Our family of 5, with 3 adult children, stayed here for 5 days as the first stop of three in Hawai’i for the Christmas holidays. This property is very well equipped, beds are very comfortable, and the location in Wailea can’t be beat. We were close to pools, the beach, fitness center, golf, shopping and many good restaurants. What more could anyone ask for???

The owners made sure that every detail was covered and were very responsive if we had a question. We loved the location and the beautiful patio with the sliding glass doors overlooking the beautiful family pool and ocean within walking distance. Finding a seat at the pool or beach was easy and available. It was perfect for our family of 10, including a 1 and 2 year old! Thank you for making it an amazing experience in Maui. We certainly would come back in the future!

What a magical stay! From the moment we stepped onto the property, it felt like instant vacation! The host, Robbie was super gracious; he gave us a thorough tour of the resort and the luxe condo with its amazing amenities and gifted us a beautiful welcome basket. We felt very well taken care of the entire time we were there! The staff were friendly and helpful. The condo itself was spacious and had everything you could possibly want! High-end fixtures and appliances made for a uptra-comfortably stay. It was also very well-equipped, and we enjoyed the gorgeous views from the large balcony. The resort was top-notch with lush well-groomed grounds and super clean pools and hot tubs. The towel and umbrella service were well-utilized and appreciated! We also loved the location; being within steps of the outdoor Wailea shopping mall was so convenient! Definitely one of the most memorable family vacations ever!

Staying in this beautiful, spacious condo was a delight! Our family consisted of 8 adults and one infant (4 generations). This was one of the villas which had enough bedrooms and space for all of us to stay in the same unit. It is beautifully decorated and has a stunning view of the ocean and pool. We took full advantage of the view and drinking coffee on the lanai every morning. The location is perfect with a very short walk to the Shops at Wailea and is easily accessible to the boardwalk. From the day we made the reservation through after check out, the communication with Robbie and Nancy has been exceptional! Robbie, Nancy, Nash, and the entire staff made us feel truly welcomed. Thank you to all of them for helping our entire family share such a special memory!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. We had six adults and 3 small children and it worked out really well for us. I don’t think you would want 8 adults in here due to the 4th bedroom actually being a den/office. The Lanai is large and we spent many relaxing mornings with coffee out there. The villa is very roomy with every amenity imaginable. The only thing we didn’t like was so many steps down to the beach and back up. Also, a pool bar would be nice. The Shops at Wailea being next door is also a plus. Would definitely stay here again

From the moment you arrive on the property, you know it's going to be a magical week. This villa is in the perfect location - minutes from the beach, resort restaurants, and The Shops at Wailea (not even a minute). It was the perfect layout for our extended family, and the villa had everything you could want or need. My boys loved the boogie boards and sand toys while the adults loved the beach chairs provided by the villas. It was a fantastic week, and we hope to be back very soon. Thanks Robbie and Kanza!

We have stayed at the Beach Villa Penthouses several times and this is by far the best unit thus far - it is one of the bigger units with 4 bedrooms and has a huge family/dining/kitchen area, which is perfect for a family. The unit is very well furnished, with easy access to the family pool. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and will look for this unit the next time we decide to come to Wailea.

The property is exceptional, located on Wailea Beach and close to everything. The owners have left nothing to chance and it's well equipped with high-end appliances, plates, cutlery, glassware, utensils, spices, various coffee makers. The view is terrific as is the resort. We received wonderful service from the time of our check-in to our departure. Owners are very responsive and attentive. We look forward to our next trip there!

We had a lovely stay at Robbie's place. The place is actually more beautiful than pictured. There's plenty of space for everyone. Robbie has everything from plenty of shampoo and soap, to coolers for packing lunches. Pool towels are plentiful. A really nice feature of this home, is that there are resort benefits. you are able to stay on property, and stow your luggage, even though you have checked out. The fitness center is really nice to have as well. Robbie and Nancy are very accommodating. My son left a personal item behind, and they kindly sent it back right away. We hope to visit this home again soon!

I am very familiar with the Wailea Beach Villas and love this property. The owner was very communicative and we had a tour of the property when we arrived. In general this was a very well equipped property, we were able to make large dinners for the family, make cocktails, pack up picnics and use beach chairs, tents and toys!

The Villa was amazing and just as shown/described on line. Robbie, the owner met us when we arrived and walked us through the Villa detailing all the many amenities. He was quickly responsive to questions we later had,. He even dropped off a couple of items the next day. It was a short walk to the beach and the Villa provided chairs and umbrellas every time we went down. We plan a return trip in the future.

We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our trip to Maui, which included our children and grandchildren from Colorado, Texas and Illinois. We wanted this trip to be unique and special, so we splurged on our budget and spent some of the children’s inheritance. We had very high expectations, and we were not disappointed. The Villa was perfect for our family of 8, and we utilized the state-of-the-art kitchen and barbeque grille for several meals. The large dining table provided us with the perfect place to gather for food and conversation, and the outdoor lanais for a snack and cup of coffee. We spent mornings at the beach and afternoons at the family pool. The beach attendants were very accommodating, and we always had chairs and umbrellas waiting for us. Robbie was a very attentive host to every detail, and he was available 24/7. It’s like staying at a 5-star hotel, with the benefit of staying at a home reflecting the pride of the owners.

We recently stayed at Robbie’s property while in Maui for my brothers wedding. What a stunning villa and property. The other resorts felt very “busy” and our property was so private, clean, and gorgeous. It had the feel of a residential community but with resort amenities! I also highly recommend the oceanfront massage from Jennifer, it was spectacular. The villa is walking distance to great shopping, coffee, groceries, restaurants etc. We loved getting coffee and açaí bowls at the Whale’s Tale each morning and looking out for turtles on the surf :)

This was a top notch vacation and the property was perfect! Gorgeous villa, right near all the pools and beach, kitchen had everything one can need to cook. Because we had children we cooked from home often. Robbie was available when needed and very nice. He gave us a tour of the villas to orient us and that helped tremendously. I would highly recommend staying here. We were sad to leave!

Our stay at this spacious, beautifully furnished villa was fantastic. Our family (grandparents, parents and four adult children) had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, seasonings, etc. The view and location were excellent. Our family enjoyed both pools, the beach, the well-equipped exercise room, and the game room. We hated to leave!

The location to the family pool was excellent and the beach was only a few minutes away down a community path. The condo itself is very well furnished and had everything we needed.

Very comfortable condo. A bit of a walk to the beach but at least we got some exercise. Nice appliances. Had to get used to the convection cook top. Welcomed with a nice basket of goodies on week one:) Robbie kindly had the condo cleaned before the second set of adult kids came which was a huge help. Really enjoyed the close stores and restaurants. Costco is about 25 minutes away and a must if traveling with family. The staff was amazingly helpful getting us set up on the beach each day! Please remember to tip the staff s they do make the stay very pleasant:)
Did leave a Garmin watch on the property and have not been able to get that back so that’s a bummer.

The property owners have created a beautiful rental unit filled with original art and thoughtful touches. The unit is extremely well appointed and beautifully decorated. A delightful welcome basket and bottle of champagne were waiting for us on arrival.
There was a great selection of water toys provided with the unit which made enjoying the pool and beach even more fun.
The owner was in contact with us both prior to and during our stay. He let us know about changing COVID rules in Hawaii - information that evolved a lot over the time between our initial booking and actual trip. These updates were very helpful.
This is a great rental for couples or families with older children.

Our family spent Christmas week at this spectacular home in Wailea Beach Villas. The apartment is beautiful, with 3 en-suite bedrooms, a study with a hide-a-bed, and a spacious great room for living, kitchen, and dining, all beautifully decorated. The location is amazing; on the beach, steps away from the Wailea Shops, great restaurants, and entertainment. The grounds of the villas are just beautiful with waterfalls, meticulous landscaping, and two pools including one for the kids. This villa and the overall Maui trip exceeded our expectations, and the hosts gave us so much insight in planning the trip details. Very grateful. We highly recommend.

Wailea Beach Villas is, in our opinion, the best property in Maui. It has all the benefits of a big resort--pools, beach access with chairs and umbrellas--but none of the crowds. We absolutely love it and can't imagine staying anywhere else. And Robbie's condo, PH208, is just amazing. Spacious, tasteful, and clean, it has its own private entrance and lanai, it is close to the kids pool, and the views are amazing.
Recently, we have heard friends complain about resorts in Hawaii being understaffed and the service being unfriendly or underwhelming because of the pandemic and labor shortage, etc. None of that appears to affect WBV. Everything is incredibly well maintained, and the staff are readily available, friendly, and attentive. We can't recommend it highly enough.

This villa was amazing! So close to shops, restaurants and the local gourmet grocery store. It is just above the family pool with a view (above trees and other villa roofs) of the ocean. We’d go to beach in the morning and come back up the pool in the afternoon. There are a lot of steps from the villa to the beach. We loved it for the exercise but others might find it tough. The villa itself is just like the pictures. All the TVs were great and the Sonos system was great with speakers throughout the place. The only thing I would note is that our guests complained about the lack of blackout blinds in the 3rd bedroom and the office bedroom. They said it was bright in the morning and it affected their sleep. There are blackouts in the master and second bedroom. Overall, we would come back! You can’t beat the location and the beauty of Wailea. Thanks to the owners for all the great touches to this beautiful villa.

We were 2 families of 4 (including young adult children) traveling together to celebrate both of our daughter's graduations, husband's birthday, and Father's Day. Needless to say our expectations were high and we searched for a long time to find just the right accommodation to celebrate all these milestones. K-208, at Wailea Beach Villas did not disappoint.
Robbie's attention to detail is evident in both his communication and the detail in the unit itself. Upon booking Robbie called to chat about our reservation, what we were looking for and made many great recommendations of restaurants to book, and activities that we may want to consider. He also gave advice on car rentals, and the fact that there is a car rental shortage in Maui since COVID. I definitely would recommend a rental car, (and book well in advance) even though there is great shopping just behind the property in the Shops of Wailea. Robbie has covered parking and access from the garage directly to the unit.
The penthouse is decorated in the highest standard, cutting no corners. The most comfortable mattresses, beautiful furniture throughout, large screen TVS, electric blinds, Sonos system, All Cald cookware, Viking grill, Henkel knives, basically anything you may find in your own home. including cooking oils, zip locks, washing detergent, the unit is fully stocked. We also appreciated the small touches such as the gift basket that greeted us full of local items and a bottle of wine. The spike ball and yeti style cooler left for our use came in handy as well.
With adult children and a brother/sister mix, we were concerned about the pull-out in the office/4th bedroom. Robbie provided a couple futons and bedding, which the college age boys took turns sleeping on, which worked out well.
The property itself is beautiful and the unit is located toward the entrance of the property giving you a view of the beautiful grounds and an ocean view in the distance. You are above the family pool but noise was never an issue, and close to the entrance of the shops. We would spend our mornings at the beach and adult pool and by the afternoons made our way to the family pool. We never had issues with finding chairs or towel service. Robbie also has a storage room full of floats, a couple of Tommy Bahama chairs, and beach toys for smaller kids.

The villa was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with the state of the art technology including power black-out blinds, power electric recliners and high definition TV’s. The kitchen had with everything we needed to prepare meals for our family of 8. The beds were comfortable and linens were high quality. The property owner was very friendly and responsive, meeting us for a tour of the property upon arrival. The location is outstanding! The shops are literally a few steps away, the family pool is located under the lanai, and the adult pool and beach is a short walk down a path filled with gorgeous waterfalls and gardens. The pools were never crowded and towels, morning coffee and lemon water were provided. We will definitely return!

My husband and I are loyal Four Seasons guests, but we brought our adult children with us this trip, so we needed a larger space. This condo turned out to be absolutely perfect! We were greeted with a delicious bottle of wine and a huge basket of local Hawaiian treats. This condo is ideal for either 3 couples or a family up to 8 people. There are 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms, and an office with a pullout sofa that we used as a bedroom. We loved this place! It is gorgeous and immaculate. Not only are the furnishings beautiful and comfortable, they were functional. It was so convenient to have a fully stocked kitchen plus the washer and dryer. This condo is conveniently located at the front of the property, and we were able to reach the Shops of Wailea within a minute walk, or the beach within 3 minutes. We utilized both the beach and pools. Attendants are available at all three locations. There is complimentary onsite transportation available, just be aware that the front desk closes at 8:00 pm so you’ll need to get the driver’s contact info. We will absolutely plan another visit to this condo in the near future! Thank you, Robbie & Nancy, for a wonderful stay!

The grounds of the Wailea Beach Villas are equally impressive and perfectly maintained. The location can’t be beat, with easy access to shops, dining, and entertainment. This is an exceptional and spacious 3bed/3 bath (attached baths) in Wailea Beach Villas complex (unit 208) with private elevator access. It is ideally located walking distance next to the Shops at Wailea which has a variety of restaurants and shopping. In addition, it has a dedicated office (no closet) with a sofa sleeper and Apple desktop. Very comfortable beds and all blinds work by remote control.
This property sits high in the complex with breathtaking garden and distant ocean views but is a walk to the beach (with stairs). Next door is the Grand Wailea Hotel/Spa.
The owner Robbie Dein (Maui real-estate agent) has thought of every guest need and provides a lovely gift basket full of Maui favorite delights. He meets you at the lobby and gives a complete orientation. The unit is 3000+ sq ft of luxury and high-end finishes including a gas BBQ on the large lanai and full-size washer/dryer. Expensive art pieces decorate this truly special property. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals for your family and friends. Ceiling fans are in each room as well as multi-zone air conditioning. This unit sits above the family pool area and you should expect to hear children at play very early in the morning. The only reason I rated this unit 4-stars is because we have two mechanical problems. First, the air conditioning in the master bedroom leaked condensation water from the ceiling onto the master closet carpet. Soaking it and requiring a large commercial fan to run during our stay. The second item was the master bath shower which needed a valve replaced so the hot water temperature could be adjusted for comfort. We had service technicians coming and going from our unit. The air conditioning needed parts ordered, we were without air conditioning in the master bedroom as well as 3rd bedroom, which was uncomfortable during our entire stay. Superior communication with the owner during these hiccups and the reservation process.

This place is wonderfully clean, well furnished, and truly a luxurious vacation residence. We mostly ate in, and thus used the well appointed kitchen every day. Our two young boys had a great time at the pool (there’s a closet by the pool full of toys, incudling sand toys) and at the beach which is a quick walk down some stairs and a beautiful path on the property. This property is truly exceptional! We have stayed in several units at Wailea Beach Villas (a private gated property, that is very quiet and well-maintained) and this unit is beyond anything we have stayed in prior. With incredible views, three large bedrooms, all with ensuites, plus a fourth bedroom/den, this property has ample space for the whole family. It also features two lanais and separate air-conditioning for the master retreat, which is massive and well-appointed. This property was recently upgraded and features luxury finishings and artwork throughout. The owner is attentive and will leave you feeling cared for and wanting for nothing, just an exceptional customer service experience all-around. This tropical escape in paradise is one of the best luxury rentals you will find...we could not have been happier or enjoyed our stay more! Thank you!

We had every kitchen amenity available to prepare meals when we chose not to eat out at one of the many restaurants available just a stroll away, through the beautifully landscaped grounds, to the Wailea shops.
We enjoyed the beach umbrellas and chairs set up by Wailea Beach Villas staff and spent relaxing at the adult pool which has a gorgeous view of the ocean. The kids and adults had fun playing together at the kid’s pool. The grounds are so lush and tropical and the tiki torch pathways are not to be missed in the evenings.
Robbie and Nancy I’m sure you both enjoyed the fun involved in creating your villa, which is a masterpiece in every way.

Lovely, relaxing stay in F208 Penthouse. Beds were absolutely luxurious. Soft linens slept like a cloud. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a bath. Den sofa is convertible for other sleeping accommodations, great for kids. Very clean penthouse! Owner was very responsive when we had a small maintenance issue (AC condenser was clogged and dripping water in a small spot on the carpet). There would be no way to have foreseen this problem. Sometimes things arise that need attention... Staff and property engineer were there in minutes to correct the problem and ensure we were not inconvenienced. Service is always very prompt by all WBV staff. Check in is a great experience with staff guiding you to the penthouse and showing you how things work. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably maintained. Beach staff sets you up with loungers and towels for comfortable beach going. Sunscreen, AM coffee and water provided at the pool cabanas. Adult pool has the most spectacular ocean view in all of Wailea. We have stayed in MANY villa/penthouse units and many properties throughout Wailea. This Penthouse is definitely in the high end category of vacation rentals offered in the area. Don’t think... just go! Mahalo!
