The property precisely suited our needs and provided us with a truly great vacation. The location, size and amenities of the house were great. Everyone availed themselves of the amenities and no one was bored. There were plenty of household appliances. Floor cleaning was less than expected and can better. Presence of numerous insects in lower level bedroom was a problem and should be addressed. Overall, we all agreed that this was our best vacation and the house was perfect for our group.

Our family of 10 grandparents parents snd 4 children spent 10 days in beautiful Maui. We all live in different cities so this was our chance to be together as an extended family. Lovely property in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to use Uber if you don’t have a car from here. The house is immaculate; the pool is serviced a few times per week.
We were 10 people staying in this house…. Plenty of places to be when you need quiet time! Our 4 grandkids had a ball! There is a game room with Fooseball and Ping Pong table.
The only negatives were the main fridge ( froze some of our food) and the main dryer in the house. It took a long time to dry heavier things.
We would definitely stay here again!

Our party of 12 (8 adults, 3 kids and 1 baby) stayed here the beginning of June and had the most wonderful time. We all agree that the photos and listing don't do it justice for how spacious and awesome the floor plan is. The house has pretty much everything you could possibly need for a week in hawaii, including everything you need for the beach. The property is absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Management gave a thorough tour upon arrival which I wouldn't have thought was necessary but turned out to be very helpful and informative. They responded extremely quickly with any questions and were eager to help. We had the best time here and will definitely come back next time were in Maui!

The Dream House was just that … the perfect place to bring our family together in the warm and inviting house. There was every convenience, well thought out items to make our stay the best possible - from beach towels and beach chairs to hair dryers in every bathroom. Large seating areas inside and out that were conducive to deep discussions and making lasting memories. We couldn't ask for anything more!

The property was good, but the pictures were deceiving. The managers of the property were outstanding. If we had an issue, I emailed them and they took care of it. The only problem we had was there were cockroaches on the bottom floor. which we were told after we left the house was fumigated due to the cockroach problems. Understanding was because there were three weeks of rain prior to our coming there the island itself had problems with cockroaches.

This is a great property and I would recommend it to anyone. A few comments. Some of the pictures show an elevator. There was one once but it has been removed. If anyone in your party can not walk up stairs, this is not the house for you. All the living is done on the second floor. The pool sidewalls need cleaning. All in all the pool needs a makeover. I’m told there is going to be some renovations after we checkout. One of the sinks downstairs drains very slowly. Well appointed kitchen. A great house.

This place was excellent!! There are three master bedrooms. One of the master bedrooms has two beds though so it would be shared most likely if your group needs to use all beds. We had 16 people in our group. All adults over 18. We had three vehicles and so much room. The host was excellent to work with and so helpful! A big plus to this house is that each room has it's own mini split (AC system) without any temperature restrictions so everyone can set it as warm or as cold as they'd like. A lot of rental houses put temperature restrictions so you can't be as comfortable as you'd prefer. No restrictions here! Also, with the many bathrooms we had multiple showers going at the same time and never had any water heating issues. We always had enough warm water for everyone. They had beach towels and beach chairs and boogie boards as well as kid strollers and floaties and life jackets to use as well as coolers. The location is great as well. The house is gated so it feels secure even with parking your vehicles. It's close to beaches and several stores and golf courses are right close by. There is also a park with pickleball courts and a tennis court which was just a 2 minute drive. While we were there we literally saw whales from the Lanai of the house. Such awesome views right from the back yard! This place was great! I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The house is in a great location, and it has terrific views of the ocean. The landscape guy was rich in knowledge and very pleasant to chat with.
1.) Things to be aware of Pool hours extend beyond the township quiet hours (8 pm-8 am), and the hot tub will not work outside of hours. Also, the house has a camera on the pool.
2.) The house needs a deep clean the floors around the toilets and beds were filthy.
3.) Walking to the beach with little kids is difficult but possible.

House was perfect for our family of 13 which included 9 adults, a teen, two 5 year olds and 7 year old. Pool was a huge hit.
Location was great with exception of road to beaches. They are very narrow and we didn’t feel it was safe for our littles so we ended up driving to the beaches. Beaches were very close and nice.

We had a wonderful stay with our large family group. Everyone was easily accommodated, it’s close to all amenities and in a quiet area. It’s perfect to come home to after a day of outings or relaxing at the property by the pool.

Location and the house was perfect. I wish I could stay there forever.
1. Walking distance to Napili Market. Poke from Napili Market was very delicious. Other restaurants in the mall are great too.
2. Property manager was very helpful.
3. Welcome gifts of Honolulu Cookies and Maui coffee was very nice. Coffee filters and ground coffee are provided. House also has tons of coffee machine, air fryer, rice cooker, blender.
4. One of the bedroom had 2 double (queen beds)
5. Tons of bathrooms. For a big party, this was great.
6. Upstairs has two bedroom,s 2 bath, full kitchen
Downstairs has 4 bedrooms, bath, big refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, cups, utensils
7. Cons - only 1
Quiet hours strictly enforced. I didn't realize this after I book the property.
No pool use from 7 pm to 8 am. Property has noise detection and camera. If you have active children and visiting during summer when sunsets late, should consider this.
Beautiful and awesome property. I wish I can visit again soon.

This was our tenth trip to Maui and first experience with a VRBO. Our family consisted of: my wife & I; our three daughters & their spouses; a two-year old and a two month-old.
Upon arrival, we were all overwhelmed with the property. The house is beautiful & expansive while the pool & hot tub were a family favorite. My wife & I were amazed that the house was so quiet & private – even with everyone inside. The kitchen & dining facilities are top notch with plenty of room for all of us to dine together. Having two laundry facilities is exceptional and the storage by the garage was filled with everything needed to have fun (chairs – boogie boards - floaties – etc. ) As we traveled with two small children – the property is totally prepared for a young families needs.
Prior to & during our arrival, Myra was fully engaged & responsive via emails with us as they pertained to the property, rules, etc., and could not have been more helpful & accommodating! Outwardly, we were a little overwhelmed with all of the house rules but found them not to be a problem at all. During our stay, we met the Landscape/Gardener; Pool Maintenance & Maintenance people as they came to the to do their business. All first class people who went above & beyond to make us feel at home.
We had a fantastic time at this property as it was a truly “welcoming” home & we will definitely consider coming back!

We were a group of 6 couples (high school friends and their spouses) who spent a week together in paradise. The house is perfect.... huge. The main kitchen is large and has everything you could possibly need for cooking amazing meals. Coffee grinder and maker, amazing blender. The downstairs kitchen was useful for storing overflow food and leftovers, as well as drinks. All of the bedrooms had great AC. Pool was amazing and the hot tub was HOT and wonderful! The closest beach seems to have eroded away, but Napili Beach just a short drive down the street was PERFECT, we spend everyday there and wished we could have stayed longer! Thanks for such a great time!

As guests to the island of Maui from the Midwest, each of our party of 12 was truly impressed with the property. The owner was responsive to all our emails in a timely manner. Common living areas and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable (not to mention the gorgeous woodwork in the kitchens). Ample pantry, food and wine refrigerator space. The proximity of the Napili Market strip mall with its few small restaurants and liquour (only 4 minutes away) was a pleasant surprise. Two separate laundries and the outdoor pool shower was valuable. Beach/pool equipment for guest use was superb e.g. coolers, beach chairs, noodles and kid stuff. The gardener, pool man, and clean-up staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall a very positive experience.

Family, from across the country, met in Maui to celebrate mom's 80th birthday! We also celebrated two other birthdays during our week-long vacation.
House was perfect for the 13 of us. We used the pool nearly everyday, at the end of a day of adventure. We took full advatage of using the game tables in the evening for friendly competitions. Gathering at the large table on the balcony made for memorable dinners that were highlighted by the perfect view to watch the sunsets.
Location of the house couldn't have been better. We accessed beaches and adventures easily. Would definitely consider this place again the next time we visit Maui.

We stayed at the property for a week in August. It was a very comfortable house, with a nice large pool. My group of 11 had plenty of room and the house came with everything you might need. We spent time at all the close beaches nearby (Napili, Kapula, Slaughterhouse). I will say the beach that was "walkable" was often under water during high tide. However, it didn't bother us at all. The drive to the beaches mentioned above was 5 minutes or less! The noise restrictions were also not a problem. We just made sure to be respectful of the close neighbors. Overall a great experience and wonderful property. I would book it again for a large group.

House was perfect for our family of 16. We also rented the cottage which gave everyone plenty of sleeping space.. Well stocked with the two kitchens available. Plenty of seating and comfortable. No worries about breaking or ruining anything. Morning coffee on the deck with a view of the ocean was my favorite time of day. Our kids found two beaches close by within walking distance. The walk there is a little dicey as there are no sidewalks and people speed on the road by the house, just need to be careful.
I gave this 4 stars because of all the signs around the property. The first turnoff was the “Don’t Honk” by the gate, followed by “the pool is under surveillance”, “no diving”, “no smoking”, basically same things listed in the description. I know our kids used the pool after 7. They were quiet and didn’t cause a problem. Even though this is in a quiet neighborhood, no swimming after 7 is a little extreme. All in all this is a great house.

After a 3 year delay we finally got to holiday with family who flew in from overseas for this reunion. We chose the house based on its size and location, and it certainly was spacious which we loved. The house and pool needs updating - if you live without the luxury of some other stays it’ll be just fine.
It’s a good location, close to the Napili Market. The beach is close but the walk with little kids is treacherous. Parking at the beach is dreadful so you need to plan and go early or late.
We had teens in our party who would’ve taken advantage of the pool in the evening but the outside hours are restricted and you can’t use it beyond 7pm. That included the hot tub and outside areas - we were told by the hosts to retreat inside as the neighbors leave their windows open. This was very disappointing and we had to entertain the kids endlessly. The listing says this right at the bottom - take note!
Regardless we had a nice trip but would look for an alternative next time.

This was the perfect house to celebrate my parents 50th Anniversary with our 4 families. We had plenty of room to spread out and the house had everything we needed. There were plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and floaties! The kids loved the pool! The location was perfect with a better view than expected. The only thing is we did not feel comfortable walking along the narrow street to the beach with young kids. We drove to the beaches each time. I highly recommend this property.

This house, tucked away in a quiet West Maui Neighborhood, was the perfect way to experience the island. The house was the right size to accommodate our group of 10. It has all the amenities you would want to enjoy your time either at the house or on the beach. We enjoyed lovely sunsets when we cooked in and spent plenty of time in the pool.
My only complaint is that I was asked multiple times to buy car insurance from the geckos!

Wonderful house for our family of eleven. Plenty of room, lots to do with the pool, ping pong table not to mention the great beaches around along with the beach chairs and toys. The kitchen was stocked with everything you can think of. The house had air conditioning in all the rooms if you wanted it but the trade wind breezes were usually enough. Best VRBO we’ve stayed in!

Our group consisted of 9 adults (ourselves, our adult children and spouses, my 91 year old mother) and 2 babies... that's four generations. This house helped make this one of our best trips ever! We've rented many vacation homes over the years and so far this was the best.
It's beautiful, clean, and well-stocked, from the kitchen to the beach chairs and towels (they even provide highchairs, strollers and packnplays for the babies). The furniture and bedding are high quality and super comfortable, unlike other vacation homes that only looked amazing in the photos.
In the evenings when babies and grandparents slept, the young adults played ping pong, foos ball and card games downstairs. Noise was not a problem.
Managers Myra and Mike, the gardener Frederick, and the pool guy were all very friendly and helpful while respecting our privacy. This home was perfect for our family!

Pictures of this house are very deceiving… The reason we picked this house was because of it being a three minute walk to the beach with pictures of a beautiful beach that is so not true there is no three minute walk to this pristine beach it was all a lie. The house is old and outdated with cabinets coming off sliding screens not on their tracks and the pool was very dirty … I have pictures of proof for all of this! I truly would’ve never gotten this property if I known the beach was not a three minute walk.. I would like a partial refund for this property!!!
The carpet was so dirty and the owner did offer to send out carpet cleaners but we would have to vacate the house the entire day but he did not offer a refund for that day…. I would never recommend this house to anyone!

We had 10 adults and 2 children in the house and it was perfect! The house is large with plenty of room to spread out! Our favorite part of the house was the deck where we could eat, drink coffee and watch whales! We also spent time at the pool every day! The convenience of a grocery store, coffee shop and restaurants within a 10 minute walk was great! We also walked to a small beach just 5-10 minutes away but also drove to many different beaches that were close by. The house had beach chairs, boogie boards and plenty of beach towels. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this house!

This property is beautiful. We utilized the main house and the guest cottage with our family of 16. The view was beautiful the location was great. The only thing at all that I wish I had been different, is the pool. Being told that you are being watched and that you are not allowed to be in the pool before 8:30 AM or after 7 PM is extremely restrictive. I understand that it’s a neighborhood. It’s hard for me to think that you can’t use your best judgment about being respectful enough to be in the pool/hot tub after 7 PM as an adult. That is the absolutely only negative about this property. It’s a beautiful home which we enjoyed in all other aspects.

Our group of 7 couples had a great stay at the property! The owner was very accommodating with our original re booking and the booking and check in process was very easy and responsive to any of our questions. The on site managers Myra and Michael were prompt with any questions or concerns and very kind on accommodating our few requests. The home and guest cottage are very spacious and well suited for larger gatherings and the views from the back of the home deck each morning and night were so beautiful including whales at all times. The location of the property was great for our group as it was close to great beaches, restaurants, and a local market/coffee shop! The additional beach items and separate laundry facilities in the cottage house were an added bonus for our group as well!

This VRBO home exceeded my expectations. We were looking for a nice place in a warm location for a family gathering for a 65th birthday.
When I first saw the listing price, I thought it was a lot, but when you consider the cost for 6 rooms in an upscale resort, it is actually very reasonable. You have a great ocean view, where you can watch the whales spouting and breaching, two fully equipped kitchens, and your own private pool and jacuzzi.
One reviewer commented negatively about the location of the pool in front of the house. I thought it was a good location. First you pull in the gate to the parking. Then to enter the property you pass a vegetation screening wall to the pool on the left and the home to your right and ahead. The pool area is completely screened from its surroundings.
The management staff was very responsive and helpful. We had late departing flights. When I saw that the home was not booked the next few days after our departure, I contacted them about a later check out time. They responded by changing it to 4 PM. Thank you.
When in route to Maui I received a text about contacting them for an orientation tour. I responded letting them know I would be arriving late, but four of my party would be landing mid-day and provided my nephews cell number. After landing they made contact. A stopping at Costco, they drove out to the house, where they were allowed access early. That was a nice Plus.
They were also very responsive to problem issues. The handle came off one of the shower controls. I texted them about it and when we got home later in the day, we found the entire shower control had been replaced. On another day the gate to the street started to malfunction, opening and closing continually. I texted them about this just before going out to dinner. When we got back, it was operating properly again.
If anyone is looking for a large home in a very nice location, I would highly recommend the Maui Dream Home.

This place was great for our big family. The kids loved the pool and the neighborhood was nice but was on a somewhat busy street. There were a lot of rules to follow so I wouldn’t recommend this house to anyone that can’t follow rules or be quiet at a certain time. The house is in a residential area so quite time was strictly enforced. We rented the main house and cottage on the property and still had lots of room and space for everyone.
I wish it was beach front but not a lot of properties around there were beach front. I recommend this house for traveling with a lot of people. The owner of the place and property manager were very attentive and accommodating.
Our first time in Hawaii and it was awesome!!!

My entire family stayed in this home for our trip to Maui. We were here for a memorial for my husband, and this house and the property manager made our experience very special. It's quiet and serene. Beautiful walking and hiking neighborhood. Views and the home itself were stellar. We had quite a few children who very much enjoyed the pool and game room. I can't say enough about this house and the people organizing your stay. 5 stars.

We had an amazing experience at this home. The spacious design and layout comfortably fit all 10 of us and we very much enjoyed the ocean view and how convenient this house is located to the local market and beaches. Communication with the property managers was always outstanding from start of booking until we checked out! We would definitely come back to stay when we return to Maui.

This property was just right for our group of 15. Plenty of space for sleeping and eating, and the swimming pool was a big success as we had 7 kids who enjoyed it very much. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dinnerware, everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Having two full size refrigerators was nice for our large group. We enjoyed evening meals on the upstairs veranda with beautiful views of Molokai in the background. The game room downstairs was a big hit with the kids. Beaches for swimming and snorkeling were only a few minutes drive away, and having a security gate and plenty of parking space was a plus for us. The AC units and fans in each bedroom and living areas kept us comfortable. I would stay again if we return to Maui.
