Amazing property and even more beautiful in person than the pictures suggest. The home is wonderfully appointed with extremely comfortable beds, modern baths, kitchen supplies, and boasts two eating areas that are perfect for any meal. The outdoor space has plenty of seating, lounges, coverage from the sun, and spectacular water views. Upon arriving, you can tell right away that Randy and Julie have put much thought and effort into their slice of heaven and have spared no expense remodeling and decorating. They also have an immense respect and a genuine love for the island. We found the Eula staff to be very friendly and helpful when needed, whether at the gate or patrolling the grounds, and nonintrusive otherwise. The unit is super convenient to amenities including golf, shopping, and walkable to both restaurants and a gourmet market that sells alcohol and pre-made meals. We were on island for a wedding and had many family members staying at other units in Eula. We can confidently say 701 is one of the nicest homes available for rental (701 adult only) in the development. Eula 701 is truly a relaxing experience with everything one would need close by. Lastly, the beach and swimming areas here are top notch. So much so, that vacationers from the Marriot next door will walk over for a swim in the ocean. There is also a private gated green space over the beach area with loungers that we had a few wines and sunsets on, delightful. I hope to go back again someday in the future.

Loved the thoughtfulness that went behind each detail in this home. It made our stay feel that much more comfortable. Great location to just chill around the beach or by the pool and yet central to visit other areas on Maui. Beautifully maintained both outside on grounds as well as interior.

We loved the great care that the owners have taken in decorating this home with such special items. We cooked a few times for dinner and ate breakfast on the lanai every morning. The kitchen is fabulous and they have thought of everything that a cook needs. The beds are also very comfortable, and it is such a quiet, peaceful location. The closets are also roomy and thoughtfully laid out and the bathrooms are well designed.
The main pool is perfectly located by the beach, and I snorkeled at the beach almost every morning. Lots of turtles! We also snorkeled at Ahihi Nature Preserve and that was special. The people volunteering there were great.
The hidden gem is definitely the private overlook down the path from the condo and we spent almost every evening there watching the sunset.
Check in was very easy and clear. The crew who run the condo are just first rate all the way around.
We've been going to Maui since 2000 and this was our first time to rent a condo. Our last two trips we stayed in Wailea but at hotels including the Hotel Wailea, the Four Seasons and the Andaz. Frankly, you get so much more bang for your buck at your wonderful condo. And you have laundry facilities handy!
I visited Iao Valley State Monument for the first time and that was neat and a nice drive. On the way back, we stopped at the Maui Plantation, which was unexpectedly delightful. We ate at Hali'imaile General Store three times -- it's my favorite place to eat in Maui!

This is a beautifully designed condo.My wife and I appreciated the island style furnishings, the artwork and the well-stocked kitchen and wine area. We had our breakfast every morning on the lanai and took in the ocean views. At night we sat out and watched the stars. I really enjoyed having the beach so close. We left feeing refreshed.

We had the good fortune to spend the second half of our vacation at this property in the Wailea area. The landlord was responsive to the ultimate degree. He had restaurant suggestions, along with suggestions for local guides for things like going on a snorkeling trip. By the way, that turned out great, it was the great snorkeling experience of our lifetime and all thanks to Randy.
The unit was well appointed, the project in which it is located looks like a four or five star resort, and the snorkeling right off the beach is excellent. We are from Florida and have been snorkeling on a number of occasions in the Florida Keys, and the snorkeling right off the beach at his unit, exceeded anything that we have done anywhere in the country.
This comes with our highest recommendation.

It is wonderful there are hosts out there willing to share their art collections with us guests. The art in this condo was amazing. From the raw edge dining table to the prints in the guest room there was so much to look at.

The unit is perfectly located in the village to access not only the ocean path and beach but also all of the great amenities in the Elua Village. You can walk to the Island Gourmet and Akamai Coffee.
The Condo was incredibly elegant but comfortable and we felt so at home. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. We of course enjoyed the lanai every morning and evening. Not only is the view fabulous but you can hear and see the ocean waves breaking on the beach. We cooked dinner almost every night and the kitchen provided all top of the line items needed as if we were in our own home.
The check-in was seamless. The parking is perfect as the spaces are shaded by beautiful Bougainvillea vines covering the parking structure.
I am so happy we scheduled 2 condo cleanings during our stay. Not only did I feel like we were caring for this home but eliminated one less worry to ensure we completely enjoyed our stay.
There are instruction cards located throughout the space which were perfect. We all appreciated the guidance in ensuring we were safely operating all of the high end mechanics in the condo correctly.
And of course, Randy and Julie are the Best Hosts in my book. Knowing that I could communicate easily with Randy was an absolute plus. Also, remember to arrange a late checkout with Randy. I played a round of golf before leaving for the airport at 6pm!
You will love this condo. Don't wait....or it will be gone!

I was super impressed with every aspect of this stay. Randy was easy to communicate with and always prompt to respond. You can really tell he's poured his heart and soul into this home. The finishes are all of the highest quality and they have somehow thought of everything you might need and supplied it here so that you can focus on enjoying your vacation. There are easy to follow instructions/labels posted throughout the condo. The casually elegant decor was both comfortable and beautiful. I can see why this unit is booked up so far in advance. The condo was spacious, clean, well laid out, well equipped, and nicely furnished. You can usually tell when the owners stay at their own rentals, and it was clear that this was a well loved, well maintained property. The location was ideal. Most of what we did and saw was within an easy drive. The snorkeling spot to the right of the property was great, and the beach itself was calm and lovely. The overall property was well kept and beautiful. Security was nice and efficient. No complaints. We would happily return!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this unit over the winter holiday. This is our third stay in Elua Village, and by far our favorite unit on the property.
The place has been beautifully updated from the kitchen to the living space, the bathrooms, and the large lanai where we enjoyed many sunsets and even saw a few whales. We also appreciated how quiet the unit was, while still being only a short walk down to the beach.
Randy and Julie are incredibly professional to work with from booking to making certain we were will taken care of during our stay. In fact we have already planned our return visit.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at ~ 15 condos in Maui over the years and this unit was one of the nicest that we have stayed in. Everything was well stocked, the upgrades to the unit were very nice, and the location was fantastic. The owner was extremely helpful in providing suggestions for dinner, etc… and especially providing guidance regarding the COVID restrictions that were in place during our trip.
We are looking forward to staying in this same unit in 2022.

We had a wonderful vacation in Maui and loved this Wailea Elua condo. Randy was so helpful with our booking. The condo location is so great, about 100 yards from the beach. We didn’t use our rental car for several days with many activities (beach, restaurants, watersports) walkable from the condo. The condo is beautiful. The floorplan and the furnishings are so lovely. The recent upgrades made the place feel brand new. The place is so well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. All items are new and working, which was a pleasant change from other VRBO properties we have visited. The views from the patio and the front room & bedroom are exquisite.

Our recent stay in Elua Village was beyond our expectations. Randy and Julie went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. The condo was more beautiful in person! It was immaculate, spacious and stocked with everything you could ever need. We loved the fact that we could walk every morning along the ocean path. Spending morning and evenings on the deck looking at the ocean was spectacular. Hoping to be able to spend some more vacation time in Maui, and there is no where else I would rather stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and has a well appointed kitchen with any and everything you need. The beds are super comfortable. The large lanai, living area and a bedroom have ocean views. It is about a 90 second walk to the beach - which is a cove with 2 points to snorkel - which we did every morning! The condo complex is lovely and is on a walking path that connects all the coves and resorts - great for morning and evening walks. Randy and Julie's condo in Elua Village is like being in your own home--except you are on Maui with an ocean view. This condo is well maintained, very clean with every imaginable amenity provided and the location in Wailea is the best. Even the closets are outfitted with beautiful wooden organizers to make your unpacking a breeze. All of us in our three generational family enjoyed our week stay in this condo. Beach access, snorkeling area, walking path, tennis court and two pools are just steps away--and, The Shops at Wailea are minutes away. There was something for everyone. Randy communicates well before and after your visit too. Trust me--you won't be disappointed if you stay in this Elua Village condo--we certainly weren't. I highly recommend it!

Our family of 4 was very impressed with the condo at Elua. Everything shown and stated in the description was accurate. Our children enjoyed the two beautiful pools, the Elua Beach only seconds away, and the serene floral grounds with pathways to explore. This particular condo has all the amenities anyone could ask for and fit our family of four extremely comfortably. The owners made sure our time in Elua was worry-free. We took advantage of their many recommendations to restaurants, snorkeling sites, activities, and local attractions. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a great condo in which to stay - Elua is your spot!

I would rate this property as very good, but there is only "excellent" or "good" to choose from. The property was as described and reflected in the photos. While the condos in Elua are getting old, this one was well maintained and clean. It has excellent amenities and was well provisioned. The location of the condo and the public areas are superb. Elua is a special place with a first rate Maui location, a wonderful beach and beautiful grounds. The vistas are also outstanding. The only drawback to our visit was the hotel construction next door. It was very dusty and while the noise level was minimal in our condo, the level at the pool was very loud on occasion. This was fully addressed by the owners prior to our rental, but it did detract from our stay at times. Speaking of the owners...they were candid, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. In fact, in 40 years of renting, I can say that they were by far the best in communicating with us. What a pleasure the rental process was! All in all, aside from the temporary construction project, it was a relaxing stay at a marvelous location that is owned and operated by caring and very helpful people. I would recommend this unit to everyone!

We recently returned from two weeks in Maui. We have been to Wailea many times, but this is the first time we have stayed in this unit. We were so happy with our experience that we have aleady booked to return next year.
A lot of thought has gone into making the condo accomodating and comfortable. Small touches were appreciated. We arrived late, os it was nice to find packets of coffee, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and more before we coould ge to the store. This was greatly appreciated.
For those of us who like to cook, the well stocked kitchen was great. Every item needed was provided. The kitchen as well as the barbacue grill were immaculate.
The view from the lanai was great in the morning and the fact that it is covered from the sun made it perfect for morning coffee and paper,
.The arrangement of the bedrooms is very nice. The master bath and bedroom can be closed off from the other bedroom and bath which makes it great for privacy and noise if some guests are earlier risers than others.
The proximity to the pool, the foorpath and aparking are pluses.
In summery, the condo is comfortable, well appointed, and immaculate. We were veryh pleased with our stay.

Our thanks to Randy and Julie for sharing their wonderful vacation spot with us. Wailea Elua Village is beautiful...very meticulously maintained. The condo itself was equipped with everything we needed for a great vacation. We ate out, we cooked in, we swam, we read, we walked, we talked, we watched the sun set, and we enjoyed ourselves beyond words. We circled the entire island, and didn't find a prettier spot than Wailea! Randy did a great job of contacting us in a timely manner, keeping in touch, and supplying us with information to make our trip even better. We'd recommend this spot to anyone making a trip to Maui!

This was our 2nd visit to this property. This time for 3 weeks. Settling in was automatic. This condo has the feel of a well kept home, with close proximity to the club house, pool and beach. Correspondence with owners is immediate and professional. Their activity recommendations were helpful (especially the snorkel with Suzie @ Turtle Town). So many daily moments with family (representing 3 generations) were enhanced by the accomodations and Elua village. By the end of our stay this experience will be hard to repeat... but we'll be back to try! Highly recommended.

We were so pleased with our accomodations at this resort property and especially with this condo! So nice to be able to just grab a snorkel and a towel and head down the path to the beach. Easy access to the pool, beach and shopping! The grounds are so lovely, and we enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning. This condo is well-equipped, and spacious. Very clean and comfortable too. Would love to come back sometime!

Thank you so much for allowing us the luxury of staying in your beautiful Wailea Elua Village condo. We had a wonderful time. It was perfect for our family of five, 2 adults and three daughters ages 16,19 and 20. I enjoyed my morning coffe and our early evening cocktails on the lanai which had a beautiful view of the ocean. Your pictures describe the unit exactly as it appears. You have provided everything and anything one would need for their stay.
I will recommend your unit to anyone who is plannning a trip to the Wailea area. I loved the fact that it was walking distance to the upscale hotels but yet we could retreat to the peaceful tranquility of the Elua village. The pool was fantastic and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Your unit is within a very short walk to both pools as well as the ocean.
My daughters were extemely grateful for the internet access!!
I cannot thank you both enough for all of your help during the plannning process as well as when we arrived. The is our first experience with using HomeAway and I was very pleased with being able to communicate directly with the owners.

Gary, Philippe & I have been home for a few weeks now, and we are slowling adjusting to reality and settling in to our day-to-day routine. But truth be know, we left our hearts back in paradise and we are already talking about our return visit to Maui and to Elua Village.
Again Randy, thank you for opening your beautiful home to us. It is a real treasure and we are very happy that we made Elua Village and your condo in particular our destination choice. Your home is spacious, beautifully decorated, well appointed (we lacked for nothing, your kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary gadgets and toys), and oh so perfectly perched. We loved our ocean front view, our evening barbeques on the lanai, and being just a hop, skip and a jump away from the beach and pool. Within a minute, we were at the ocean's edge enjoying the warm waters, playing in the waves and taking in the colourful underworld (the snorkelling was just fabulous)! We also enjoyed the peaceful pace of life that Elua Village offered, such a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of our reality.
We also appreciated the top notch service and warm hospitality you extended to us Randy. We felt welcome before even stepping through the door.
What else can I say but thank you for everything! The 17 days we spent at your home were pure paradise and we will definitely be back in the not-too-distant future. Until then, take care and all the best!

We stayed in Unit 701 for about 12 days and loved
it. There were five of us (2 teens, 3 adults) and we
had lots of space. The unit is very well equipped
with great flat screen tv in lr, and tv's in the 2
bedrooms. The kitchen was probably the best
equipped condo rental that I have ever been in.
Tons of towels, including beach towels, cooler,
beach chairs, and a great lanai, with comfy
cusioned lounge and dining cgairs.
Big dining area and lanai tables to eat at. Big
Bathrooms, and great location. Mayve a 90 second
walk to the big pool/beach area. Easy 10 min walk
to Shops at Wailea, few more minutes to the Spa at
the Grand Wailea. Kihei is maybe a few minutes
drive. Lots of restaurant choices in Kihei and
Wailea.
We loved everything about this place- location
(Wailea, and its proximity to the pool and beach);
Elua- good pool, great Pavillion area, very good
beach for swimming and snorkeling; the unit- very
clean, extremely well equipped, good location in
the complex.
Wish we were there right now, and hope to return
soon.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. We spent 9 nights here in early November, and I highly recommend it. The condo is gorgeous, with a spacious lanai and fully-equipped kitchen. The location was ideal, with pool and beach only a short walk away (only 2 minutes with a toddler). Once the women discovered that The Shops at Wailea were within walking distance, we could shop to our heart's content. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We will definitely recommend this property to family and friends, and will return on our next trip to Maui.

Perfect perfect perfect! The location could not have been better -- walking distance to shops, restaurants, 30 seconds to both pools on the property, 45 seconds to the beach, and a beautiful view from the huge lanai! Not to mention, quiet all the time. The condo itself was COMPLETELY outfitted and beyond clean. Plus, the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful from suggesting restaurants to helping us find a babysitter! We've been to Maui 6 times and have stayed in various places and even in different places in Wailea and this was by far the best place we've stayed. We certainly hope to make it a tradition!

We just returned from our six night stay at this condo and had an absolutely fabulous time. Elua Village on the whole is exquisite. The grounds are immaculate and very beautiful. The condo is very close to the oceanfront pool which looked beautiful, but to be perfectly honest we never used it because the beach is only a few steps further and is even more beautiful. There is great snorkeling on this beach (Ulua Beach) and is perfect for both little and big kids to play in the waves. The condo itself is very comforable and spacious, and everything you need from kitchen gadgets to beach towels and sand toys are there. The only hiccup we had was that the lanai floor was not the cleanest, but the homeowners were very responsive and I honestly think this was more reflective of one cleaning staff rather than the homeowners or management company. The homeowner was very easy to work with, reliable, and followed through on everything in an incredibly timely manner. We had a great time and would recommend this unit to anyone, and hope to stay there again next year.

Hi Randy, sorry it has taken so long for us to respond. We arrived home on Thursday evening and then had a family emergency Friday morning. I am logging on to my e-mail for the first time in 2+ weeks! Our trip was absolutely wonderful. Your condo was lovely and we really enjoyed having the extra space. We have stayed at the Marriott next door a few times and I really wasn't sure if I would like the whole condo thing. I was wrong. You and Julie have such a great space and the furnishings were perfect. We wouldn't have changed a thing. Took your advice and caught the Willie K show at Mulligans-loved it and also had a great time zip lining, luau at the Marriott and driving to Haleakula. Sailed to Molikini with Trilogy and had a great day on the water. Spend some time at the smaller pool (because of the great hot tub) and usually had the place to ourselves. The complex was quite and so well maintained. We enjoyed walking around and admiring the beautiful flowers, trees, etc. You and your wife have been great to work with and we would choose your place again without hesitation. Collin (son) and Jill (his girlfriend) want to go back for Christmas. We told them perhaps next year. What a great pick my wife made when she selected this condo for our 2 daughters to stay at during our vow renewal in Maui. We stayed right next door at the Marriott,but the truth be told, they got the better deal. The location was ideal, close to the beach but away from all the action. The condo itself was very well appointed and the pictures on the web site matched up well with reality. Very clean, nice view of the ocean from the lanai, well equipped kitchen and the Internet access was much appreciated. The pools and grounds at Elua Village
are immaculate and secuity was evident which also gave us peace of mind. The owner Randy was great to work with. He was very accommodating and responsive when ever we had questions or needed his advice. His list of favorite restarants was very helpful and and several other pointers very much appreciate. Bottom line, you could not ask for a nicer place to stay in Maui.
