The property is well maintained and the location is excellent. Its right by the beach which is a very nice beach too. They were able to accommodate my early check-in as well and were very responsive. The only little problem I had was that I think the listing mentioned an in-unit washer dryer for my booking and this unit did not have one.

The unit is certainly not modernized but it definitely has everything you need! Only 2 things I’d recommend the owner do is 1) have a bin for cans in the condo so when bringing to the garbage it’s easier, and 2) have a smaller cooler to bring to beach. The beach towels, chairs, umbrella and toys were great to have! Mahalo!

The location of this property was very useful. Not only can you see the beach from the property, but you are within walking distance of grocery stores, nice restaurants, and plenty of other shops. This location in Kehei is ideal for anyone who doesn’t want to go too far from where they are staying. As for the property itself, it was just like the listing described. AC was very useful and the kitchen had all we needed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Kehei in an affordable way. Thank you Maui Rentals!

Location was awesome walking distance to grocery store and restaurants was very convenient Pool was large and awesome. Barbecues were great. AC was great. Loved being on the ground floor it was very convenient. This is a very nice beachfront condo. Definitely will be staying here again. We had a wonderful time.

It was wonderful to stay at the Apartment C- 113. everything was very clean and there was enough of everything for the use of six persons. Very good!
Only the folded sofa in the living-room doesn‘t have a good quality.

Overall, my family was very happy with our stay. The unit was clean and in good condition overall. There are a few small things that are in need of repair and maybe some upgrades, but it did not detract from our vacation experience. It suited us well and the location was amazing! Steps away from the ocean and a pool. It was also very easy to deal with the rental company. I would stay here again!

We (two adult couples) rented Waiohuli Beach # C-113 in March 2023. We found the rental to be clean, nicely located and well stocked. The unit has a lovely setting on the beach with a pool. Oddly, the pool requires a code to get in (makes sense) and to get out (crazy). Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the unit.

The view from this location is beautiful and very peaceful. We loved being able to walk to the beach right in front of our condo and watch the turtles and sunset. The pool is nice and warm and clean and so are the BBQ's. Overall we loved it. Our condo floor was dirty when we arrived and I actually washed the entire floor on the first day because I could feel the sand and our feet/shoes were dirty from walking on it. The cupboard door below the sink fell off the first night and the hose from both air conditioners were disconnected (the duct tape had not held it in place). We called and someone came that same day to fix everything which we appreciated. It is dated and there is a nail sticking up from one of the dining room chairs. Despite this, I would stay here again for size of the unit and the location. The communication was excellent and it the view is exactly as you see in teh picture. We already booked next year but in two of the more updated condos, however, I would book this one again for the size alone. Note laundry is coin operated and it is 2.00/load so not in your unit. Nulu's is a great restaurant in walking distance and there are several more. The beaches are a quick drive a mile or two up the road. Overall loved this location.

We’ve told our friends and family about this place but don’t want too many people to know so that we can keep this place as a secret! This property was amazing for families. Their were so many kids for our granddaughter to play with. I do believe we made life long friends! Close to shopping and eating. About 25 minutes from the airport. The condo itself was okay. A little dated, but worked for us. BBQ area is nice. Pool is AMAZING!! Warm!!

It was a pleasant stay overall.
This is a lower level unit in a 2 story apartment building that has two good size bedrooms with 3 comfortable beds so we didn't have to use the sofa bed in the living room. Efficient AC and fan units are in all the rooms which in particular I very much care about to provide comfort during the daytime while stay in door. It's a walking distance to the restaurants and supermarket. Supplies and cookware are sufficient for a big family to meal in though we didn't cook much during the 4 night stay. The only unpleasant experience we had was a smoker guest puffing cigarette in the parking lot at one night causing my mother lost sleep. Nevertheless, we would recommend this place for your trip.

This was our second trip to Maui and we wanted to stay central so we could easily access most sides of the island. We really enjoyed this location and the kids loved going right out to the beach first thing everyday.

I’ve been to maui 8 times. Stayed a condos each time. So I have a good idea of what to expect.
The plus side to this unit is location. Central to Kihei. It has a beautiful court yard and pool. The beach of course is amazing.
Down sides. Very dated inside. Both bedrooms have frosted shutter style windows that don’t offer much of a view. Cupboards are sticky on the outside. Oh. And Ants. ANTS ANTS ANTS everywhere. In the kitchen. In the bathroom. In the bedroom. The listing states to keep the kitchen area clear of dirty dishes, which we did. To no avail. They do provide ant spray which is nice.
Even though there are plus point to this unit I would not recommend this unit or stay here again

We loved the location of the condo being nestled back, while facing the garden and views of the ocean in the background. It was nice having the Times Market close enough to easily walk to each day if we needed anything. Everything went smoothly from checkin to checkout. Would highly recommend friends to stay here. Rentals Maui worked with us in 2020, and again in 2021, scheduling and rescheduling our condos with efficiency. We enjoyed our family reunion with 11 other condos being rented from Rentals Maui for our family. The units were clean and well maintained. The location to the beach and the clean pool were perfect for our group. The BBQ area and tables were a big plus. Photos and property descriptions were accurate.

This is our second trip to these condos. We came back with friends and rented three condos at the same time. The ground at the condo are wonderful with pool and beautiful landscaping along with a great grassy area. We watched the sunset and used the BBQ area and shuffleboard almost every night. The beach is not crowded and you can walk down the beach a long ways. We saw over 20 sea turtles on our walk at night.

We love this condo and would totally book again. The grounds are lovely, the pool is wonderful and the beach is steps away. The beach is sandy and most of the time we were the only people there, small waves very safe for kids and we saw a giant turtle. The grocery store is a 2 minute walk along with plenty of restaurants, which was perfect as we didn't have a car. An absolutely perfect spot for our family, mahalo

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The grounds around the property are beautifully kept. The area was quite and neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed making the short walk to the back of the property each day to walk along the beach, enjoy the sunset, and swim in the ocean. Great location close to a grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants and shaved ice. We would stay here again if we return to Maui.

Everything was as advertised and even better. The condo had everything we needed and more. We were surprised to find beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a small boogie board to use. The kitchen was well stocked and the three different AC units and ceiling fans kept everything cool.
The pool was nice and the three BBQ grills were handy, although we didn't find ourselves using them. The location to the beach was awesome but it is more of a "look at the water" kind of a beach. It is very shallow, rocky and no waves so it really isn't a great place for swimming if that is a priority. But it is a great place to sit, relax and soak in the sun and it was never crowded. The sunsets were very pretty from that location. We did go out in the water our first morning and were excited to find a few turtles out there.
Check in and out was very smooth. We didn't have a need to contact the management as everything worked as expected and we didn't hear from them either -- just like we like it.
There is a grocery store practically next door and several restaurants very close.
We would book this place again given the opportunity.

Wold have appreciated some flash lights especially over the Tsunami time, chairs for the beach would have been nice also, they can be washed under the shower before being taken back to the condo.
