Our family (two kids) enjoyed that the pool, beach front and lawn/gardens were accessible by walking out of this ground floor unit. Gorgeous sunrises, sunsets, and we even saw turtles on the beach. It was a quiet area and also a convenient, short walk to grocery store, restaurants, food truck and doctors office. We would stay again.

This was our second time in the same unit at Waiohuli Beach Hale. The complex is in a perfect location, walking distance to a grocery store and the best coffee shop. There was road construction being done on South Kihei road during our stay which made driving a little slower. The beach near the complex is beautiful but the water isn't the best for swimming. We watched the sunset every night from the beach and found sea turtles about a 10min walk each morning down the beach. The unit is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beach chairs are getting a little worn but they still functioned well for our purposes. There were umbrellas, beach toys and plenty of beach towels.We loved being able to walk right off of our lanai to the pool are or beach yet the it was tucked back enough to still feel fairly private. Will definitely book again for our next Maui getaway.

Loved our stay here. Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were super comfortable. The lanai was a great spot to eat or just relax. Simple walk through the garden to the beach. Beach was never crowded. Saw turtles everyday. Pool was great. Condo was away from the main road, so no traffic noise. Recommend this place for people wanting a laid back, relaxing place to stay. Will be back!

The property is well maintained, furnished with everything you need for a Maui vacation (beach chairs, swim noodles, sand toys, beach towels). And for those who like to cook…the kitchen is better supplied than mine at home. Every utensil, pot and pan imaginable. And a
Small supply of spices and condiments. Pool is sparking and the peppery is right on a secluded, quiet beach.

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. I personally have phobias of hotels and rental homes because of cleanliness issues, but walking in, I could immediately see (and smell) that the place was very clean. The location is so beautiful..what a view from the patio! Also, it's close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The only noise might be a rooster or too, but you can laugh that off. We were very blessed with our week in Maui.

Our Unit C 112 is a perfect location within the complex - looks straight out towards the beach and felt very private. The outdoor rocking chairs were very comfortable. We had family staying in other units and we all agreed that ours was best situated. I think it was a good value. I do have a couple suggestions/annoyances that could be easily fixed; the bedroom windows don't have a proper shade. The property behind us is lit up with security lights all night which shines into the bedrooms. The spring loaded shower curtain rod in the master bath kept falling off. I suggest installing a more permanent shower rod.

Our family stay here was wonderful! I loved sitting on the ground floor lanai and watching the sunset. The master bedroom bed was comfortable and the room plenty big. I would say that the mobile AC is getting worn out and not working as effectively as the one in the kids room. As a Mom of a fun loving 9 yr old boy, I am not sure that we would come back to this setting- not the condo-the setting. It is mainly older folks trying to enjoy their peaceful day and we often felt that we needed to move away from the setting in order for him to be able to play in his normal boy fashion :) If i were traveling without him I would stay there for sure. The staff on the grounds were very kind and caring and take wonderful care of the setting. We loved the turtle who napped on the beach was so beautiful and the waves were pretty calm here and the beach is beautiful.

Location was great, there is a turtle we spotted every day hanging out at the beach directly outside the building. The unit was spacious, well stocked, and overall had a great stay. However, one of the two A/C units did not working since we arrived and the keyless code entry stopped allowing access on the last morning before 6am when checkout was supposed to be at 11am.

No central air. Only portable air conditioners in bedrooms. One quit working the first night because it was full of water. Called management the next morning and they said it would be fixed that day. Wasn’t fixed and I hurt my back trying to see if I could drain water. Called management a second time that night but no one came. After second night of no air and no sleep I called management a third time the next morning. Finally got it fixed. The other air condition had problems as well. Tube kept falling out of window the fist night and had to get up twice to put it back in the window. Condo was clean, pool was nice, but without air condition in main living area it was to hot to watch TV or cook.

Our time in Maui was awesome and it was cool that our rental property had such an easy access, offered such a prime location to enjoy the experience with family. Property was clean and even had extra beach amenities like chairs bodyboard I think there was even an umbrella…. all made it feel more like home!

This property was great! The two bedrooms and two baths were amazing for our family of 4. Overall the condo was spacious and clean and fully stocked with dishes, starter pack of soap/paper towels/toliet paper, and beach/pool toys and chairs. We liked the open kitchen living room to patio set up which opened out onto the shared lawn with a beautiful garden with fountains, pool, BBQ grills with tables, and direct beach access. We also loved the community that visits this location; lots of friendly families that helped each other out (multiple people actually gave us food and we gave a lot away when we left too)! Also, a great location with close grocery stores and restaurants as well as a nearby boat dock where we took an amazing snorkeling trip from. Kihei is a great part of Maui, being less overruns by resorts and great beaches! Overall the accommodations were amazing and we want to visit again!

Our family of six stayed in C-112. The condo unit was well equipped, including everything you'll need to enjoy the "private" beach that was steps away from the patio. We enjoyed family meals while watching the sunrises and sunsets from our private patio. Views of lush landscaping, heated pool, and shuffleboards. Convenient onsite outdoor grills and coin (& app) operated laundry facilities. Location was the best! So central to all of the best that Maui has to offer - 20 mins to/from airport, ~ 5-10 mins from great public beaches and eateries! Times grocery store was walkable and 1 block away. Loved our stay! Thanks for letting us enjoy your condo -- it made for such a fun and memorable family vacation! We are eager to come back again.

We loved staying at this condo! It was just the right size and location for us. Having a walkout to the beautiful courtyard garden was wonderful. The quiet sandy ocean beach located just past the pool was perfect. There were several tasty places to eat and get drinks within walking distance and a grocery store 2 blocks away. Kihei is an awesome town and location on Maui. Our only issue was our key code seemed to be turned off 1.5 hours before checkout so we were lucky one of us was still in the condo to let us back in. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful place to stay.

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here!! The location and beaches were beautiful!! Walking distance if you don't mind exercise to many things and restaurants!! We saw Turtles swimming and also on the beach at sunrise. Just amazing. If I have one complaint they could use blackout curtains like the one next door. Their unit stayed so much cooler. Also the cleaning staff should thoroughly clean a little better. Walls and patio furniture was not wiped down or baseboards. But it was clean n the bathroom and kitchen and floors and we had a wonderful time there for 7 nights!!

This location was awesome for our young kids. The pool was only 4.5ft deep In the deepest part and the kids had a blast in it. Was lovely to be able to walk over and watch the sunset every night. BBQ grills and facility were fantastic as well. There was an app for the washers and dryers and were some of the nicest ones we have ever used when using a rental. Rental was extremely clean. We definitely hope to stay here again.

We rented this unit for my mom, sister and niece to stay in. Both the bedrooms were decently sized, but the unit it in need of some upkeep / updating. Compared to the other units, it's pretty dated except for the very nice kitchen. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again though.

Weather not the best this trip but really enjoyed a mid day whale watching trip put of Lahaina & the aquarium in Maalaea. Agency very responsive to internet cable box issue. Mahalo!

THe condo had plenty of space for our family of 5. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need and the grocery store was across the street. We saw sea turtles in the water from the beach directly infront of the complex. Champagne toasts at sunset, hearing the ocean in the morning, and snorkling everyday are the memories we will always have of our Christmas getaway. I hope to return and stay the Waiohuli Beach Hale C112 again.

Waiohuli Beach Hale is a hidden gem! This is not the place for a loud, party-type group, but rather those that want to be in a smaller, well-cared for facility that is right on the beach and QUIET! The grounds are beautifully kept, folks are friendly, and the condo facility is well-maintained. It is peaceful and relaxing here...a place to definitely return to!
