Excellent location in Kihei, the place was super clean (I'm picky). Katarina was very attentive, would answer messages quickly and even checked in on us to see how we were doing! I would highly recommend this condo and you will thoroughly enjoy your time in Maui, like us.

Lived up to our expectations for a great vrbo stay. Very close to multiple beaches and a wide variety of restaurants and food trucks. The Maui parkshore community is very clean with a very good swimming pool. The unit is clean and remodeled but could use new cooking utensils and mattresses. The host was very responsive and took care of anything issues however small. The window ac units made the evenings comfortable for us. They're loud but no different than other window units. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again in future. I recommend getting a small to mid sized car because the parking spots are a bit smaller and it's easy to get boxed by adjacent vehicles.

Overall our stay was good and the property was fine. The manager was great and responded quickly to our requests/concerns.
The overall appearance of this property on the VRBO site made it looked more updated than we found it. Small things like the quality of towels and linens are details that could be improved.
The outdoor area furniture is more worn out than it appeared in the photos etc.

Wonderful property in a great location! The condo had a all we needed, including beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Little shops and restaurants around were great places to visit. Communication with property manager was quick and easy. Thank you for a beautiful and comfortable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Katarina’s condo in Kihei. Fantastic location with an ocean view and a short walk to Kam III and the little shops. The unit was as described - very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. We particularly appreciated all the beach gear! The complex itself was also well taken care of and the pool was another great option. Katarina was responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

We loved the lanai, the way it completely opens up makes it feel like the entire kitchen extends onto the lanai, which is wonderful and let’s in lots of nice fresh ocean air. We enjoyed several sunsets from the lanai. Appliances all pretty new and in good condition, we got good use out of the blender :) Dishwasher could use maintenance and knives very dull. Very nice selection of pots and pans. We really appreciated the large selection of beach supplies including snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a soft sided cooler. The beds were comfortable and both rooms had air conditioning although we didn’t use it. The bathrooms were clean and nice but the shower nozzle was mounted at stomach height in both showers which we found very odd. Complex itself was excellent, we took advantage of the grilling area and the grills are very well maintained and clean, very high quality grills. The pool was incredibly clean with no excessive chemical use/smell, also perfect temperature. We really enjoyed lounging in the pool when not across the street at Kam3. Bakery down the road (Maui Bread Co) was a favorite, we went there 3 times =)

Everything was exactly how it was listed. The check in process was simple, everything was clean and in great shape. The location could not be beat for walking to the beach or restaurants, and the parking spot was really helpful for day trips. Amazing first trip to Maui, will definitely go back and stay there again!

We had a wonderful time staying here. We wish it was for longer than a week. Check in/out was seamless and simple. The view from the Lanai was awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed and Katarina was awesome to work with. We would love to make a return trip next year.

The location of Maui Parkshore is ideal! Right across the street from Kam III, close to restaurants and shopping. The unit is nicely updated and very well outfitted. Communication with the owners has been very smooth and responsive. We could not have been happier with our week in paradise!

It was wonderful and the location was across the most beautiful beach. The only complain was the beds were too firm, maybe put a topper on top. The orange sofa was also too firm and so uncomfortable sitting. Had to fight my son to sit on the other sofa. Otherwise our stay was awesome!

My daughter and I stayed at this property for a week and it was absolutely fantastic. The condo was immaculate and the property was very well maintained. The location couldn't be better. KAM3 beach is directly across the street and it's a very short walk to great restaurants and other beaches. We'll definitely be returning.

Our family enjoyed this property very much and highly recommend it. The property is located across the street from a great beach and in a better climate zone than areas further north. The unit is modern with all that you need, including beach accessories. It has a fantastic deck with a view of the pool and ocean. Parking is steps away and the host is very prompt in assisting where necessary. A few restaurants and shops are 5 minutes away by foot, with a bigger "downtown" area only 5 minutes away by car.

Hands down the best host we have ever had for a vacation. Super accommodating and answered any questions we had very quickly. We had a great time at our condo in Kihei! This oceanfront property is walking distance to great shops and food and is perfectly centrally located in the island for access to Lahaina, Makena, and the upcountry. The owner is hospitable and paid very close attention to the detail when renovating this condo. Comfortable bedding and all the kitchen amenities needed for making food all week. Mahalo!!

My wife and I stayed in this condo with our adult daughter.
The building itself seems a bit dated but is well maintained. But the condo itself has been updated with a great kitchen, great master bathroom, and we loved the outdoor area. It faces the beach and has a really nice view.
Katarina responded very prompty to our questions and needs, and the onsite property manager was also extremely helpful. At one point our car's battery died and he was able to supply us with jumper cables.
The pool is really nice - 40' long and perfect temp. The location is also great - right across from a very nice beach.
Only a couple of items to note -
the AC unit in the bedroom is a bit too loud to keep on while sleeping. We opted to blast it prior to bed, then shut it down. We could not get it to stay on a low fan setting.
You need to supply your own TP if you're staying for more than a couple of days. It's not included.
Overall, this was a great deal and we loved our stay and highly recommend staying with this host.

Lovely VRBO unit that with modern kitchen and bathroom and an amazing patio with view of the ocean. Host Katarina is super responsive to inquiries. Complex is across the street from Kam III beach park with access to the ocean. The washer and dryer in the unit was perfect for us with many beach and hike days. Truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit.

We had a wonderful stay in Katarina’s condo. Communication was excellent prior and during our stay. King bed was comfortable, a variety of kitchen utensils. Our girls ages 14 and 17 enjoyed having their own room and bathroom. Wonderful indoor/outdoor living space and nice location to south beaches and to town. Over-all we highly enjoyed our stay . We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo has all of the amenities that you would need. We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. The view from the lanai was great. We enjoyed our coffee every morning while looking at the ocean. You are directly across the street from Kamaole 3 beach which was great and had lifeguards. We also enjoyed the complex's pool when the surf was too rough at the beach. We have high standards when we rent through VRBO and would book this place again in a heartbeat for our next stay. The owner was quick responding to inquiries prior to our stay and checked in with us once we arrived. There are shops and dining within walking distance.
The AC units in the bedrooms worked great, and we appreciated sleeping in a cool room. We never felt the condo was too warm even without AC in the living areas. With the doors open to the lanai and the entrance door open (there is a lockable screen door) there was often a nice cross breeze.
There is everything you need for the beach as well including boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. The bathrooms were nicely done, and the master shower had amazing shower pressure.

Can not say enough great things about this condo. The location is amazing, right across from the beach and a great park. Close to stores and restaurants. Condo has everything you need, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and more. Property is kept clean with a nice pool for relaxing. AC units in both bedrooms for comfort. Owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back.

This property was an amazing place to stay. The bedrooms are cute and cozy, and the kitchen / living space is a great open floor plan. You can see the ocean from the lanai. We enjoyed many breakfasts out there just taking in the views. I highly recommend this condo. Katarina was exceptionally hospitable and easy to get in touch with. I wish our trip would have lasted longer! This condo is close to all the action of Kihei and just a short drive away from Wailea. I will definitely check to see if this place is available for my next trip back to the island. Mahalo!
