This Condo is all-in the best view, amenities, location, and furnishings. Wide open lanai with beautiful sunset views. walk out to the beach and snorkel with the turtles! gated parking, and the grounds were beautiful.
The kitchen was fully stocked, with more than I have ever seen before. Absolute favorite and planning to visit soon.

We are a family of 4. Two sons 18&20. I cannot say enough about how perfect this condo is. Cindy is the owner and communicated immediately with any questions we had. There is construction at the pool in the front of the building. We were well warmed about this. Here’s the deal. The construction is only loud from time to time when there is drilling. Otherwise you don’t hear much. When you sit in the balcony or are in the living room you really don’t hear it. The balcony was out home as it is the most spectacular view you could dream of. The condo has everything you could possibly need and great quality kitchenware. She has literally thought of everything!! And!!! The cleanest place ,super organized and comfortable. The location is perfect as well. It’s the higher end of the island where the more expensive resorts and golf courses are. A lot of golf was done ate wailai gold and emerald courses.
You can also snorkel right behind the condo and swim amongst the turtles. Morning best. Gets rough later.

From the condo with the most amazing view, to the hosts, to the beach next to the condo…everything was fabulous! Cindy and Nathan, you thought of everything! This is the perfect place for a family to stay, and you were incredibly responsive when we had questions or needed help. The condo was spotless, and had beach towels, a beach blanket, beach chairs, tennis rackets, coolers, ice packs, a washer and dryer, pots and pans, many cooking appliances, spices and olive oil, and much much more! We stopped at Costco on our way from the airport so we could stock the refrigerator. We ate many meals at the condo. The art around the condo is beautiful! The grounds of Makena Surf are beautiful! We spent a lot of time body surfing at the beach next to the condo, and swimming in the beautiful pool. The lanai has a bbq, clothing drying racks, a table and chairs, and lounge chairs. We loved sitting out there to watch the sunset, daily snorkeling tours, and the the ocean. We took so many pictures and videos! The beach was never crowded and has some shady areas. I can’t say enough about this experience! Thanks again for making our trip to Maui spectacular!

The view from this property is probably one of the best views you could ever expect to get - panoramic ocean view, with beaches, one of Maui’s volcanoes, and three or four other islands right there in front of you. The condo itself is lovely, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, kind, and generous. We were more than happy with our stay here, thank you!

Had a fantastic stay at this well equipped oceanfront condo. Amazing panoramic ocean views from the oversized terrace steps from the surf. Check in and communication were a breeze and the grounds were spectacular. Quick 1 minute walk to what we determined to be the best beach and snorkeling on the island, we saw turtles everyday! Short drive to great restaurants, no complaints!

Makena Surf, located right on the Pacific, is the best place on Maui. And F307 is one of the very best condos at Makena.
Right on the lanai you see it all.- rolling waves, breaching whales, boogie boarders, and beautiful sunsets.
The condo has been thoughtfully redesigned with an opening through to the bedroom for the true ocean experience.
Don’t hesitate to book it. You will never want to go home. This is paradise.

Wide expansive view of the ocean. Beautiful condo, with easy access to 2 swimming pools and of course the ocean. Kitchen is exceptionally well supplied and had top grade appliances. This was our family's first time renting a property in Maui instead of staying at a resort and it was wonderful. The rave reviews are completely deserved; the attention to detail including a well- stocked kitchen, overall cleanliness, beach towels, chairs, and blankets was impressive and appreciated. The extra touches which included a welcome basket with local coffee and treats, a binder with detailed instructions about how to use the awesome sound system, TVs, and the owners checking in to make sure we didn't need anything made us feel like we had the best of both worlds- the hospitality of a resort and the space and privacy of a home. Also, the pictures do not lie; the view and the indoor/outdoor space is amazing. We saw so many whales from the balcony. Finally, the condo is very convenient to both the pool and private beach. We look forward to booking another visit soon!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here while celebrating our 30th anniversary with my sister and her husband. Cindy and Nathan were perfect hosts and made the stay special from the moment we stepped into their condo. The views are amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the lanai with our coffee in the morning and then marveling at the colors of the sunset in the evening. The location is convenient to both the beach and the pool. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen with pantry staples and cooking equipment. Definitely would book again!

Cindy and Nathan understand hospitality. We often stay at hotels for the service. When we have used vacation rentals, we have always missed that hospitality touch. This time, we didn't miss a thing. Cindy and Nathan thought of all the little touches that makes being on vacation, a vacation. Any small item that could be desired was provided. Cindy and Nathan were always responsive to messages, and the care for the property shows their dedication to fine living.
One other note: The location absolutely can't be beat. It is the best location on the property, in a quiet part of the island. With fine restaurants within minutes of the property. Anyone staying here will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful 8 night trip at Makena Sands. The condo is very well represented by the pictures and very well appointed. Cindy and Nathan were fantastic to work with. They were extremely responsive to questions, made great recommendations and bottom line extremely nice people.
The condo is very well positioned in the middle of the complex, I belive closest to the pool, but we never heard any pool noise. We had a great view of the point at Turtle Bay, could watch turtles from the deck and had a great view of the larger bay and beach.
If you do want to get a work out in there is a workout room with a Precor FTS Glide cable machine, dumbells that go up to 50 or 55, treadmill, eplipitcal.
Have stayed at Kea Lani and Fairmont before and really prefer this over the resorts as it is much more quite better views and if you want to grab food at a retaurant it is a 1 minute drive although in my mind Monkeypod Kitchen ( recommended by Cindy ) is the place to beat. Casual dinning but they literally make everything from scratch, even the ketchup.
Finally, in addition to the condo being immaculate, so were the entire condo grounds. We were really surprised how much work the condo grounds crews put in every day. They were always doing preventative maintenance or trimming things, but always mindful of the condo guests.
Cindy and Nathan's condo will definitely be our go to condo for Maui.

I don't know that you could ask for anything better. The property is lovely. Amazing location right on the beach and the amenities at the property are wonderful too (pool, etc). The snorkeling right outside is the best in Maui. They actually bring boats of people to snorkel here because it's so amazing. We snorkeled with tons of turtles for hours every morning. I'm a scuba diver so I usually don't like to snorkel but this was amazing! The only critiques is that the twin beds in the guest room (can be pushed together for king) are very soft. The king in the master was super comfortable though. We would love to come back. This place was wonderful for our trip.

If you're shopping this price point for your stay, save yourself some time, and book F307 at Makena Surf. The lanai is the most serene, peaceful, beautiful place we've found after many vacations to Hawaii. The unit is in great condition and clean. High-end appliances make cooking a treat. A Sonos sound system allows you to stream your favorite tunes while ceiling fans and air conditioning work well to keep the condo comfortable.
The beach is a two-minute walk, and the owners are kind enough to provide chairs, an umbrella and beach towels.
We were very impressed with Cindy's responsiveness and knowledge of Maui's dining scene. Each recommendation she made was excellent!
We didn't use the pool or tennis courts, but they appeared to be in great condition, and the grounds staff did a fantastic job keeping the property looking beautiful.
The highlight was the ability to don flippers, masks and snorkels at the beach (Snorkel Bob's rents them for about $60/week per set) and within minutes be amongst the sea turtles of Turtle Town. I can't say enough great things about the experience we had here!

Our family had one of the trips of our lifetime and staying at Cindy and Nathan's home helped make that happen. If you want the perfect Maui property with the perfect hosts stay here. Imagine yourself sipping coffee on the lanai each morning, sipping a cocktail each evening during sunset and swimming with turtles in Turtle Town everyday. Great property with an incredible host. Cindy was wonderful from start to finish. The lanai is hard to leave and the beach on property has everything you need: great snorkeling, turtles, and waves in the afternoon. Condo was well appointed with all of the accessories you’ll need for your trip. Everything from the beds to the kitchen to the showers are top of the line and the property grounds are beautiful as well. We stayed with our two children 8 & 10 and they had a great time. We would highly recommend the condo and hope to stay again sometime in the future!

We’ve been renting condos in south Maui for 15 years, and this was our favorite experience. The views from this property are always fantastic, the beach is uncrowded, and turtles are plentiful.

The photo of this property’s lanai view captured us immediately when searching online.. Actually being on that very Lanai was simply paradise. The only negative is that once you are on that lanai, you are going to have a hard time leaving to do all the wonderful things on the Island. Pool/hot tub are right out your back steps, while both an expansive and side beach right out the front with direct access to sea turtles, body surfing, kayaking and my personal fav, doing absolutely nothing. The condo is gorgeous and well stocked and the owners (Cindy and Nathan) are the best. Incredibly responsive and such wonderful advice. Cindy could give any concierge a run for their money. This is just an amazing place to stay. The finishes in the unit are incredible (from the thoughtfulness around the lighting, to the fully slidable patio doors). The views are beyond amazing, and the unit has everything you could possibly want. In addition, we love the location; it is close enough to visit the great hotels for dinners, but it really still feels like its own oasis with Makena Beach right out your door. We had great communication throughout, and the stay was exceptional.

We go to Hawaii or Maui once or twice each year. This is now one of our favorite Maui places to stay. Great location. We like that it is quieter than staying in the units near Kaanapali. You can walk to the Wailea Beach Path (or park at Polo Beach and start there). This location is also close to Makena Beach, with is worth visiting. The unit is nice, with large deck overlooking a sunset ocean view. There is a barbeque on your deck that you can use. One nice plus if you have two couples, the second bathroom has direct access from both the hallway and the second bathroom, so the second couple has privacy. The owner had the unit stocked with paper towels, coffee filters, and lots of extras that we often have had to buy in other condo rentals. Unfortunately we stayed during crazy rainstorm for a couple of days, but the condo was great. They also had beach chairs and a beach umbrella available for use, which was nice since you can just carry them to the connected Po'olenalena Beach. The owner was very friendly and responsive and we will likely stay here again. Thanks!

Don’t think we could have selected a better location or condo for our family’s first trip to Maui. From the thoughtful welcome basket of local goodies and beach gear available for our use, we felt right at home at this Hawaiian oasis. The pool, beach, snorkeling, and lush gardens were only steps out our door while amazing restaurants and shopping were close by. Our spectacular, panoramic view from the balcony and top notch kitchen made it hard to consider dining out. It felt like we were on the top deck of private cruise ship in the evenings with the fresh ocean air and sound of the waves.

I have been to Maui many times. We stayed from 12/22/2018 to 01/01/2019 This was my first time staying here and I will be back. The pictures do not do this place justice. The view is simply stunning from the moment you walk in the door. The beach -just steps away is rated as one of the top in Maui- the sand is perfect and sea turtles and sea life are abundant. No need to pay for an excursion of snorkeling- I've done that! It's all good right outside your door. Indoor outdoor living if you leave the back doors open as we did. The kitchen has everything you need. Perfect storage. They supply boogie boards, chairs and a cooler too. I'd like to say the management was helpful, but I didn't have to call for anything. Owners were welcoming and responsive on the onset! Bring your "can't live without spices" -good choice of wines at market. Very private unit, no noise-simply paradise!
