The unit is located in a perfect
spot overseeing the quiet lap pool. Very beautifully made ground and plants/flowers in the surrounding. The only thing is parking garage is quite a long walk. Host Desiree was very responsive and a good communicator. She took care of some small issues we encountered right away. Will definitely come back and stay there again.

Everything about this rental from the sweet & kind property owner/manager to the beautiful rental was wonderful!!! We truly enjoyed our stay (first time to Oahu) and we greatly appreciated everything the property owner did for us including emailing us tons of information about the area to providing us with a late check out due to our flight being cancelled and forcing us to reschedule.

The unit reminded me of Ikea fit and finish. Not high end. Place seemed worn. Could use fresh paint and better/cleaner furniture. Would I stay here again? No. Would pick a different unit. Location was nice as it was not near the loud pool. We did enjoy our stay.

This 3rd floor unit was disappointing. Artificial plants needed dusting, bar stools legs and lower bar facing were crusted with grime and the guest bath vanity had a mystery oily substance smeared all over. It appears like a rental unit with a dirty couch and really uncomfortable indoor chairs. One dining chair was missing. Outdoor cushions are shot. No food pantry so dry groceries had to be stored on the countertop. Parking is under an adjacent bldg. which was ok. Best part is the pool and short walk to several wonderful coves but a family would struggle carrying their gear since the unit lacks a wagon. Other basic beach gear is provided but umbrellas are the size of a rain umbrella not a sun/beach umbrella. The owner seemed combative and defensive over undisclosed 4 day long loud construction noise during our 7day stay. The combination of the two made it an unpleasant stay.

Early morning walks along the path. Morning snorkeling and beach time. Followed by some reading and lunch at the condo and sitting by the pool in the afternoon. Throw in a workout at the gym every other day and checking out the nearby restaurants and shops. Nice beds and a pretty quiet building. Life doesn't get much better than that.

This was a nice condo. The check in process was confusing because there were 4 different elevators to get to the floor that our unit was located. We figured it out, but the concierge should have directed us to the correct elevator. The condo could have been cleaner. There was dust on the side tables and dressers. None of the glassware or dishes matched. There are beach chairs, but NO umbrella. If you want a bite to eat or a cup of coffee, you have to walk to the neighboring resort or to shops a few blocks away.
Besides that, it was a beautiful location on a great beach with good snorkeling and a cute bar with friendly bartenders. The host was accommodating and communication was easy and efficient.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Villas in Ko’Olina. The villa was clean and very well kept. For those that like to cook, the kitchen is spacious and pretty well equipped to whip up something to eat. The bed was very comfy too, which is usually our challenge when we travel. And it’s located within walking distance of retail and restaurant. We would definitely recommend.

This is our 2nd time in this condo and we love it. It overlooks the quiet pool with a view to the koi pond. The grounds are beautiful and we alway felt safe in and around the property. The kids love feeding the fish. Thank you to the kind employees that allow them to help feed them. Live music in the evenings was a treat! We will definitely be back!!!!

the location is perfect! walking distance to convenience shops & local restaurants, as well as to other hotels where you can also indulge in fine dining. If you love the water, this is the place for you & your family. You have the choice of 4 lagoons, aside from your resort's own pools & lagoon. The walkway connecting the other 3 hotels is perfect for morning walks. The unit itself is also perfect. It is complete with the essentials, clean & strategically located & easy to drive to & from. Overall, I am VERY satisfied with the whole experience. We'll definitely return. thank you!

Dust everywhere. Sheets did not fit properly and many looked overuse. One looked like someone got sick or peed on it. We were informed (which was fine) that if anything was missing we would be charged. With three different silverware patterns and four different coffee and glassware ( all possibly from garage sale) you could never tell what was missing. Plastic drink ware was had cracks. Stove had burnt marks and did not heat properly. Dining table only sat five! Sinks were dirty. Coffee maker had burn marks and dust on it. Tea pot did not have a way to pour as it was broken. Someone painted with wrong color paint to cover marks ? Six places in master three in dining room. Very possible carpeting never cleaned! Vents were dirty maybe filter were not cleaned. Chairs on balcony damaged by birds. Can catch shirts. Both closest were full of junk! A/C would not hold temperature. It would be set to 78 then it would change to 73! Dirt well out of one of the vents in mast bath. With flashlight you could see a build up in both bathrooms. Dirt on fan blades as well. Cutting board in kitchen has black * on all six sides. Some kitchen utensils were so thin metal (cheap) you could cut yourself. I would be happy to supply photos if you request. We have stayed in this beautiful resort last year and enjoyed it. Resort is five star. This condo was one star. Apparently owner has done nothing since built 14 years ago!

This stay was about a 30 minutes away from Honolulu which allowed us to have a place to rest away from the hustle and bustle. It was clean and we'll maintained. Would definitely stay again

Had a great time spending last week of summer vacation at this listing! Condo unit itself was clean and well-kept. Location was great - easy access to the beach, Costco, Target, supermarkets, etc. Desiree was great in maintaining clear communication and was upfront with everything. She provided excellent documentation on the check-i n process, WiFi info, etc. Would definitely re-book with Desiree in the near future!

Our villa was a gorgeous home base for cooking, relaxing and quality time on the lanai The grounds are amazing! Quiet pool, hot tubs, coi pond, maze-like pool great for our 7 and 9 year old while we grilled. The live music Tuesday and Friday near the outdoor bar was very good. Fitness center was nice, new, clean and had ample space. The lagoon is just steps away. The room had 2 lounge chairs and some snorkel gear to bring to the beach. Lots of areas to relax here. Fabulous experience! Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Villas at Ko Olina. The location is absolutely perfect for a quiet Hawaiian vacation.
During our stay, the shower drain in the smaller bathroom took a long time to drain. We didn’t want to contact maintenance for fear of “additional charges” that are stated multiple times in the rental agreement, even though the drain was clogged before we arrived. There was also only two rolls of toilet paper. In my opinion this would be a standard supply that there should be ample in the condo.
I also wish the pool (at least the white pool) would be open later than 9pm. Even 10pm would be more acceptable.
Other than those minor things, we really loved our stay and would definitely stay there again! Thank you!!

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are a gorgeous property with fantastic landscaping situated beside a lagoon. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The two bedroom condo was beautifully appointed. The unit overlooks the lap pool and has a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. It is quiet and lovely. I highly recommend the property to anyone.

Staying in the villas was great, we did enjoy the location and staff very much. The property is as listed. We did have a couple of hiccups while staying on site or this review would have been a 5 star. We did have to have communicate to Desiree multiple times during our trip for multiple reasons which were taken care of (broken toaster, clogged drain in second bathroom, leaking sink in master bath, and very loud thumping coming from washing machine.)
Here are some key take aways for this property that I don't think are stated:
1. The location of the room vs. the main lobby can be a walk for the less agile or elderly.
2. The location of the room vs. the parking spot is even further. However in this location it was amazing to have the parking stall!!
3. While we were in this location (Mid Feb 2022 ) their was construction going on which cause for some roped off areas as well as some noise during the day. We were unable to access have of one of the pools. The elevator notice the said construction would last through June of 2022.
4. There is a lack of closet space in the master bedroom, however that closet does have a ton of beach stuff in it for use while you're there.

The condo and resort were very nice...the location was fabulous! We didn't have an ocean view, but, still a very nice view. The pools and grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed being at the beach every day...the lagoons and walking paths were great. The sunsets were gorgeous! Oahu is totally worth the long flight!

We enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving week. It was a bit more crowded but we were always able to find a place at the pool or beach. The grounds are beautiful and clean. PLUS no saving pool chairs before the pool opened at 9am so we did not have to play that game. We enjoyed the location of the condo- walkable to other resorts for dining as well as the shopping area. Not too far to stock up on groceries. We did not find the parking spot location to be too far. We unloaded and loaded our car at check in location so we were never hauling items to/from the parking garage. We used the beach equipment available in the condo so that was a plus. We would definitely stay here again if on Oahu.

This was our first time at the Beach Villas. We were greeted by the friendly staff, the grounds were beautiful and just as described. Our condo had everything we needed. Having a parking space in the garage was a huge plus. Every morning my kids looked forward to feeding the koi in the pond. Thank you to the friendly staff for letting them help. The pools were perfect, we mostly stayed in the salt water pool. It was not crowded and very comfortable. We felt safe on the property. I would stay here again! My kids have to a 10 out of 10!!!!

Everything you could possibly need in 1 condo. all needed cookware, utensils, glassware were here. some miscellaneous non perishables from past renters. washer and dryer in unit. place was clean and even had beach and pool gear for us to use.
I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
only con was the oven. it takes about 30-40 minutes to preheat, which is insane.
We did have a little lizard/ gecko friend one night. which was not welcomed but understandable that it happens.

This property was amazing! There was only 3 of us to stay inside of the villa, and this place was perfect. You cannot see the ocean from this villa, but the location was awesome. Room was clean upon arrival. This villa resort also has some great employees. Jason at the front desk was extremely helpful throughout our stay. They only negative thing was the location of the parking spot for this room. Seemed to be way too far for the location of the room. Dishwasher and wine cooler was both broken upon arrival, which the host did notify us about before we arrived. She was kind enough to purchase throw away plates, cups and utensils. We enjoyed this place so much, we will be booking again next year.

We were trying to decide between a property in Waikiki vs Ko’Olina....so thankful we chose Desiree’s property in Ko’Olina..... clean spacious, loved the patio doors opening up and enjoying the days and evenings overlooking the pool!
