We had a truly wonderful stay. Check in was easy. The unit was spotless. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The view of the ocean is nice. We loved having the large deck to enjoy the breeze, have meals and watch sunsets. I had a few questions during the week and Paul was very responsive and helpful. The location is quiet, nicely located on the edge of Kihei and Wailea...close to everything you need. I hope we will be able to return!

The Palms is a beautiful condo complex. Our room was beautiful. The view was spectacular! Mountains and ocean view. The pool area was very nice. This complex is so close to everything. Shopping, restaurants, beaches, and more. I recommend this condo highly.

Just loved staying at the palms in Wailea. The condo was very spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The complex was very beautiful and serine. The location was close to many great beaches and had a nice large pool to relax in. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely would book this place again.

We had a good time at this location. The sunset views are great. The condo was clean. The check in and checkout process was easy.
Several places to eat close by. And it’s not noisy at all. Easy walk to the beach or drive to some nice secluded beach locations. Will stay here again.

Based on the photos and reviews we had very high expectations for our stay and they were still exceeded! From the communication and professionalism of the property manager to the incredible location and views! You have world class beaches, shopping and restaurants minutes away from the comforts of a luxury condo, with priceless views! There isn't a place on the island with better views of Maui's famous sunsets than right there on your lanai. Whether you're just looking to relax and recharge or for a vacation full of fun and adventure, this is the place to be!

This property was a definite 10/10. The location was wonderful, just a short distance from great beaches and convenient shopping and dining. We enjoyed watching beautiful sunsets from the lanai (outdoor patio). In addition, the pool and hot tub were so nice to enjoy at the end of the day. I was worried about only having a/c in the master bedroom but the fans with open windows was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here and plan to be back again myself.

We have been staying at the Palms of Wailea for over 5 years. The location of The Palms is what brings us back - close proximity to everything yet private, quiet and beautiful property. The unit has everything you need. Scored 2 extra beach chairs left over at the garbage area - so now a full set of four is there! You'll enjoy "coming home" to the Palms after your beach day/adventure on Maui!

We have stayed at several Palms units and this one was nice. Clean, beds comfortable. Beach chairs, umbrella, fins, beach towels and boogie boards. Parking spot very close to unit. AC in Master worked well with door closed. Ceiling fans were great and two tower fans kept it comfortable. Spent loads of time at the pool chatting with other guests. Paul was very accommodating with early checkin request which was much appreciated after a long flight. We had a very nice visit.

Located close to the beach and within 5 minutes of all of our favorite places in Maui. The views off the balcony were amazing and the area is beautiful. The host was very good at communicating with us. We will definitely book this one again.

Enjoyed our Wailea vacation with it's ocean view, well stocked kitchen and close proximity to the pool, beaches and golf. Appreciated the owner's responsiveness. Good fans throughout but living area got very warm in the afternoon. Still had a good time.

Great location with an outstanding view! The overall layout of the unit makes it feel very spacious. The corner unit with lanai makes the unit impressive. Clean and well stocked with amenities. The beds were comfortable. Pool area is gorgeous. Loved having the use of beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, bogie boards and coolers. We chose to drive to the beaches but all are very close with available parking. We would highly recommend a stay here. Past guests give recommendations on activities, places to dine, and favorite beaches they have discovered in a little guest book in the unit.

I would stay here again if I ever go back. The condo was clean, well stocked, and had one of the best views of the sunset in the entire development from the Lanai. Very close (5 min walk) to a great beach that was much less crowded than other beaches on the island. Location to other beaches and southern Wailea was very convenient.
I sure hope I can make it back there some day!

Great little condo. Kind of funky and different, and has a fabulous Lanai with a great view. Owner might want to check kitchen area and replace a few things like a trash can, pans, etc. But we really enjoyed our time here!

The Palms at Wailea is a lovely established facility. The grounds are well maintained and the swimming pool is clean and wonderful. It is a quiet spot located a very short drive to a spectacular beach and to a variety of shops including grocery stores and excellent coffee places. We have communicated with the owner directly regarding further feedback.

My family and I visited Maui in late July, early August. The location in Wailea was perfect, the property is beautiful, and this particular unit was amazing. The information provided in the property review doesn't really do it justice. It was perfect for our family of 4, which includes 2 teenagers that are basically adults. The unit was well stocked and super clean. Internet service was reliable. It is close to the local beaches, the mall and restaurants. The property manager was so easy to work with. He was quick to respond to any questions and also allowed us a late check-out - which was really nice since we had a late departing flight. We will definitely stay here again, and absolutely recommend this location.

Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful condo! It is very well located and has a AMAZING view from the lanai. It is the main reason why I booked the condo. We had dinner outside and watched the sunset and also the sunrise on some of the days. Can’t wait to come back! My family and I agree 8 days isn’t enough. We need to stay a month or so… oh well… back to reality. Mahalo!
