the future if we come back.

This place has an incredible view and a great pool. There is also a small beach that you have access to. We really enjoyed watching the sunset over the lanai as the view takes your breath away. Maui got pretty hot in the afternoons, so we had to pull the sunshade down on the lanai and regroup in the air conditioned bedroom most days. But that was fine with us as we were just there to relax. The check in process was super easy and the smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accounts and watch our shows. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying here.

Small and cozy place, we absolutely love the view. Would love to stay on the main floor when we come back to visit. The little touches of having the noodles, paddle boards, sunscreen, and even shaving cream was very much appreciated. Showering a toddler is a little difficult without a long shower head but we managed. Everything is closed by (less than 10mins drive) and the beach is right in the backyard. Referred my sister to stay there when she goes to visit.

This rental was perfect! Pictures online are representative of what the place looks like. Self check-in and parking situation were very easy. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful oceanfront view, which we enjoyed while enjoying multiple meals on the balcony. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, etc. and the balcony even had a cooler and other beach accessories for us to borrow during our stay, which was a nice perk. 10/10 would recommend!

My wife and I had the BEST time on our vacation, celebrating her retirement! Our place had a wonderful view of the ocean and we couldn't get enough of sitting and watching the whales in the morning and evening. We enjoyed getting to know the people grilling out alongside us and having the overlook of the green space that has plants of all shapes and colors. Everything was SO well maintained! Wonderful stay in Hibiscus House; the view is breathtaking, and can’t imagine being anywhere else.
The condo is clean and has all the cookware needed to enjoy a meal on the deck watching the sun set.
Beach chairs and picnic cooler were great to take to the nearby beaches.
We look forward to returning to Hibiscus House, and the beautiful island of Maui.

Had a nice stay. It did work with 4 people. Had a little issue with towels, tv and supplies, but that was not the owners doing, the office ended up closed for 4 straight days right after our arrival due to New Years weekend. Great location, great view.

Our stay was pleasant. The view is absolutely beautiful. The amenities on site provides us with a tennis court to play on, a nice swimming pool and a BBQ area facing the ocean. You can hear the lapping of the waves. It’s not too far from the Front Street in Lahaina. The only thing is there is no beach front in property as to is mostly volcanic rock. However you can go to nearby beaches. Ed provided beach gears and towels and made it easy for us. Overall the stay was comfortable and pleasant. We will highly recommend.

Hibiscus House was outstanding! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location on the property was perfect; close the the pool, beach, and laundry. It’s well situated to walk to the farmers market, coffee shop and many other stores and restaurants. Also quick access to the hiway to head north to Kapalua or south to Kaanapali. The condo was clean and stocked with a few toiletries to get us through the first day until we could get to the grocery store. The bed is very comfortable! The entry screen door wasn’t working properly but the louvers above the door provided enough cross breeze to keep the place cool when we were there. Ed was very easy to work with and even accommodated an extra day when our flights were changed by the airline. We truly enjoyed our time at Hibiscus House.
