Eve & Scott-Your condo has everything that is needed for a stay in Maui. It was just as described online. Beach supplies were used daily. Only thing I would add is more forks and salt & pepper LoL! Oh, and the TV was really confusing. Otherwise, it is the perfect location and view from the lanai is beautiful. The check in process was seamless. When we can come back, we will be booking your condo again.

Our stay was everything we wanted and more. The views were even more spectacular than the pictures depicted. Everything we needed was included in the condo. We spent a lot of time at the beach so the umbrella and chairs were a nice bonus. We loved that restaurants and shopping were close by. It was also not much of a drive to see everything else on the island. The bed in the main bedroom was extra comfy. Our only suggestion is to make sure the cleaning service is throughly cleaning the floors. They didn’t look swept or mopped. We swept when we got there. Other than that everything was perfect and we will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home in paradise. Mahalo!! 🏖️❤️

We very much enjoyed our stay at Scott and Eve’s place. The location was perfect and the property was well maintained. We enjoyed many sunsets and sunrises on the Lanai, some of our favorite moments. The bed was super comfortable and the view while laying in bed was gorgeous. Thank you for opening your home to us for our honeymoon. We would definitely book again!!

Pro's: Condo was clean and very compfy! Bed was very comfortable, owners were extremely easy to comunicate with, and VERY professional! Property was beautiful, quiet at night, right on the ocean! Brand new coffee maker, beautiful new huge TV in bedroom! ;) great grills to cook out with, pool was perfect! Hot tub was great to relax and uncoil in!
Cons: condo was a bit smaller than pictures, kitchen was a bit small but everything we needed, could use some new pans (not a deal breaker....lol) not the owners fault, but washers and dryers were on 1st, 3rd and 5th floors, not in individual condos.

Beautiful and spacious 1 bedroom condo equipped with everything needed to make it home for the week. We were able to cook using the kitchen gadgets and used the provided beach chairs & boogie boards for our outings. Not to mention the AMAZING ocean front views, pool/hot tub, tennis courts and beach walk out. Also a great location to drive out to grocery stores and Maui’s main attractions (beaches, Hana, airport etc), very central. Would recommend this stay to anyone!

Great location, great views, would definitely stay here again! We saw whales from the lanai and the pool was great. Beach is just a very short walk across the green space. Outstanding stay at your condo, thank you!

This was our third stay in this condo, and it did not disappoint. The unit itself has everything needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable trip - from beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler and more. We love the comfortable chairs on the lanai to watch for whales. Also love the fridge with water and ice dispenser (including crushed ice).
Love the location, views and amenities at this complex. Saw so many whales!

The condo is located in a great location. It is a bit north of the main beaches, but located on a lare grassy area with large beach. This area has hotels on the beach side rather than across the road. Condo is perfect for 2 and comes with chairs and boogie boards. The Lanai view is better than their pics. Restaurants and grocery stores are a few minutes away. The beach is great for wading swimming and sunning, and an easy drive to more famous south Maui beaches.

Such a great location, close to town, quick drives to basically anywhere on the island. Someone in our group saw sea turtles on the beach one day! I can’t imagine how amazing the whale views would be during the season!
The pool and hot tub were great amenities while having a toddler with us!
Eve and Scott were great at communicating everything! We would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here for a week, and definitely plan to return! Eve and Scott were excellent hosts — communicative, polite, and easy to get in touch with. The condo is clean, well-maintained, and in a peaceful location. It’s a quick drive away from bars and restaurants, but the property itself and the beach it’s on are quieter. The view from the lanai can’t be beat! Other vacationers, as well as full-time residents, around the condo complex were polite and respectful as well. Highly recommend this stay!

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was very clean and well kept. The owners were responsive and kind. Sitting out on the patio watching the waves roll in was so relaxing. There were laundry facilities on the same floor which made it nice. The only issue we came across was that the beach chairs were broken but that wasn’t a big deal in that we rented beach chairs for the week. The umbrella was nice to have on the beach. We can not wait to come back to Maui and stay in this condo again!

We only were able to spend a night here but it was very nice. Nice quiet area but close to all the necessities. The condo was nice and clean, easy check in with good instructions. We had all we needed and when we return to Maui will seek this place out to stay again.

We are returning guests to Eve and Scott’s beautiful condo and enjoyed all the comforts this unit has to offer. Morning coffee on the lanai looking at the whales was a highlight. The kitchen has been renovated since our last stay in 2019 and it has everything you need including fridge with crushed ice and water dispenser. Kids enjoyed using the boogie boards at the local beaches. This unit has everything needed to enjoy all Maui has to offer. Clean and comfortable, and waking up to the birds and ocean views. We definitely plan on returning. Mahalo!

We enjoyed our week in Eve and Scott's condo! The location is very convenient for travelling around the island, and the ocean view from the condo is wonderful. I loved being able to open the curtains and see the ocean from the bed in the morning! The property has a pool, hot tub, and large, beautiful lawn leading out to the beach - great for watching sunsets and recovering after a busy day. It was also nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella, and we used them several times throughout the week. The condo itself worked well for what we needed. We had a couple of issues, but Eve was very responsive to our messages and worked to get things fixed as quickly as possible. The bed frame was broken, but they had someone come in to prop it up and let us know that they've ordered a new bed frame. The description mentions a memory foam bed, but it's just a mattress - not memory foam. It feels a bit worn, but we slept well once the bed frame was fixed. We had an issue with the cleaning crew arriving late (family emergency or something), but Eve and Scott generously refunded our cleaning fee to make up for the inconvenience. There are a few areas of the condo that could use a deep cleaning though (e.g. the shower floor).

This was a great location:right on the ocean and really close to the areas we wanted to go. We got to see turtles coming up from the ocean every night right outside the condo. Eve and Scott were really great to work with throughout our booking process and during our stay. Additionally the condo was a great size for two people and met all our needs. The only compliant I have is that the condo wasn’t really clean when we got there(floors looked like they hadn’t been swept and there was pink mold in the shower). I’m not sure if this is because the unit wasn’t occupied for a while or not. The master bed may need upgrading too as it seemed to cave in the middle. We ended up staying on the pull out couch bed which was plenty comfortable.

Eve is an outstanding owner. Very responsive and nice. Property is maintained beautifully. Easy access to Kihei. Quiet except for a few individuals that like to blare their music at the pool. Only issue was the bed feels worn out and sags. It has a nice soft mattress pad. Nice little condo and would stay here again. Thank you Eve & Scott. 🍍🏖👍🌺🌴

Nice quiet property with beautiful views of the water as well as the mountains…and the beach out the back of the property , just wow! Eve was quick to respond with any questions and their place was perfect for a getaway with my 2 grown sons. This was their first Maui experience so location was great for all they wanted to make sure and see! I would definitely stay here again!! Maui’s been nothing but breathtaking around every turn and to have a cozy place to unwind at the end of the day was icing on the cake😍
