The location ist great - close to the beach, parking beside, nice garden. But the apartment become worn. The mattress is worn out, some of the furniture is outdated, the curtain is dirty. The cleaning wasn't perfect - first night we had a cockroach in the kitchen.

Stay was pleasant, no complaints other than the water in the shower didn’t drain properly so we cleared out the drain for it to work. Place is in a quiet complex, good central area and we were close to beaches, restaurants and about 45 min drive to Lahaina. I would recommend this location.

Place needs someUpgrades, kitchen has a lot of stuff most of which is not needed, knock down the counter and upper cabinets and open up the kitchen. Bugs in bathroom. Air conditioning units are loud to the point you can’t have a conversation with the other person in the room . The location is exceptional

This was my first time to Hawaii and our first time bringing our kids (a 4 year old and a 11month old) on vacation. This spot was perfect! We loved being able to walk right out the patio door onto the grass and out to the beach or pool. The extra beach equipment was also a great bonus! We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We had a good vacation, but we were very disappointed with the kitchen. It was very small, old ( probably original) and dysfunctional. Not enough workable counter space or cabinets. An island would provide much needed prep, eating and storage space. Most of the kitchenware such as cutlery, dishes, including small and large appliances were old, mismatched and needed replacement. There was a lack of plastic containers for leftovers. To be honest, the only meals we had in the unit is breakfast. Lunch and dinner was prepared and eaten at other units in the complex, who had newer and much needed prep and eating areas. Obviously this caused an inconvenience for us. The kitchen desperately needs a proper renovation. We highly recommend the owner seriously considers our recommendations. We definitely would stay at the same complex but not the same unit unless the kitchen was renovated properly. The pictures were a little deceiving, when it came to the kitchen. Newer cabinet fronts and handles to distract our attention to the major kitchen flaws!

This was our first trip to Hawaii since we were married 15 years ago, though my wife had been here with friends about 30 years ago, and I used to go to Honolulu twice annually for at least a decade for work. But I hadn't been here for about 20 years. Skipping Oahu and opting for the Big Island and Maui only, we booked condos on both islands. This property was just perfect. Great location. Great beach. Great sunsets, grills and pool. Plenty of room for two, though I wouldn't suggest it for more. Everything in Kihei and Wailea is close by, and it's closer to the airport and Haleakela than Lahaina and Kaanapali. Another plus is the lack of really heavy traffic and congestion. We loved it here and would definitely return. Beach chairs and umbrella being provided was another perk, and the kitchen had everything you could possible need. Thanks to Cassandra for getting our a/c repaired quickly.

Wife and I had a long weekend to Maui. Looked at many listings. I settled on this property due to the pics, proximity of beach, and restaurants. This totally exceeded every expectations. Property even had a pool which I enjoyed all days there. So clean and water was the perfect temperature. Unit was very nice. I loved how I could just go to the patio and lounge and read a book. We didn’t really cook except we did used the Weber Grills on the property to grill steak. The check in and check out was so simple. Thank you so much! I look forward to coming back to Maui and this unit in the future. Highly recommend!!

As expected. You will find your typical condo. But this particular unit is on the end of the building. So you only have one side neighbor and one above. It’s plenty enough room for two. You have no view of the ocean but the grounds are very nice and well kept. It’s also fairly quiet and private. We loved staying here. And plan on staying here again.

I loved this place. We returned home from our vacation to Hawaii a week ago and I still miss this place and its setting at least once a day. The garden that the lanai overlooks is such a colorful beautiful sight to see. I miss being able to walk across the garden courtyard, past the pool, and onto the beach with warm calm waves. Every morning we ate on the lanai. Every morning I went to the beach. I'm from Oregon, where the beach is beautiful but you do not dare go into it because it is freezing cold. I hope that you notice that this rental is light and colorful. Too many rentals that we saw online were dark and cave-like and in need of an update. Work and consideration has been put into the décor of this place. I appreciated the light yellow walls, the interesting table and light above it, and the turquoise accents. The bed is comfortable. The pillows on it are heavenly. I forgot to take a picture of the brand, in hopes of buying them once home. The only thing that could use improvement in my opinion is the living room air conditioner. It is noisy and doesn't work very well. The bedroom one works very well, but the cool air from it doesn't reach out into the hall or living room. Oh, another thing that was appreciated: beach towels, sun block, bug spray, and beach chairs are provided. I've added a large bottle of aloe vera to the goods, as I got a sunburn. Hopefully you won't need it though. ;)

This is our second trip to these condos. We came back with friends and rented three condos at the same time. The ground at the condo are wonderful with pool and beautiful landscaping along with a great grassy area. We watched the sunset and used the BBQ area and shuffleboard almost every night. The beach is not crowded and you can walk down the beach a long ways. We saw over 20 sea turtles on our walk at night.

This property is in as good of a location as any resort on the Island as far as the ocean goes. I have been visiting Maui at least once a year for over 40 years. We stayed at this location because I was interested in buying a unit here. I'm not going to list everything wrong with this unit (D-114) because I don't believe in online bashing. However, I will say we would not stay in this unit again. It's equipped fine but the unit needs a complete ovrhaul. It has the worst sofa bed I've seen. This is 1 bedroom 2 people unit in my opinion. Also important as our choices were very limited at this property for a unit with AC is this unit states it has AC in living area and bedroom. There are portable units however the living space NEVER was even close to cool the entire week we were there. The bedroom was pretty cool. So if renting this unit just know it's not Air Conditioned anywhere but the bedroom. These AC units are EXTREMELY loud as well. As I said I'm not going to list everything wrong with this unit. Our stay was not restful at all and that was really disappointing. Pool is great but needs some shade. This is a sidenote and will or won't matter according to your beliefs, but the unit is also a little haunted. 2 of the three of us experienced this. But to be honest, this was the least of the problems.

Beautiful unit, on a great beach! Perfect for swimming, very soft sand, not too rocky or rough waves. Loved it. They provide beach essentials like a beach bag, chairs, body board, etc. Nice touch. When we arrived Hawaiian music was playing in the condo. Heavenly. Loved the decor too.
