This was the perfect home to host me and several friends as we celebrated my 40th birthday. Great walking proximity and amenities as we lounged mostly by the beach. There were five in our group, two couples and one single so this three bedroom home was perfect for us. The location was excellent.. very easy to get to, and close to downtown Lahaina and our churches (Catholic and Methodist.) For families with children, they have lots of toys, and games for children of ALL ages. They also have lots of water sports equipment: boogie boards, surfboard, snorkel gear, etc. The large capacity washer was a real help. The owners contacted us daily to see if they could help with anything. The home had everything we needed, and we highly recommend it.

The interior space was exactly as advertised. The owners provided eveything to make our stay easy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, easily one of the best we have stayed in. Beach chairs, towels and unbrellas were handy as well as some snorkel gear to use. The hot tub was private and a new outdoor shower was beautiful. The negatives were that there was more noise than anticipated making sitting outside on the porch difficult at times. Since the road was busy at times we did not consider it easily walkable, however it is a quick ride to town which had ample parking. The owners were readily available, knowledgeable and helpful.

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom house within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown Lahaina. It also has views of both the ocean and the mountains. My nephew was able to make the trip at the last minute and the owners supplied us with an airbed for him to sleep on! The house is clean, well supplied, close to downtown and has close easy access to the highway.
You don't have to pack so much stuff since there is a washer and dryer on the premises. There is also a hot tub (unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to use). The Foodland market is a short walk or drive away as well.
Wonderful place. I highly recommend this place. The owner Kevin responds to texts quickly as well.

Exceeded expectations and great location walkable to downtown Lahaina near shops, restaurants and harbor. Parking provided enough for two vehicles in a car port, stairs lead up to the front door of the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms home. Another bathroom near the laundry room which is accessible in the carport area is also available but would require the guest to go outside and down the stairs to use. Grill/grilling accessories and snorkel gear and body boards are available for use which provided a nice amenity. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Kevin and Kelly are outstanding hosts and thought of everything to make our stay great including beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel equipment, a well-appointed kitchen, a jacuzzi, a modern washer and dryer, guide books, and more. Kevin was unobtrusively at his home on the same property - accessible to answer questions and provide advice about everything including getting around the island (particularly the road to Hana) with warmth and hospitality.

House was fantastic! Great hosts, comfy beds, plush towels. They had all the little extras covered for us (beach chairs, coolers, laundry, A/C). Walking distance to shopping and dining. Neighborhood roosters provided amusement and ambiance. Loved having a place to ourselves while in Maui.

Loved the property and locations of this rental. The landlords are located on the same property and were extremely helpful with food/tour/local outings. They were also very welcoming, available as needed and respectful of our privacy. The house is very comfortable with everything we needed. Loved that we could sit outside on the veranda and enjoy the view. Would definitely stay here again.

First of all, Kevin is a great property manager. He worked with us as we initially had to reschedule our trip and went beyond his commitments to us. We eventually made it to Maui and had an excellent time. He answered questions we had and provided recommendations when we asked. The location of this property is excellent if you are interested in exploring the island and especially Lahaina. The house is comfortable and well stocked with essentials.

We enjoyed this home so much. From the moment we booked this spot, Kevin was readily available to assist with anything we needed. I asked him via text a question about a few things prior to our trip and he took the time to call and give me the full run down as well as offer the most amazing recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The thoughtfulness showed from the beginning and was extended to the moment we landed and upon leaving as well. Asking us when we would be landing and around what time we would be arriving to make check in extremely easy and comfortable. They had welcome chocolates as well as a very sweet note in the home. It was very spacious and has everything we needed for our trip. Most of the mornings were spent on the balcony or in the grassy area they had and it was so relaxing and peaceful. Truly appreciate the time they have put in to make this a very relaxing spot to come “home” to after a day of being out. Great location, close to Front street and grocery stores as well as different beach spots. Would definitely be staying here again if we plan another trip to Maui.

I can't say enough great things about our stay. Communication was great, from the intitial inquiries, pre-travel, and especially during the stay. When we needed something, responses were amazingly quick and helpful. Kevin and Kelly really take their role as VRBO hosts seriously. The photos of the place look too good to be true, but it's even better. And being a 15 minute walk to Front Street Lahaina was so much better than trying to find parking there. It was our first trip to Hawaii, and it was amazing. Certainly want to go back again!

We had three generations staying in Lahaina for a week, and this house was a perfect launchpad for our activities & a relaxing spot to recharge.
We loved the selection of beach gear available for our use (boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, all-terrain wagon) and the deck/lanai area with sunset views. The house was clean and A/C worked well. The location was convenient to pop into downtown Lahaina, and grocery shopping was very convenient as well. My kids loved the hot tub, the dart board in the garage and the basketball hoop.
Communication with the owners was smooth & friendly. Thanks for having us!

We spent 22 nights at this property and I can not think of anything else we could have possibly wanted or needed. Kevin and Kelly were so helpful with anything we needed. One of our favorite parts of the property was the nice area outside where the basketball hoop is we enjoyed grilling and cocktails and the kids enjoyed playing, running around and looking at the gecko’s. We also enjoyed the car port this is the first time we have had this in Hawaii and you don’t realize how nice it is to keep your car nice and cool in the shade. We had a wonderful time in Lahaina and can’t wait to visit again!

This home is beyond beautiful! It is spacious, well kept and has many amenities. Was a little tricky to find the first day, but once you do - easy! Has covered parking which is so nice during the warm days. Air conditioning in each room! The beds were super comfy too! Fully appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need. A cute lanai with comfy couch to watch the sunrise and set. Big jacuzzi in an adorable courtyard. Kevin and Kelly were so communicative both before and during our stay. They had great suggestions to our inquiries and it was comforting to know they were here if we needed anything. If I could give them 100 stars I would!

My family of 6 had the most perfect stay at this lovely home. The location was good. Not right downtown on the beach and not far away. We didn’t walk into town … was a little too far for my crew in the heat. A 2 min drive was perfect though. The home is super comfortable! The beds and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We all slept very well. We all loved the hot tub! It was a real treat. The kitchen is very well-appointed. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner twice and didn’t want for anything. We loved the dart board and all the beach chairs and umbrella. The owners are so helpful, too! They were super responsive both before and during our stay. They answered questions, made numerous recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and helped when I had a question about the A.C. They were just awesome!
When we visit Maui again in the future this will be the absolute first place I will look to stay. All six of us highly recommend this home.

This property was incredible, from the location, to the cleanliness, to the amenities, it had everything. The hosts were extremely nice, even reaching out at times to double check that everything was going well (which it was). The rooms were extremely nice (the master bathroom has one of the coolest showers I've seen!), and the beds were very comfortable. My entire group thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and we would all highly recommend this place to any groups traveling to Lahaina.

Spacious, clean, very well equipped. Includes all you might need including beach umbrella and chairs. Full size washer and dryer is perfect. Nice wide parking and a hot tub for private use.
Smart TVs with Roku and all the apps (didn’t spend time on tv though).
Location is a dream - 10 min stroll to Lahaina’s front street where waterfront dining was available every night. Safeway nearby.
Communication perfect.
Only one thing to note - in master there is a hanging closet but no dresser/ drawers. There are hangers.
The other two rooms do have lots of drawer space though.

My husband and I travelled to Hawaii with family to get married in Maui. Kevin, the owner, made us feel so welcome! He answered all of my text messages on the first day without any delay and helped me figure out what to get at the grocery store. He gave us some local fruit from his yard and even left a bottle of champagne and some local chocolates as a wedding gift for us!
The house was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. You can walk about 10 mins and be right on Front Street where you’ll find restaurants and small shops. We were close to everything in Lahaina.
This is a great place outside of the resort areas and Kevin and Kelly really provide everything you need.

There is so much to write but I will try and keep it easy reading. Words can not express how compassionate and inviting Kevin and Kelly are as hosts. From the very first email communication, I felt that Kevin and Kelly were long lost friends. They made booking a breeze and answered ALL of my many questions. 5 Star recommendations to food, golf, attractions and more. I was BLOWN away by the detailed information I was provided. The house is gorgeous. Spectacular views, beautiful landscaping, open and airy concept. What more would you want in Hawaii.. but there's more.. a hot tub to come home to and relax in after a long day of adventuring! I can not say enough about this property and the owners. Beautiful home - very clean and conveniently located especially if you are looking for a place to be able to walk 6 blocks to the cute downtown area of Lahaina. The pictures don’t do justice for the ocean views on the porch and dining room - We definitely utilized the porch to do some whale watching. The beds were comfortable (I'm pretty picky) and the jacuzzi in the backyard was amazing to come home to after long hikes around the island. The host, Kevin, was super hospitable and added little touches to personalize my stay for my 30th birthday. Kevin was responsive and helpful in providing tips on what to do in the area as well as accommodating in providing beach chairs, ice chest and cornhole etc. Highly recommend!!

Kevin & Kelly’s house was excellent. From a seamless check in process to a clean spacious house located minutes from the best parts of Maui, everything was great! Their first class communication throughout the trip made us feel like family. There were many thoughtful touches in the house and the property itself was beautiful. The highlight was definitely the location. You are minutes from Front Street and all of Maui’s best areas. Going to and from excursions was an absolute breeze. We wanted to be close to town, dining, etc and not on a resort. This house’s location was great for going to town, golf, and out toward the resorts as needed. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. We highly recommend this property.

Our family of six met up in Hawaii to celebrate some milestone birthdays and had a fabulous time. The house is clean, comfortable and bright and there was plenty of room for all of us.
