Great spacious apartment in a a beautiful resort, with pools and beaches at your fingertips. The apartment is nicely decorated with two nice size bedrooms each with a large bathroom. The kitchen has an island for a quick breakfast and there is an indoor and outdoor dining table, if one chooses to eat in. There is a large walk in closet room full of everything you need for the beach! The lanai overlooks the pool area and has a view of the ocean. the owners have been very lovely and answered all of our questions. we would definitely return here in a heartbeat.

The location is perfect as it is close to all sites but in a tranquil location away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki.
There are sooo many amenities on the property that are great for all ages.
The room has everything you need and even things you didn’t realize you would need. The home owners have thought of everything.
I would highly recommend this place. It’s good for all ages

The place was awesome. The kitchen was fully setup for a family to cook meals, they even had Tupperware for leftovers and packing lunches. They had all the snorkeling equipment and beach stuff too. Only thing I would add to the list is an umbrella.

Overall we loved the unit. It was a great location. Our greeter was Jason and he was wonderful to work with. Our only suggestion would be to have a welcome basket of some sort-always a nice touch. Also, there was nothing stocked so cooking would be difficult. Also, there were no coffee filters so that made it difficult as well. However, we would definitely stay there again as we would be prepared. Thank you for sharing your condo!!

We had a great stay at this villa! It was very clean and well stocked for everything we needed at the beach with our teenagers, including a perfect size cooler with ice packs (!), plenty of beach towels, a beach wagon, awesome beach chairs with pockets for your phones and drinks, snorkel masks and body boards. All 3 beds were comfortable and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The 2 roomy bathrooms had soft towels. The lanai/covered deck has a big table and chairs (along with a couch and table) with a great view of the huge, beautiful “quiet” pool below and the ocean in the distance. The lanai has great shade in the afternoons too - perfect for reading a book on your kindle! This condo is a quick elevator ride away from the “quiet” pool and the lagoon in front of the resort is just a short walk away (you wind through the “activity” pool area to get there). We thought our lagoon offered the most shade/grass areas for our beach chairs and was the least crowded (at least when we were there in early August). The walking path between all the resorts was wide and smooth and made it easy to get to the different restaurants at each resort (food wise - our resort only has a small menu of food/drinks at the bar by the activity pool). The resort itself was very clean and the gardens and pools etc are well kept up. Overall, our family loved staying in this villa and would love to return!

This was my family's first time visiting Hawaii and we couldn't have stayed at better place. From the closet full of beach stuff to all the kitchenware, this place has it all. This place is very clean and organized. All the light switches and kitchenware being labeled is a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay here and will hopefully be back soon.

This was our second time at Ko Olina Beach Resorts but the first time in this particular unit and it did not disappoint. Clean, spacious, great furniture and well appointed kitchen and rooms. An added and very appreciated bonus was the closet with everything we needed for the beach and pool. Highly recommend this location and this room for a small family.

We stayed for 6 nights while attending a conference at a neighboring resort. The property is very clean and well maintained. Location is in a secluded, less busy area and is ideal for relaxation. The owners are accommodating and respond quickly. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I'd love to stay here again next time we visit Oahu.

Our family decided on this spot after reading the reviews and seeing the delightful pictures. Everything was as exactly as it was stated. We enjoyed cooking our meals. We stayed at the Keeley’s villa with my wife, son and his wife and two grandchildren 8 and 12. The condo is in a great location close to shopping, restaurants and beach. The lagooon was perfect for our grandchildren to snorkel and play in the sand with a short walk to shaved ice and dole whips at the Aulani on the walking trail. The condo had everything we needed for the beach and was all and more as stated in the condo description. We will be back again. Thank you !!

This was our first time to the island. Ko'Olina is a great resort community with many things within walking distance. Everyone we met at the resort was very nice and helpful - staff and guests. The villa was well equipped & comfortable. I would definitely recommend this resort and this particular villa. Brandy & Matt were great to communicate with. Any question I had was answered quickly.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Keeley's suite at Beach Villas. The unit was clean, well-furnished and was as beautiful as the pictures. The pools and facilities were idyllic and beautiful and Honu lagoon is steps away from the property. Our kiddo especially loved feeding the koi fish every morning at 8:30am. The unit has all the equipment you need for the beach including new full-faced snorkel masks, which we loved using. Leading up to our stay, Brandy was responsive and answered my many questions. During our stay, the property manager, Jordan was friendly and helpful. We loved staying here and would certainly do so again!

Literally like being at home! The only thing that wasn’t already there…a few groceries! Everything we needed for the beach/pool, kitchen, games, etc was provided…..it’s a great location!!! We had our own private beach, walking to PLENTY of varieties of food, shopping, etc. WE WILL BE BACK! thanks Matt and Keeley! Worth every penny!!

This property was perfect. From booking, to pre-arrival assistance, to arrival and departure, everything was great. The unit and facility were exactly as advertised and it created an absolutely beautiful experience for my family. The owners were great to work with and the unit has everything a family could possibly need, including beach chairs, towels, toys, a cart, etc. It is the ideal location for a family of 6, or 5 in our case. This condo and area is perfect for families with kids. The space was perfect for our family of 3. It's comfortable and has everything you need. Access to the pool and lagoons are easy. We walked to Aulani a few times and it is crowded there. It was peaceful to be back in the condo area where it was much quieter. The path along the beach was gorgeous. We cannot wait to be back.

It had everything you may need to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation including snorkel gear, beach chairs, and even a giant wagon for hauling all of your stuff to the beach!! We had a fabulous time staying at the Keeley's Beach Villa in Ko Olina. Everything was as advertised. While the Lanai and view of the beach were the best parts of the unit, everything else was also great. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, and entertainment options perfect for the adults and college kids in our family. We very much appreciated all the essentials -like laundry soap, dishwasher soap and toiletries being provided. Staying in a unit that faced the pool and other units was really nice during the pandemic. As a family, we are really careful to avoid indoor restaurants or other crowded spaces, but having the lanai outdoors and "socially distanced" yet able to hear distant noises of other families really helped make us feel part of a community for our entire visit, especially on New Year's eve. The owners were also extremely helpful in responding to two very minor issues - even managing to reset the internet remotely - impressive! The location was fabulous and my cross country running son really enjoyed running along the lagoons and in the neighborhood and we all enjoyed the uncrowded beaches. Although the weather was a bit rainy during our stay, I think we benefited from the cooler temps for sightseeing. All in all, a great way to ring in the new year! Thank you Keeleys!

We have stayed in nearby resorts in Ko Olina several times and this property is by far the best! Communication with the owners was seamless and they were very responsive and accommodating. The property was clean, homey and has beautiful views. They had everything we could need not only for us but also for our 1 year old. Pack and play was new and clean, floaties for infants and even a life jacket. The stroller, wagon and beach chairs were a great added bonus! They even had a first aid kit and hair straightener in the bathroom. Master bed was super comfortable. Overall, very impressed and we cannot wait to stay here again!! Thank you!

We were very happy with this stay. The condo had plenty of room and is well-maintained. The owner was friendly and very responsive to communications. The property itself has a great workout room and lap pool, and the beach is just steps away. The resort itself is friendly to walkers, and good restaurants are within no more than a mile away. This villa was just beautiful, from the interior decoration to the stunning view! Our family had a wonderful time during our stay and were happy to have a large area close to the beach. The villa was stocked with amenities, clean, and conveniently located. During our stay we found that the pack and play for our baby was damaged, but the hosts were so quick to respond and get that replaced for future travelers. Brandy and Matt's Beach Villa at Ko Olina is a truly luxurious space that is worth every hard-earned penny you will spend in Hawaii.
Over the years we have traveled throughout much of the world (usually on bicycles) but have experienced "luxury" accommodations in many countries. This lovely flat is, by far, one of the best we have ever experienced. Even "veterans" of numerous Hawaiian vacations will appreciate what this place has to offer.
In our younger years we spent every Christmas in the outer islands and loved the peace and serenity they offered. Unfortunately that is gone with time, but is captured here in Ko Olina. I know we will hate to leave when the time comes but you can bet that we will return.
There are many units to chose from on VRBO and other rental companies but this particular unit stepped out of the pages of Architectural Digest and is worth considering, first, before booking any of the others.

My family spent the week before Christmas here; the condo was perfect, clean and exactly as described. Matt and Brandy were great to work with, and emailed us after we arrived to make sure the condo was to our liking. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to spend some quality time on O'ahu.
It has a great location for those who don't want the mob or traffic of Waikiki and Honolulu. It is very comfortable, which was important, because of rain we spent a lot of time in the condo. I especially loved the superb bedding, gym, and the lanai with the pocket doors. What you see is what you get, including upscale furnishings, and extras like masks, snorkels, and beach equipment. The man-made lagoons are perfect for kids as were the swimming pools.
If I had to find anything negative it would be the kitchen counters (and the concern about potential staining) and you definitely need a car if you want to see the sites of O'ahu. Otherwise, if you are looking for a great beach condo that is family friendly this is the one you should rent!

Brandy & Matt's villa at Ko Olina is a beautiful home away from home. I spent 3 weeks there in December of 2010 and enjoyed every moment. The 2 bedroom suite accommodates 4 adults with plenty of space. Includes a fantastic kitchen and all modern furnishings to help you enjoy your stay. This property is only a couple of years old and in immaculate condition. Highly recommended. Matt & Brandy were always helpful, quickly on top of communications and a pleasure to deal with.

ALOHA! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Keeley's Beach Villa. It was so hard to leave :( The two-bedroom, two full-bath villa came well-stocked with all the major appliances and amenities of home (it even came with a Wii Station and designated parking stall), which made traveling with our 4-year old so comfortable. The property grounds were safe and well kept. The villa is a short walk to lagoon 2, where we enjoyed most of our time.
We had the privilege of meeting the Keeley's at their home in CA since we live relatively nearby; they are genuinely nice people and were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They promptly addressed any questions/concerns we had and reassured us that they were just a call/email away should we need to connect for any reason. We highly recommend the Keeley's Beach Villa and are looking forward to our next stay! :)
