We loved the locatio so close to beach. Still had a great view from patio of tropical fliwers and plants even though on 1st floor. Host had every beach amenity needed to make time enjoyable down to a cooler and ice packs. Host was always available. We r definitely returning.

We had never stayed in this area of Kihei, although we have made many Maui trips over the years, but mainly to the south near the Kam beaches 1-3. What a great surprise. The beach was walkable and very private - on the other side of the dunes from the road. The condo was comfy, clean and well equipped. Also quiet and private feeling. Robert is an amazing host and available to help with whatever you need. Gave us a new appreciation of north Kihei and the more wild feel compared to the busier south. And, right next door is Isana, probably the best or almost best place to eat on Maui. Overall, definitely worth a return visit.

Communication is below any imaginable standard. If something happens and you need to reach anyone for help - good luck! Came first day - was not able to check-in, contacted VRBO - they could not get hold of the host either until next day. VRBO arranged one night accommodation for us. If you'd like a little adventure of finding hotel room in the middle of the night - go ahead and book this property, you will get it!

We arrived the day of the tragic fire. The plan was to stay in Lahaina the first three days on the island, and the remainder of the week at this property. After spending one night in the rental car and unable to find anywhere to stay I called Robert (the owner/property manager) Robert did everything he could to get us in to his beautiful place a couple days early and lets us stay an extra day due to our flight being delayed. What a Great Person Robert was to us, very concerned, hospitable and caring he totally saved our time there. given the circumstances. PLEASE if you are considering a vacation to Maui, Kihei would be perfect. The town is beautiful, the rest of the island is open, the people of Maui are so nice and would be grateful to have you there

Cute little place but only ac unit is in one room, and the bedrooms are extremely hot and loud because the windows don’t close all the way
If you use the one AC in the living room too much, they charge you extra, even though it’s listed as an amenity
Place would be pretty good if there was central air in the bedrooms and windows that shut!
It’s nice that there’s a washer and dryer and there’s also plenty of dishes.
Pool and hot tub are usually empty

Robert is a great host and the condo is a home away from home. It was clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed plus some unexpected items like beach chairs and a cooler for picnics. You can’t beat the location. It’s walking distance to the beach and about 30 feet from the pool. We will definitely be back!

We had a beautiful stay in Robert's condo. It's not modern but very functional and fully equiped. Robert is a great host and reponded very quickly if we had any questions. Our kids loved to play in the yard just in front the patio. The pool is clean and big enough.
The location is central and it was very easy to travel around Maui. Great beaches, markets, restaurants just near by the condo. Just a little note about the bedrooms, if you like to sleepin bring ear plugs because the birds will wake you up at 5:30-6:00 am. We like to wake up early but I realized that it might be a problem for other people.

This is my second stay at this property and It suits all my needs.
The condo is clean, comfortable and well-supplied. Although there is air-conditioning in the unit , we never used it because a lovely breeze flows through when you open the window louvres…and this breeze is supplemented by ceiling fans in living room and both bedrooms. We also love the quiet location of the complex with the beach directly across the road.
Robert, the owner, is very responsive and it was nice that we got to meet him this time! Mahalo ,we will be back!

Amazing experience! With two kids under 7 it was nice having a beach right across the street and all the amenities we needed (detergent, toilet paper,etc). (Also lots of families around us to tolerate the noise) It was especially nice having a kitchen so we could cook breakfast and lounge outside with our coffees. Highly recommend! Right across from the beach was nice - great beach for morning run and some turtle watching (to the south about a half mile).
Robert was quick about swapping the inflatable bed for our 5th guest when it wasn't working.

The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and just a few blocks away from great shave ice and sushi. The unit itself was quite clean and well supplied with beach toys, towels, snorkels and masks - you name it. However, there were a couple of issues that renters should be aware of. The property next door hosts weddings, and the night we arrived there was extremely loud music that made sleeping in the bedrooms impossible that night. This only happened one night, the other nights were very quiet. The breeze and fans kept the place fairly cool, but be aware the the AC in the unit really only cools the family room and not the bedrooms. Also, be sure to document any damage you see in the unit and count the number of pillows and towels there when you arrive to prevent issues with the host (we were accused of appropriating a pillow and several towels).

Loved the location of this condo! Right across the street from the beach, that wasn’t super crowded. It’s a good sized condo as well. Stayed with a person in a manual chair, and while it was not fully accessible, we were able to make it work pretty easily. One bed was a little too firm for our taste, but overall we had a great experience!

Maui really is good for the soul! We had such a good time in Maui and the condo was perfect! It had everything we needed for our stay from beach towels and beach bags to sand toys. Waking up to the sound of the ocean was magical- it's just across the street!

It was a great little condo with lots of room and everything we needed. There are lots of extras, like beach chairs, coolers etc. My only complaint was lack of communication with the owner. We messaged him with a question before we arrived and never heard back, and We messaged him while we were there because someone parked in our parking spot, and we didn’t know what to do. We never got a return email during our entire stay. We were in contact with the manager of the condos the next day, and he helped us out. Other than that- the place was comfy, affordable, and it was a great place to be!

The trip was amazing. The location was great and right across the street from the beach, many sunsets were had. The pool and hot tub were nice and we used the bbq on more than one occasion. My kid was so happy to have a tv in her room that after day long excursions we hardly saw her. The only downsides was that I couldn’t get the coffee pot to work and the bed and my back were not compatible. I am accustomed to something softer. Otherwise we enjoyed our time here.

Due to its central location, we enjoyed using this condo as our home base to explore the island. We loved using the pool and walking across the street to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, though some evenings we were bothered by noise from the parking lot of the adjacent property and the bright light they keep on all night. I ended up carefully hanging a towel over the window to help keep the room dark. A better curtain in the bedrooms could help, but it’s also important to enjoy the breeze and cut down on the use of air conditioning.
The condo was not upscale, it was as advertised and a good value for the price. It was a bit dated, but we’re an easy going crew so our family found it to be quite comfortable, acceptably clean and very well stocked. The property manager/owner was easy to work with.

We loved our stay at Robert's Kihei condo. It was central to all our activities such as snorkelling at Ahihi Beach; visiting the Aquarium; swimming at the many local beaches; watching the sunsets, whales, and kiteboarders; and running & walking along beaches and Oceanside roads.

First time for us in Maui and we loved it. Renting Roberts's apartment was an excellent decision. Very convenient location, the complex is well maintained, the apartment is very well appointed.... and Robert is a great host. We highly recommend it and would love to return.

We rented two adjacent Kihei Holiday condos for our family of seven adults and it worked out really well. Between the two units, we had everything we possibly could've needed. Having the two full kitchens was great for making a big Christmas dinner with all the fixings'. The beach isn't great for swimming but was ideal for long walks in the mornings. The location is very convenient for doing things all over Maui -- better than Kaanapali or Wailea/Makena. We recommend making similar arrangements if you have needs comparable to ours.

Last month I made a return trip to Maui and again stayed in Robert's lovely Kihei condo. We had a wonderfully relaxing 11 days at the Kihei Holiday complex. As before, everything we needed was available in the condo. We walked and ran on the Fabulous Sugar Beach each morning and grilled in the very clean BBQ area. I can't recommend this wonderful hideaway enough. This must be the best value on the island! I'll be back soon!

Hi Robert, thank you. Our vacation was great largely due to the place you provided for us. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and how everything was provided. The location is great as everything is abouta10 t0 15 minutes either side of us. There was nothing we had to run out and buy, it was just there, from dishes, flatware, spices,ice machine, even a pizza cutter to beach chairs and a playpen for the baby which was insane good. We definitely are planning a return and we are also telling all of our friends about our experience with you and your condo. Thanks again Robert.

Our family (2 adults + 3yr old + 1 yr old) had a wonderful stay at Robert's condo. The property was very clean, tidy and well kept, and it was exactly as it was described in the listing; in fact the living area (lounge room and dining area) was much larger in real life than the online photos depicted.
The condo is in a quiet complex that is extremely well maintained, the grass area that the condo opens up onto was a delight for our kids, as was the swimming pool area. The kitchen was well stocked with long lasting supplies (eg coffee, sugar, condiments in the fridge etc), and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals.
Robert was very helpful and answered all of our questions as we were a bit unsure how we would fare travelling with 2 young children. The condo has a pack and play (travel cot), beach toys, towels etc and it was great to be able to use these rather than bring them from home.
We would definitely recommend this property to others. Thanks Robert for making our stay in Maui an enjoyable one!

When we walked in the door all we could say was this is it!!! We had been on the Island for a week - 4 days in Haiku, 3 days in Hana and the next 7 days here in Kihei. A person could not ask for anything more with this lovely 2 bedroom condo. The location of the condo allowed us to move around with ease. If you got tired of exploring the mutitude of beaches and hiking you had a pool and jacuzzi to use. I think our favorite part of this vacation was being with the locals and try new and interesting foods. We all got hooked on Kombucha, in Haiku, you have to try it!. This was a vacation of a life time for us Sisters'. We will be back again to explore more areas of Maui in the near future. We took Robert's suggestion and rented a used rental car. It saved us a lot of money and you really blend in like a local. Mahalo Robert we will be back and refer your condo to our friends.

Recently, I had a wonderful stay in this condo. Everything that we could want was including and available. From the large flat screen tv, huge shower, washer/dryer, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas. They even had books to read and movies to watch. The kitchen is fully stocked for anything I wanted to cook. Mainly, we used the two huge bbq grills out by the pool. Speaking of the pool, I was able to do laps and hop in the hot tub every day. The condo is located right across from Sugar Beach. Every morning I'd run on the beach and the water was so calm, perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. The condo is super clean and has some lovely Hawaiian decorations. I loved my stay here and will be back soon!

Wow, a home away from home in paradise! The condo was extremely clean and had everything necessary for a sun-filled day at the beach to a relaxing home cooked meal. It was located just minutes from Kihei making everything convenient and accessible. The residents and property manager were extremely friendly adding to the feeling of being home as well as Robert's prompt responses to any questions we had. Being just mere steps from Sugar Beach we were able to experience sunrise and sunset everyday. Thank you Robert for being part of the best vacation ever! All of our future Maui adventures will be exclusively through you.
