This is a fantastic part of Maui, and Napili Shores is a wonderful spot. Easy access to the beach and snorkeling both from the resort and at nearby Honolulu Beach. Turtles galore. This condo is oceanfront with excellent views overlooking Napili Bay. It is a compact studio with everything you could need for the beach and to cook. It’s comfortable place to stay. Only cons were the pillows (we prefer down) and the outside light shining through the transom over the front door. After the first night, we used a towel to cover and then slept really well, especially with sounds of the ocean.

This unit at Napili Shores is our new favorite place in Maui. Waterfront views, direct pathway to the beach, right next to Gazebo’s for brunch, truly can’t be beat. The space is perfect for a couple, and we loved the convenience of the kitchen, AC, patio, and beach chairs/accessories. We were staying here when the tragic fires in Maui happened in August 2023, and we will always be grateful to Elaine for her kindness, flexibility, excellent communication, and aloha during an unprecedented disaster. Best host we’ve ever had, who went above and beyond during a very painful time for the community. Thank you for your generosity and aloha spirit. If we could give a 50 star review, we would—mahalo!

We loved our stay at Napili Shores Condos. The place was wet nice with a fantastic view from our balcony! There is a gazebo restaurant that serves a great breakfast & lunch very close to the condo we stayed in. I highly recommend this place!

This is our favorite resort on Maui and we’ve stayed here multiple times. This was the first time in this unit and it was exactly what we needed. The room was clean and comfortable and had all we needed. When we told the owner boogie boards were missing she stopped by and dropped some off. Napili shores is my happy place, and this unit overlooks the bay. The resort itself is well maintained and the big plus is ordering and picking up breakfast from the gazebo to eat on your lanai. Love it here and would definitely stay in this unit again.

The pictures and description are accurate. The condo is very small, but nicely decorated and has amazing views. We could watch turtles swim from the lanai. It is just a short walk to the beach (down a path). There are chairs, snorkel equipment and an umbrella in the co do for use. Beach towels are provided, but I would recommend bringing a few more for a long stay. We stayed 9 nights and ended up having to do laundry a few times. The air conditioning works well when needed and the large sliding door opens up to the lanai to give you a great breeze and the sounds of waves crashing. There is a grocery store, an awesome coffee shop and a few restaurants in a plaza just up the road, could be walking distance but we had a car so it was a two minute drive. Overall a great place to stay and I would highly recommend for 1-2 people.

This was our fourth visit to this beautiful resort but it was the first time staying in the incredible oceanfront suites. It was wonderful. Our host Elaine checked in on us to ensure everything was good. We had to contact housekeeping for some extra bedding and they was delivered just a few hours after our request.
If you are planning a trip to Napili we would highly recommend spending a little extra to stay in the oceanfront suite. To be able to have your morning coffee on your private deck watching sea turtles bob in the surf with humpback whales breaching off shore is truly magical.

As advertised the Condo Unit has an excellent location close to the beach and snorkeling and has amazing beach views from the balcony! AC also worked great and was a huge plus on a couple of the hot days/evenings with limited breeze. Food is generally very expensive in Maui and the restaurant on-site also has a very reasonably priced and tasty menu. The stay exceeded my expectations and the only improvement I would recommend would be to upgrade the snorkel equipment provided in the condo. One set worked well but others leaked and/or didnt have clamps to secure the air tube to the goggles for hands free movement so we only ended up using/sharing one set provided from the condo.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights at Elaine’s lovely place. The view and beach access were our favorite parts. We simply relaxed all day and enjoyed each other’s company, all while looking out on the spectacular ocean and beach views.
We had fun with the turtle neighbors eating vegetation around the rocks below the room. It was a truly magical stay! Would highly recommend (and already have)!

Had a great time in Napili. The beach is right there making it easy to have fun and relax. Unit views were amazing. And falling asleep to the waves was so nice! Would definitely go back.

Aloha! We had a wonderful time. The tastefully decorated unit was very clean and the lanai had a great view of the ocean and Napili Beach. The beach was very convenient and spent a lot of time on it and in the water. We took advantage of the water sports store on the property.
The bed was very comfortable. Good storage in the bathroom where we put most of our clothing. The A/C worked very well but did not need it very much with the wonderful breezes that came through the screened slider. We enjoyed hearing the waves all night long.
The unit had plenty of utensils and dishes. We could have used better glassware for juices and wine.
There was an iron but was unable to locate the ironing board. Oh well, its Hawaii and so we stayed very casual.
Enjoyed coffee most mornings from Napili Coffee down the road. Used some of the great suggestions from the host, Elaine, of places to go and eat. Just wish we had more time! Did not find a "To Do" list for checkout in the room or in my emails, but did what is common to do before leaving.

Very nice spot with a fantastic view! You can see many whales out in the distance and sea turtles near the shore. The laundry facility worked well. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler available which was great to have for the beach.

This is a wonderful property in Napili. We were fortunate enough to have a unit that looks out onto the beach and ocean, and we enjoyed the view and the sound of the waves. The jacuzzi is especially wonderful in the late afternoon, early evening. We love that it's actually kept really hot! Nice pool as well. Thank you for a few days of beautiful paradise at the end of our trip!

My husband and I had a fantastic week here after spending a week on the Big Island. View is amazing, right on coast with crashing waves. Located in small bay with several other condos. Beach area felt sheltered and private. Even though it’s not very large it was uncrowded and so fun. Lots of whales just offshore. 1 min walk to beach. Everything u need to enjoy the beach - chairs, boogie board, cooler and snorkeling equipment provided in condo. Bed is really comfortable and slept great listening to crashing waves.
We were pleasantly surprised to find a shop on site that rents snorkel equipment, paddle boards, etc. We did rent snorkel equipment even though there is some provided in the apartment. It was my husband’s first time snorkeling and we wanted to ensure good fit and get some advice. Snorkeling right off the beach we saw lots of fish and a sea turtle. Also used Maui Reef Adventures to take a Zodiak boat to Molokini Crater. Fantastic snorkeling in crystal clear water and lots of whales out there.
Some earlier reviewers wrote negatively about the condition of property. We found that everything important was top notch - bed and bedding, patio and sliders, bathroom, and kitchen area. Stove is little older but works fine. In response to previous comments, TV works fine too and easy to use (hit TV- power, and Cable- Power to turn it on) - though we had little need for it. And the property landscaping, koi pond, and maintenance are beautiful. We spent some time at the pool by the ocean. Not crowded and really pleasant with great view of ocean. 2nd pool further from the beach is a little more shaded and more families with children hung out there.
Ate at Seahouse Restaurant - u can see it at other end of bay and can walk along road or beach to get there, 5-8 min walk. Very good and beautiful setting. Also had dinner at Taverna, Roy’s (best meal ever) and Pacific O’s. All had Great food and settings, and easy drives.
Highly recommend this condo. Perfect setup fir a couple!

Loved our week. The view from the unit is exactly as pictured and we couldn’t get enough of it. Loved the sound of the waves, kept the slider open all night just to enjoy every moment. The beach is beautiful and super easy to go back and forth. Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We ended up staying in for dinner more than we intended because it was so nice to be there for the sunsets and beautiful evenings. Best vacation we have had in some time, very active but also very relaxing. Wish we were still there.

We had an amazing time. The unit was just as advertised although there were alot of extras included such as spices, shampoos, sunscreen etc. The one problem we had was with the TV. We had 3 different people try to figure out the problem but eventually we had to unplug it and reset everything each time we went to turn it on.

Wow - could not imagine a better Maui accommodation. The condo is situated such that you feel as though you have a private beach when looking out the giant glass doorwall. Literally a 1-minute walk to a beautiful beach that was never too crowded, and extremely easy to hop on a road and go to a plethora of other beaches within a 3-10 minute drive. Condo itself was incredibly clean, bed was SO comfortable, and resort property was gorgeous.

Our condo was just perfect for us to celebrate our 20 yr Anniversary. Loved the location and appreciated all the beach items the owner provided. We also appreciated all the suggestions for activities and restaurants the owner provided. Because the condo was an Oceanfront location, it was perfect to have coffee each morning on the lanai to start our day, and end each day watching the amazing sunsets. Definitely will be back. A204 at Napili Shores is a great little space! We spent 2 weeks there and it was lovely. The lanai is oceanfront and the view is amazing. Leave the slider open all day and night and you hear the waves. The unit is well stocked, nicely furnished, and clean. I highly recommend A204.

The building is very old as is most the are. The view is impressive. The condo itself left us very disappointed. It’s the little things that have been forgotten. Two beach towels for a 5 day stay, old and bleach stained bath towels. Kitchen utensils old and many broken. Dishwasher very dirty and horrible smell. Needs sanitizing. TV too complicated. It won’t take much $ to improve the little things that would make a huge difference. The big sell in the listing is the view.

We had a great time on our honeymoon. The room was great. The view was fantastic. Everything was very clean and the beach supplies saved us a ton of money. The only thing to be aware of, is the housekeeper is off site so you need to call and make arrangements for cleaning and for fresh towels. The property will not supply anything.
