This VRBO listing is a fully renovated/upgraded and very well furnished/equipped condo located in the Pacific Shores complex in the heart of South Kihei, Maui, just steps away from wonderful beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The unit includes two bedrooms (each with one queen size bed), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an open living room and dining area, and an outdoor lanai. The unit is designed to comfortably sleep four people. Guests will appreciate the high quality ceiling fans and Mitsubishi split-zone air conditioning system (featuring separate modules and controls in the main living area and each bedroom). This condo is a rare find, providing guests with excellent, modern accommodations at very reasonable prices!
The unit features tile floors throughout the entire condo. The kitchen has been remodeled and contains new quartz counters, new sink/fixtures, high quality/new stainless steel appliances (including stove, with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and stacked laundry center). The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware, dishware, glassware, silverware, utensils, and numerous small appliances (e.g., coffee, coffee grinder, drip coffee maker, electric tea pot, toaster, blender, rice cooker, etc.) for guests to prepare and serve meals, saving funds for the multitude of other activities and adventures available on Maui. For those who prefer to eat meals out, there are numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance or very short drives. There are many renowned restaurants and chefs to pick from throughout Maui!
The unit's four seat dining set, comfortable couch, and large wall mounted flat screen Smart HD TV (with Apple TV and Plex media server) provide guests with a place to rest and relax between other Maui activities. Guests can choose to cool off using the high-end air conditioning system or open the condo's many windows to enjoy wonderful views and ocean breezes. Guests have access to OTA HD TV, Hi Speed Internet @ 200 Mbps and phone service within the condo. We also provide Sling TV streaming service as well as a Plex media server with a collection of movies and TV shows for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, individual air conditioning controls, a wall mounted flat screen TV, (with separate Blu-ray player) plenty of dresser space, and a remodeled/expanded master bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, brightly lit vanity, and extra closet space. The second bedroom features a queen bed, closet/dresser space, individual air conditioning controls, and convenient access to the hallway guest bathroom, including a shower/tub combination and lovely bathroom renovations. Complimentary shampoo and body wash are provided in each bathroom.
Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors are provided in each bedroom for your safety.
The unit comes with an assigned parking space that will best accommodate a compact size car. The Pacific Shores complex features a lovely pool and hot tub. The gated pool area includes lounge chairs, dining tables/chairs, multiple gas barbecue grills, and renovated bathroom/shower facilities. The complex features an elevator in each building (and our unit is on the second floor, near both the stairs and elevator).
The complex is located across the street from Charley Young Beach and Kamaole Beach Park I where visitors can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and other fun in the sun on these beautiful white sand beaches. Beach park facilities include a lifeguard station, bathrooms, outdoor shower facilities, a volleyball area, and some tables. Other excellent beaches are only a short walk or drive away, where guests can also rent gear (snorkel gear, surf boards, paddle boards, etc.) and arrange for lessons to improve their skils.
Guests are supplied with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and some beach toys.
Please note that all guests of Pacific Shores must be registered prior to arrival. Information required for registration will be coordinated in advance of your stay. For your safety, the Pacific Shores complex is monitored by on-site security during specific hours. All guests must comply with Pacific Shores House Rules, intended to ensure the safety, security, and enjoyment of all guests and residents of Pacific Shores. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo, on the lanai, and in resort common areas (except in limited designated, outside smoking areas within the complex).
Guests will be provided with any support needed. Contact information for the owners (or other property manager) will be provided prior to the guest's arrival.
As guests plan their vacation in paradise, they are encouraged to consider purchasing travel insurance addressing potential issues such as trip interruption, loss or damage to personal items, etc. We want all guests to have a pleasurable experience, even if unanticipated issues should occur.

We always stay at Pacific Shores but Jason has been by far the best host we have dealt with. Always quick to respond and very reasonable. My only complaint of the condo would be no boogie boards.Its nice to have some in the room because you never know when the waves will be good. Otherwise the condo was amazing. Thanks Jason

Jason’s property was perfect for our stay. He was communicative and we were able to check-in a little early which was a welcome surprise. The condo is in the perfect location, steps from the beach. We just returned from our stay at Jason's condo. Missing it already! The description and photos are completely accurate. The condo is very clean and completely stocked with everything you will need. They thought of everything! There are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The neighborhood is quite dark at night, with no street lights, but we felt completely safe walking to dinner or shave ice for dessert! The beach is just across the street with a crosswalk right outside the complex. Jason is a great communicator. He reaponds within minutes of texting. Don't hesitate to book this condo. We would love to stay here again.

Exactly as described! Great location with easy access to beaches and local restaurants. The reserved parking spot and elevator were also very helpful. The AC units worked perfectly and we loved that each room was able to be controlled separately. Beds were comfortable and tv’s in each room was a nice addition. Jason was a great host providing laundry and dishwasher detergent and plenty of towels for our stay. I loved that there was hair dryers in each bathroom! Easy check-in and check out.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated condo. The kitchen was well stocked and we especially appreciated the quality set of knives. The layout was very functional and the washer and dryer were key. The bedrooms were good size and the beds very comfortable. The condo was in a great location for shops and restaurants in Kihei. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All in all, the condo worked very well for our family!

This two bed ,two bath , with full A/C Condo is nicely priced in the Kehei area of Maui. The queen sized beds are very comfortable each with three pillows. Master Bath has a shower with vanity and storage, the second bath has a tub/ shower combo with storage. Each bedroom has a chest of drawers.The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking pots and pans plus all the utensils and plates needed for a setting of 8. A plus for us is the dishwasher . Cleaning materials were provided for kitchen and bath along with vacuum for general cleaning . There are two flat screen tv's & a Lanai for 2 and coffee table. The Location is perfect 1 block west to the Charles Young beach, 4-6 blocks North to Restaurants and Surf schools plus Foodland Grocery, 3-5 blocks South ABC Gas/food and more restaurants ALL within walking distance. The owner also provides 4 beach chairs , umbrella, small, cooler, Boogie board,a small boogie board , beach towels & beach mats. Jason ( the owner) is a wonderful host. He cares about you "the renter". I consider this a high point. If you have any needs to be addressed ( cleaning supplies, toiletries, lighting) Jason with have the issue taken care of.
We stayed a month in the unit. The Pacific Shores Complex does have a Pool, Sauna,& 4 outdoor cooking grills along with bathroom facilities. They do have a Quiet time period. All the neighbors were wonderful and friendly. Mahalo to Jason for sharing his home. We are looking forward to 2024 for a return to Maui.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! Everything was immaculate and there were several thoughtful touches that we’ve never had anywhere else. Everything from the high end amenities in the showers to the use of a cooler and beach gear was very appreciated. The owner was so easy to communicate with and answered promptly. We’ve been to Maui several times and this was absolutely the best trip ever! A friend went with us this time so we especially searched for a two bedroom two bath rental, and this lovely condo checked all of our boxes. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay in a great location.

We have just returned from staying in Jason's Pacific Shores condo. We enjoyed our time there and loved the location of this condo unit. The community is well maintained. We used the pool and hot tub every day. The location makes it easy to walk to the many restaurants about a mile away. There are several very nice beach parks across the street or a short walk away. My favorite in the area for our morning walks was Kalama Park across from Starbucks just a little over a mile up the road.
The complex can be noisy some nights but usually not past 10:00 p.m. The condo was very comfortable for a family of 3 or 4 max.
The air conditioning in the bedrooms and family room was a must as we saw many very humid 90+ degree days during our stay. Many thanks to Jason for being so responsive to our various requests and inquiries!
We would definitely recommend staying here to our family and friends.

Let me just begin with, "We LOVE Maui!" My husband and I have been to Maui 5 times and just keep falling more and more in love with this beautiful island.
We stayed here June 1-10, 2021 and had a great time! My husband and I were visiting Maui with friends this time. There were 4 of us in the condo. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, which helped us feel like we had plenty of space. The beds are very comfortable, and there are dressers in the bedrooms with lots of room for your clothes. Everything in the kitchen worked well, was updated and clean. The split AC worked great when we needed to use it.
The condo is very well stocked with anything you would need for your stay, including soap for the dishwasher and the washing machine, which are very handy to have right in the room. There are beach towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs, as well as a cooler and ice packs available for you to use! The location was fantastic, in the heart of Kihei. Many things are within walking distance, as well as access to so many beautiful beaches within a short drive.
Jason was extremely accomidating, and very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. I would recommend staying here to anyone!
