We have stayed at the Lae Nani complex several times previously (our favorite part of the Island) and would rate this condo unit as our favorite. The unit is very nicely furnished and both full bathrooms spacious & nicely appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for cooking and the outside grill area was recently updated and has three grills and staging area which worked well for cooking fresh fish. Another big plus is the AC unit for the master bedroom and living room; much of the time not needed, but nice to have when you do. The owner (Ken) was very helpful and responsive, and left comprehensive instructions about the condo. I would recommend without reservation.

Beautiful condo that is upgraded nicely. Well furnished, well appointed with games, snorkels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Great location with a very nice pool and beach. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Great View!!!
I had two major issues that kept me from giving my overall rating a 5 start. 1) No air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom...diffifcult to sleep at night 2) The blinds in the master bedroom can be seen through so no privacy for you to change. You need to change in the bathroom.

We were able to find the property in the dark with only normal family direction confusion.
The condo was nicely a d comfortably furnished. The view from the balcony onto the bay was spectacular. The pool was fun.
Restaurants were within walking distance. Location worked for us, easy acess to areas we wanted to see.
All in all a very nice time was had by all.

We loved staying here and wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and well stocked. There was a beautiful pool and ocean view from the lanais, which feature lounge chairs. The pool is large and clean. The ocean is sometimes swimmable, sometimes not, depending on the currents, so do be careful. But there is a nice man-made tidepool that is great for swimming in. Highly recommend, and we hope we can return soon!

We had the most wonderful time! Our family of five with kids ages 14,12 and 9 loved everything about this trip. This condo was in the perfect location to explore the island. We also loved that there were some great food and shopping spots within walking distance. The beach was amazing and the whole property and condo were just beautiful. The owners are very responsive and have all you need supplied at the condo. We would love to come back and stay again!!!

The hosts were amazing to communicate with. They were quick to tell us that the washing machine would not be fixed until after our stay. They offered a generous refund that went through right away to help with the hardship of not having a washer in the condo.
We really appreciated the twin and queen size Aero beds for our two daughters to have separate sleeping areas in the dining room/living room, away from their brother in the second bedroom. Families with young children (ours are 3, 6, and 9) who are used to separate bedrooms at home would understand! It helped bedtime be more peaceful and less wild! We easy put away the Aerobeds in the large master closet during the day to save space.
We really appreciated the beach towels, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and sand toys! We felt like the condo had everything AND MORE that we would need for our stay! The grounds of the condo community are absolutely beautiful and the beach in front of the condo was lovely as well. Great tide pools just to the right of the complex that was fun to see fish, eels, and sea cucumbers.
Thank you so much for helping us have a wonderful family vacation in Kauai! We will be back!

Wonderful property with responsive hosts! Every detail was thought of to make for an easy and relaxing stay. Lots of things for cooking and playing on the beach were included. We just returned from Leslie and Ken's lovely condo. We absolutely loved our stay. Kauai is beautiful and we found Lae Nani in Kapa'a a perfect central location to explore the island. This condo has a wonderful view of the pool and ocean. We had everything we could need - comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, all of the beach essentials, fans and a/c. As well as a great pool, swimmable beach and next door to the Lava Lava Beach Club. We are already planning our next vacation to Kauai and would DEFINITELY stay in Leslie and Ken's condo again! Wonderful! Our hosts were receptive and helpful with any of our questions. Accessing the property was seamless with keyless entries. The home is equipped with everything you need and more, including storage containers for packed lunches for our excursions. The home was very comfortable, with loads of windows for that gorgeous ocean view. The grounds to the property are amazing…resort-like, and the community was respectfully quiet. I would highly recommend this home to anyone considering a visit to the island.

This property was awesome. Had everything you could want. Beach gear, snorkle, fins, games, well stocked kitchen items. 2 blow up beds, comfortable beds, pillows, great towels. Fabulous view, right next door to great bar and restaurant and the Coconut Market Place. When we didn't want to go anywhere, everything is right close, market, food, shopping, short drive to a Safeway and only 15 minutes to the airport . And halfway between Princeville and Poipu. WONDERFUL!!! And the best Tattoo Shop, Blue Tiki Tattoo, Ms. Billie. I got my 2nd tattoo while there. I would HIGHLY recommend. Terry Alexander

I would 100% recommend this property, and we hope to be able to stay there again. It was very comfortable, accommodated my family of 4 with room to spare. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms had ample space and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and spacious.
But the location and the view were spectacular! Simply can’t be beat for convenience and beauty. Loved walking down a flight of stairs and being at the pool or beach, BBQs too! The property is also close to stores and cute towns as well.

We found this condo to be convenient to Lihue, Kapa’a and the north shore. Safeway and many restaurants nearby. Farmers market made local produce easy and fun. LOVED Kenji Burgers. Best burgers ever. Nice amenities in Lae Nani. Owners very responsive to messages. Would stay again for sure. Thanks for having us.

We absolutely loved our few nights in Wailea. The apartment was clean and comfortable but more importantly- in contrast to so many rentals - it felt warm and inviting. Truly like a home away from home. The location was excellent- the kids loved the pool and the rock pool as well, the views out from the lanai(s) were spectacular and there were east restaurants within walking distance. A perfect position to explore Kauai. Thank you Ken and Leslie for sharing your home.

We stayed for two weeks in Kapaa with two adults, an infant and an elementary aged child. The unit was clean and well taken care of with beautiful views. The pictures don't do it justice. Communication with the hosts was quick and pleasant. The property has a fun vibe with a laid back family resort feel. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this to family and friends. The unit has everything you would need as a family with a young child including a pack-n-play, infant bathtub, beach chairs and all the other beach and water toys you could need.

Our family of five (four adults and a seven-year-old) had a fabulous stay at Leslie and Ken's beautiful condo! We were breath-taken when we first walked into the condo and saw how close and beautiful the ocean view was from the living areas and master bedroom. The two lanais are so nice and the living room lanai housed our family meals and gatherings perfectly. The condo was very clean, modern, spacious, and had all the needed amenities and more. It was nice to have spices, oils, and other kitchen items stocked. The pool is clean and big and the Lae Nani Condo grounds are well kept. The location on the island was perfect. We were able to travel to Princeville and Hanalei for a day and Waimea and Poipu for a different day. Wailua Falls, via Kayak, was a great outing activity and was just down the road from our condo. We walked every day to the adorable Coconut Marketplace; there are plenty of restaurants, shopping, coffee, and groceries. We highly recommend Leslie and Ken's condo to our family and friends!

Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely condo! It was clean, spacious and well stocked with anything you could wish for. Two bathrooms and two lanais made this even more comfortable. We spent many mornings on the beach boogie boarding and our evenings taking in the ocean views and sunsets from the lanais. Our kids were in the pool every day! This is a great central location if you are planning to explore the island and check out some of the fun activities Kauai has to offer. Everything at this condo resort was wonderful and inviting! We hope to be back soon and stay again!

The owners made our experience seamless. They were responsive and helpful at booking. They contacted us shortly before our arrival to ensure we had all the codes needed to get in the gate, pool and condo. A couple days after arrival they emailed to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The condo was very well stocked, with dishes, pots and pans, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, towels, beach and pool equipment, as well as first aid items.
I was a little leery of a salt water pool, but it was amazing and the perfect temp. We spent many hours poolside taking everything in.
We would definitely stay at this unit again if we find ourselves back in Kauai!! ❤️🌴🐢

My husband and I took our adult kids on our first "new normal" trip. The condo was perfect...clean, great location, well equipped. The LaeNani property is close to all sorts of fun activities on both north and south shore of Kauai, as well as some decent snorkling out the back-door! The condo was perfect for our group of 2 couples. Beds comfortable, 2 baths great crosswords so we never needed the AC. Had all things needed for a trip to the beach cooler, chairs, etc. We loved sitting on the balcony for meals, coffee, etc. Really appreciated the spices, oil etc. Grilled fish and vegies several nights. Also enjoyed the Lava Lava beach club next door and the short walk to Coconut market place. Great free Hula show there.
Loved Kauai, hiking snorkeling, Waimea canyon and the Napali coast. Will be back!

The condo is just as is shown in the pictures. Lovely view, lovely location, lovely condo. We truly enjoyed our time in this condo. The location is convenient for all things to do on the island of Kauai. There was a small issue with the provided entry gate code, but otherwise no issues. Condo is stocked with enough utensils and dishes so you can cook "from your vacation home". Condo has plenty of towels and other items for you to enjoy the beach and pool. Well stocked! Again, great location - near grocery stores and the Coconut Marketplace. We were truly sad to leave Kapaa :( Can't wait to go back, we'd definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Lae Nani! The condo and view were everything we had hoped for. What we loved: Plenty of space, comfy beds, extremely clean, cool air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen, ice maker, beautiful updated home, 2 large patios, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys/towels, view of beach and mountains in the distance, keyless entry, and the owners were helpful and replied quickly to emails. The location was perfect. It is close to the airport, central to everything on the island and a short walk to a variety of restaurants, a market, and many shops. The pool and beach area were beautiful and relaxing. Lae Nani will definitely be our first choice when we return to Kauai!

The best thing about the property was the view of the ocean from the bedroom and living space balcony, living room and pool. Sometimes you go to an ocean front property and there isn't a beach but just a rocky area in front. This condo has actual beach to walk on just beyond the beautifully landscaped grounds. Also a lovely bit of Hawaiian history is right there to be seen. The location on the central east side made it a quick trip for us to go North or South. There was nothing we didn't like!
