This air b&b was so comfy! With it's awesome enclosed porch where you can enjoy the croaks of frogs and tweets of birds, lovely kitchen with everything you need and super comfortable beds! The owners were super friendly and very accommodating! Would def rent again!

This house is beautiful and relaxing and is in the middle of luxurious nature,. It is close to Tunnel beach and Haena state park.
The only negative point is the noise from one of the very closeby bridges when the cars are passing by and from the roosters during the night. However, if you have good ear plugs it should allow you to sleep well. The beds are very comfortable and each room has its balcony..
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful area!

Everyone in our family loved staying at the Tree House. The house was clean, the furnishings comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. The common areas were set up in ways that everyone can be comfortable.
We loved the fresh air through the open windows and appreciated the fans on warmer afternoons.
This house is surrounded by all different kinds of trees. The wild life includes geckos and different birds, including roosters (who crow on their own schedules). The setting is so relaxing, though, the roosters didn't bother most of us. On clear nights, many stars are visible from the front lanai. That was a treat.
We absolutely loved staying here, and would definitely go back.

The Tree house is set in a lovely tropical location along a creek. It is spacious and comfortable and has beautiful views, vegetation and close access to a quiet beach. However, the location is pretty noisy (dogs, trucks, bridges, chickens) and since there is no AC, you hear them well especially at night.

My 6 and 8 year old kids loved the house and grounds. The windows and patio allowed us to be up with the trees, as the house was on tree level! Furnishings nice and clean. Tasteful decor. Enjoyed the boogie boards. It was great to stay here- I'd come again!

We stayed 4 nights at the tree house. The place fit our party of 7 comfortably and was a great retreat after days at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and there were 2 fridges.
Some things to consider. There is a lot of outside noise at night (Cars over bridge & roosters), so make sure to bring ear plugs. Also, there is no cell phone coverage. The wifi worked great though! The stairs are steep so it does takes some muscle to carry suitcases up.

Very spacious. Comfy beds and pillows. Short drive to Tunnels Beach, Hanalei and the park. I had assumed there were kayaks to float down the river...you have to get your own. That was a disappointment. The dogs weren’t a problem...we think they were hunting dogs. Only frenzied barking after dark for an hour. Bull frogs in the river were super loud...maybe a seasonal thing?The Staff was super helpful when the passcode didn’t work one night.We had a great stay and enjoyed the lanais around the house.

The Treehouse was a nice place to spend the the nights we were in Kauai. It was clean. It was large. It had a good amount of kitchen supplies. The landscape was well manicured. It was a bit of a drive to the East and South sides of the island. If you want to be away from it all, this is a great spot. The TV was kinda small. The movies were dated.(VHS) With so much island to explore we hardly noticed. Except it was Super Bowl Sunday.

We had a lovely stay in the Kauai treehouse. The property is right off Kuhio Highway, but feels like it's a remote jungle haven along the river complete with the serenade of bullfrogs. It is roomy and well equipped. The only real downside is that there are also dogs on a nearby property that bark loudly at night for a period of time along with the native creatures.

The house was great for our family of five plus one. You can feel a little sway in the house but I expected that with it sitting on such long stilts. The screen doors in the master bedroom need to replaced as they wouldn't stay on track when opened or closed. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.

This was our last chance to do something extravagant before our kids have flown the coop. We all were impressed by the property and home. The location was dynamite - so near Hanalei and Tunnels and Lumahai and Ke'e. We love the lushness and relaxed atmosphere of the north shore, and it's relative remoteness, but that also makes it a long drive to many other destinations on the rest of the island as well. It's a great home in a jungle, and we loved it.

We arrived very late in 2 cars. It was a little hard to find as the description mentioned bridges and there were many before the house but they weren't the right ones. One driver made a few wrong turns. We did Ok getting in using the lock box.Very clean and well maintained, decor was easy on the eyes.Size: Adequate for 6 (3 couples), and for the 7th person, staying out on the screened porch, was adequate as well, but not if they are light sleepers, or got cold easily. Luckily my son did fine out there. There were very few bugs!Very clean, kitchen roomy and could work in it with 3 or more people at times! We took a few handy knives which came in useful but there plenty there.The barking dogs were a bit troublesome, mostly in the late nite, and early hours at times.however, it was cold at nite when we were there, and we had the windows closed, so the noise didn't really disturb us.It was great to come back to after an active day to relax. The fridge was a good size.The beds were good, with very nice linens.The layout meant one couple had the master bedroom with ensuite, and 5 people mainly used the other bathroom which wasn't too bad, but had to coordinate at times.We had one flooding warning but were confident the house would have stayed dry.We had a problem with one toilet and Remax sent a person to fix it very quickly, which was great!As it was December, we were lucky to get the number of sunny days we did get, and did get into the water several times on calmer days. Overall, for a group of 7 looking for self catering vacation, it was a great choice!

We visited the Kauai Tree House and stayed 5 days as we were attending a wedding in Hanalei. The location of the tree house doesn't show up properly on Google or Apple Maps, which is a bit of a problem and led us to thinking that we were less than a mile from our friends, when in reality, we were about 4 miles away. However, it wasn't too bad from this perspective.The house does not have A/C, so in order to keep it cool, windows and fans must be ran at all times. We also had a couple of issues with dogs barking incessantly at night and bugs (lots of mosquitoes and other bugs in the house). Overall though I think we were pretty satisfied with the house as it was well kept, had 3 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and was fairly close to where we wanted to be.

We had a wonderful experience at your property. We had a few phone calls from the management but were not at the house at the time. Other than a few existing holes in the walls and the fact that the garbage disposal did not work....the house was perfect! We hope to return!!

We have stayed in may house rental on Oahu & Kauai and this one is on our top 3! The stream almost beneath was was amazing to listen to along with the various birds etc. The home is very well kept and quite spacious. The enclosed lanai was a favorite for our family as well as all of the personal lanai's for each bedroom. The one thing that we noticed that other people didn't like were the barking dogs at night, we understood that they are hunting dogs and it wasn't all night or if it was raining. We would go back!

We stayed at the Treehouse for our Honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing. The picture don't do justice to how beautiful and unique it is. We tend to like "off the beaten path" types of adventure and this fit perfectly. It is beautifully decorated, nestled in the canopy and near lovely Wainiha Beach. Hanalei is about 10 minutes down the road which is a lovely surf town. We can't wait to go back! Hoping to make the tree house an annual trip!

Absolutely LOVED this house - especially waking up to the sounds of birds of all kinds singing and calling! The king size beds were very comfortable and each of the bedrooms had it's own private balcony. We never used the dining table as the screened-in lanai was so pleasant! The grounds were like living in a botanical garden - gorgeous! Definitely got our exercise in with the steep staircase! Boy, a hoist would have been nice for our very heavy luggage. Quite a sight - it took 3 middle aged women to carry up one bag at a time! As far as the 100 yards to the ocean in the ad; hmmm... maybe as the crow flies? Definitely had to drive to the ocean but beautiful beaches were not far away. The road is way to narrow to safely walk on it and very heavily traveled. We had some bugs but we are gecko friendly people and didn't mind that they appeared in the evening to try to take care of the evening buggies. Just recommend keeping all foods in the refrigerator. Too bad there was road construction on both the highway and the road just across the river to the rear of the house. Very loud. At least they did not work on nights or weekends! I would definitely suggest going back to this house again. Eventually the road work will be finished - yeah?

This house has great bedrooms, linens etc., but the cookware is very old and cheap. The broom was falling apart and the vacuum cleaner dirty and spewing lint. Slightly false advertising, it may be close to a beach, but with no possibility to walk there due to single bridges and traffic. Washer was broken, but with no note to say how to use. Beach towels in bad condition except one. House needs instructions and some kind of welcome to future guests.
