Overall the place was OK. The main TV had a black line thru it and was not Smart. We asked for a late checkout but was not allowed. We then had to stay at the pool for 3 hours. There are no towels down there for our family of 5 and we could not use the towels from the condo.

We loved our 2 night stay and all agreed we should have stayed more days here and less at Aulani! The condo is better than advertised with spacious rooms, easy to cook in kitchen, very clean and nice balcony with view of ocean while you enjoy a meal. Literally on the beach and very cool tidepools. Very comfortable beds and very quiet at night. We enjoyed dinner at Roys which was just steps away also. My husband loved the walking paths nearby and I loved the beach (and the Nespresso machine).
Definitely will stay again when we return next!

Our family stayed the second week of November. This condo was immaculate! Fantastic location on the property, we walked to the most northern point to watch sunrise and sunset in a single day. The pool was mostly exclusive to our group, and the beach was a two min walk. We saw turtles, fish and other sealife in the coral. The condo provided everything you need for kitchen, pool, beach chairs and beach toys. This was a wonderful choice for us that really enhanced our vacation. The resort which is a 8 min walk has coffee shop, bars, and restaurants that were amazing. We played pickleball and golf onsite. We visited some local restaurants and food trucks. All very good, seafood is fresh, and meals were delicious. Also enjoyed a great burger from Seven Brothers. Highly recommend this location!!!! We will be back!

Not enough good things to say about this property, the people and Turtle Bay! We did not want to come home. The beds were amazing, the view was unbelievable and we took a helicopter rode just outside our front door.

"Turtle Bay, Stunning Corner Unit Villa with OCEAN VIEWS FROM EVERY BEDROOM!!!". Totally true! Our family of seven from Australia and Canada thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The "villa" is spacious, comfortable and is stocked with all the conveniences that you need. Highly recommended by all of us.

We had a wonderful stay with my elderly parents and 13 month old. Lots of space for everyone and it was so clean! We loved the pack n play for my baby to sleep every night. Would be helpful if there was also a highchair at this location but not a deal breaker. We loved the nearby elevator for our stroller and luggage.
The pictures don't do this place justice! You truly are steps away from the beach and the pool. There's even showers to wash off the sand in the grassy area. The owners were very responsive on the app and check in was smooth. The espresso machine was such a hit with the family as well. So many details are well thought out including new dish sponges and kitchen amenities. Highly recommend making reservations at Beach House. We made wonderful memories in this beautiful location and hope you can too!

After our family of six had been crammed into two hotel rooms in Honolulu, this villa was heaven sent. It is more spacious than the pictures show, the decor is more lovely in person, and the setting with the ocean views is breathtaking. The host is very generous with amenities, the kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and the storage locker is packed with beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, etc.
The villa is located in a good middle spot on the North Shore between Haliewa and Waimea a drive west of it, and the Polynesian Cultural Center and Kualoa Ranch in the east.
We had one issue - a glitch with the entry codes on day two - but when we reached out to the manager through the VRBO messaging, he was in contact in under a minute, and the problem was quickly solved.
My only complaint would be that other than the blue couch, the rest of the seating in the living room, although very stylish in appeal, was not comfortable to curl up on. (Oh, and the kitchen could use some oven mitts.)
Overall, I would highly recommend this villa. And I would recommend moving beyond the Turtle Bay beach to check out the other beaches on the North Shore: Waimea Beach has powdered sand and buoyant waves (of course we swam in August...a much different scene in the winter!). Pupukea/Shark's Cove is a great snorkeling spot where we swam with a sea turtle and colourful fish. Punaluu Beach was a great spot for the first time surfers in our party.

What an amazing stay at Turtle Bay. We went with our 3 kids (ages 5-10). They absolutely loved it since they each had their own bed. The Turtle Bay hotel is a 2 minute walk, and the restaurants there were very good.
The owners were very responsive, and their description of the condo/property and amenities are 100% accurate. The condo is in excellent shape and was very clean. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at this Ocean Villa at Turtle Bay. The Villa was spacious, clean and beautiful with a perfect location just steps from the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 5 with 3 teens. We loved the well stocked kitchen as we like to cook and enjoyed all the beach toys. The Villa was both quiet and central which made it ideal to enjoy the entire Turtle Bay resort. Everything was high quality and we would love to stay again!

The unit was exactly as described and pictured. Beautiful, comfortable, spacious, well stocked, and great for families. The location is lovely, and it is a very short walk to the pool and beach. Beach towels were provided inside the unit and beach chairs and equipment were easily accessible in an outside storage room. The views are great, but be aware that the ocean views are indirect from 2 of the bedrooms and the balcony. The photos provided online are accurate, so I recommend reviewing those to set your expectations in terms of views. This was our first time staying on the North Shore, and it's an amazing part of the island. We would definitely book this unit again.

We spent 6 nights at the condo and could not have been more pleased. The location and views were wonderful. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked. There was even an instant pot! The pool was never crowded and the beach was good for a quick dip though we preferred to explore other beaches around the island. I highly recommend walking to Kuwela Bay (1.2 mile walk) for a swim. Turtle Bay Resort is next door and overall welcoming of non-guests. You cannot use the pool but are welcome just about everywhere else. I did inquire about access to they gym and was told they only sold monthly passes. This rental goes up there as one of the nicest we have stayed at!

Great location (2nd floor end unit) looking out on the pool with short walk to the beach. Inside decor was modern yet comfortable for all and well stocked. We loved being on the north shore, away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoyed the food trucks and casual vibe of that area.

Seven of us stayed at this property, ranging in age from 12 to 69, and this Ocean Villa accommodated us perfectly. Beach access, a pool on-site, multiple restaurants & bars within walking distance and of course gorgeous North Shore hiking trails made for a fantastic stay. We were also only a short drive to Waimea Beach/Waterfalls, Haleiwa, the PCC & other North Shore staples like Giovanni's. Our host also delivered clear & concise instructions on parking, gate access, unit access, etc. so all we had to do was show up. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were able to make ourselves at home and enjoy the pool, hot tub, and beach nearby. We also prepared our meals with the well stocked kitchen items including spices, cooking oil and prep bowls. We had 6 adults and 2 pre teens in our group. Sleeping arrangements worked great with one bedroom offering two queen beds for the grandkids and the grandparents. The storage closet was handy and well stocked with lawn chairs, boogie boards, and pool noodles. The beds were comfy and bath linens were plentiful and of good quality. As well there were eight beach towels for us to use. There was a safe in the suite however we were unable to utilize it due to it being locked. The owner was unable to resolve this issue during our short 3 day stay. The pool was closed one day for disinfection without prior notice to the owner or us the tenants. This was a bit of an inconvenience. We feel a high quality walk off mat in the entrance would be effective for limiting sand in the suite in order to meet the owners request of not bringing sand into this beach front property. Eg. Chilewich brand.

We saw 2 sea turtles on the Laniakea beach. Surf and blue waters of the North Island was a perfect setting for walks and just relaxing.

The Ocean Villa property was just as advertised on VRBO and the whole family was pleased with the amenities. Our corner unit was a convenient walk to the pool (for the kids) and the beach was a less than 5 minute walk. It is also a short walkable distance from the Turtle Bay Resort which was a perk. Emily was great about responding to my questions any time I messaged her and gave helpful tips about local spots. I would definitely return!

We stayed at Emily & Diego’s villa with our family of 4. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived! It was stocked with everything we could possibly need for our family - lots of kitchenware, laundry detergent, beach gear, towels, toiletries, pack n play for baby, everything! The beds were super comfortable which we appreciated after a long day of traveling. Pool and beach were steps away which made it super convenient for our young children. Couldn’t recommend this place more and will definitely stay here again in the future!

This is a fantastic place to stay, beautiful inside and with gorgeously landscaped grounds, and well equipped with everything you might need. We booked the hotel's horseback ride, and free lei making and hula lessons and they were awesome too. The hotel restaurants are very expensive (it's quite a posh place!) but there are other options nearby. We swam with a turtle off the beach in front of the villas and saw a monk seal resting on the beach further east.

3 generations of our family were fortunate enough to stay in Emily and Diego's villa. It is totally stunning and we truly enjoyed our 2 night stay there. The pool and beach were just footsteps away and the kids had a blast! The beds were so comfortable, tons of beach and bath towels, the storage shed had chairs, boogie boards and beach toys, the beautiful kitchen had everything we needed. In short, perfect!
Emily is a gem. So sweet and accommodating and Diego's is wonderful too. Can't wait to stay at the villa again!

This was absolutely the most wonderful place I have ever stayed on any trip. The villa was immaculate, not a speck of dust, dirt or even sand anywhere. The owner used high-end linens, from the towels to the bedding. Tons of amenities including a really nice Mac computer, coffee maker, instant pot, all the kitchenware you would need, and even nice beach towels to use. We never looked in the storage room for other beach supplies, but the keys were given to us if needed.
The views were amazing and the location was perfect, just steps from the beach and snorkeling lagoon at Turtle Bay. We also went to the main resort daily to the shops, restaurants and coffee shop. We also used the villa pool and it was great!
The only complaint in the villa we had was that the furniture in the living room, like the couch and chairs, were not very comfortable. I also felt like the communication leading up to check-in could have been a little better. It was concerning as a first time VRBO user to not receive any info until the day of check-in. I do understand the safety reasons for this, but it wasn't communicated well to reassure us we would indeed receive the info.
Other than those minor things, everything was fantastic! We can't wait to come back!!

We loved the entire property and it’s proximity to the beach. All the beds were comfortable and it was the perfect size for 9 adults.
The check-in process was strict and we were understanding of that, however, we thought the property manager was a bit rude when we asked about early check in / the ability to at least drop off our bags for safe keeping. House rules regarding sand, trash, and wet feet were a bit strict as well considering this is a beachfront condo. Probably not a great fit for kids. That said, the property was very well maintained.

Here for a family wedding. Loved having a nice, clean comfortable place to relax during our downtime. Personally, it was the ocean and the beach I needed and it was nice that it wasn’t crowded. I could run out the door and be on the beach in less than 30 seconds which was a big reason for staying here. A lot of places we considered were not on the beach and that was important to me as it’s my therapy to hear the waves and to plant my feet in the sand. My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo. After much research we decided on this location and specific condo. We were 2 families with kids ranging from 7-14, and grandparents. The condo was spacious and despite having only 2 bathrooms we never felt cramped. The location to easy pool and beach access is amazing. Honestly better location than staying at turtle bay as the beach is just steps away. The pool was busy on and off but never too busy: the bedrooms were spacious. The oldest teenager slept on the couch. It was a pull out and not working well but the owners had a repair person out the next day. The condo as well equipped; the storage locker has plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and even snorkel masks!
We loved north shore and ate at many local food Trucks, teds bakery and stopped often at foodland near sharks cove for drinks snacks etc. overall an amazing stay. We would highly recommend this condo and will plan to come again!

My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! This condo was absolutely beautiful inside and out. We traveled with a large group and never felt like we were on top of one another when staying here. Everyone had their own space, with plenty of room to hang together in the living area or on the spacious balcony. 10/10 would recommend, and we hope to return for a longer stay next time!

We had the opportunity to stay here as part of our trip to Hawaii for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We choose this property because it had some of the best views of the Ocean and was also an end unit for additional privacy. It did not disappoint! First off, the property was VERY clean and much bigger than the pictures make it look. Everything in the unit is so nicely updated, and is sure to impress. We brought our 2 small kids with us and we were so surprised to find out the owners had a whole supply of beach equipment for us to use and pool/beach toys for the kids. They were in heaven! The units themselves are very quiet and we did not hear others while in our room. The balcony is one of the best parts, and we enjoyed most of our meals on their spacious patio. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay and experience!

The condo and grounds were extremely well kept and we couldn’t have asked to more. This unit had everything we needed! Thank you for a memorable time and we look forward to our next stay!

Great place. Adult family of 6 very comfortable. Lower rating simply because during covid times we had to complete travel forms for Hawaii travel and didn’t get address until 16 hours before arrival. Stressful But once there few housekeeping issues but we’re taken care of immediately. Very responsive

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Only a short walk to the pool and beach was very nice and convenient. The villa had chairs, umbrella, coolers, towels, everything that makes your time enjoyable and fun for hanging at the beach. The rooms were large and beds very comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this place really. I negatives at all!!!!

We are loco and this is our third time staying here with our friends. The room is very beautiful and clean. The pool and beach is right there from your unit. The owner's assistant was very helpful about our stay. We can recommend this unit with confidence!

This condo was so incredibly perfect for our family of 9 to all stay together and make wonderful memories. We were there for a wedding. The bride and groom came to see the condo and eat dinner with us. They wished they had booked one of these condos instead of the hotel at Turtle Bay. Having the fully stocked kitchen was the best for us to be able to cook and save money. The beds were very comfy with great sheets and pillows. We would absolutely stay there again. I highly recommend this condo.

This was a wonderful property!! The pages of house rules in all caps were a bit much but everything made sense and were not hard to follow.. We did not open the beach closet until the last day. That was our mistake as it is full of useful things. The property is bigger and even nicer than it appears in pictures. The view from the balcony is postcard worthy. I appreciated the high quality linens. My husband enjoyed golfing and we hiked, zip- lined and surfed. It was perfect to be at Turtle Bay without really being in the middle of the crowd. It is a special place.

Two Oahu families (9 total) shared this unit for a short stay-cation. Unit was clean and as described in the listing. Check in was easy. We had a brief issue with an alarm going off and the property manager responded quickly and we were able to get it resolved quickly.
We enjoyed our stay on the north shore and will definitely stay here again!
