Overall a good stay (right before the fires) however the furnishings are very dated. The kitchen was lacking some needed utensils (ex. pizza cutter, kitchen scissors, etc.). The living room furniture needs an overhaul! The laundry closet door was very difficult to open/close and came off the tracks often. The location was excellent and it was so nice to sit with a cup of coffee and look out over the beautiful blue ocean. It would be nice to be able to lock the patio door when entering/leaving, instead of having to walk around the building.

We too were very happy with the location. Pools are great, and easily accessible beach is steps away and the sunset view are breathtaking. We were really happy with the beach supplies that were present in the condo chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc as well as the baby supplies, travel crib, baby chair, bathtub, all were lifesavers. The hotel itself is very well maintained and clean. The live music was also a hit and was so nice to hear from our backyard @ night. I really wanted to give the space five stars, but I've been to Maui multiple times and stayed at various locations around the island so I feel obligated to express a few peeves about the property/condo. The facility is VERY particular about who is staying the hotel side of the building versus who is staying in the condo side of the building I requested a map of hotel and they wouldn't give me one because I wasn't staying in the hotel side.
Be forewarned the grills are in an extremely awkward and honestly difficult and inconvenient location to get to with a very small stone path walkway in and out. I agree with other comments that this particular condo is outdated. It was clean (enough) aside from a very noticeable stain on very uncomfortable pull out bed.
Lastly, a minor inconvenience but we could not make the TV work. It did not work the entire time we were there, I tried everything spent ample time on YouTube and googling trying to fix it, notified the condo owner and housekeeper. It never got fixed.

The location and property are great. The condo is dated, but it really does not affect the comfort of the place. It was equipped with some beach stuff, including beach chairs, but they were old and one was broken. There is a booth on site for beach supply rental… chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. The bar and food on site was good and reasonably priced. The pools are very nice, seating can be difficult at times at the main pool. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for ease of use (1st floor), location (on beach, across from pool/bar/food) and comfort. This will be the 1st place I look up if we return to Maui.

This place was the perfect location for us. The ground floor made access easy. We were a dozen step to the pool and pool bar and a dozen steps to the ocean. This spot was perfect for sunsets and relaxing on the patio in the mornings. The rooms were spacious. We loved everything about it! This is where we will stay for any returning trips.

The location was perfect for four adults. Close to the beach and pools and on the ground level. The beach club restaurant was excellent. Had their Thursday night prime rib special.
The unit is an older unit but very comfortable and well furnished. Did a lot of our own cooking. Good shopping across the street and best cinnamon buns to the left a half a block. Easy to get to Whaler's Village and Lahania. About a 45 minute drive to the airport.. The owner Simone was very responsive.

Loved this place! Right close by to grocery store. Great amenities in our unit with lots of beach stuff. The location of the unit was fabulous as we were super close to both pools and the beach. Great communication with the owner and they were super responsive. Would highly recommend.

Great condo perfectly located by swimming pool and beach. Condo had everything we needed and was exactly as described. We loved being on the ground floor and extending our lanai area onto the grass. We also enjoyed the live music from the restaurant and pool area in addition to the nightly sunsets from our lanai. Lastly, our Teens loved having the boogie boards that were also available in the unit. Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was perfectly located, just steps away from the pool and a few more steps to the beach. Our family loved the easy access to condo on the ground floor. We could hear the live music from the restaurant right from our lanai! The condo was spacious for our family of 4 and can well equipped with beach toys and accessories. My only recommendation would have been to have a few more kitchen amenities, like dish towels and paper towels for guests like us who use the kitchen and cook most of their meals. Other thank that, we can’t wait to reserve this unit again!

This condo is absolutely perfect!! The ground floor lanai was magical as we sat there and enjoyed the ocean waves in the evening! The pools are perfect for not the adults and kiddos and it’s close to so many wonderful places on Maui! We will definitely book this condo again!

We absolutely love this property. The owners and staff are amazing. Our only real issue was we got locked out one night due to the key pad battery dying. Which I understand is completely out of anyones control but it left us stranded outside in the rain with our children at night. I immediately called the resort but they told us they were unable to help due to that it is privately owned. I believe they should be able to help in case of emergency. When on vacation I don’t typically carry my phone and the only way to get into the condo in this situation is to contact the owner or housekeeper so lucky I had my phone on me this time otherwise we would have had to sleep outside. We still were stuck outside having to wait for a long time. I think there should be a better back up plan for this type of situation.

This property was perfect for our stay. The location is amazing, right by the pool, steps from the beach and on the 1st floor. The condo was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogies boards, pickleball rackets and more. We didn't want for anything! The suggested outings/recommendations for places to go and see and eat at were thoughtful and very much appreciated. The location is perfect with a food trucks right there and a great strip mall right across the street. Simone is a wonderful host and I would highly recommend this property. I want to go back now!!!

The condo is perfectly set with all the necessities. Lanai with a view for coffee or meals. Steps from the pool, bar and restaurant. Gorgeous beach access for strolls, swimming and sunsets. Easy access to market and stores across the street. I would definitely come again.

We enjoyed our stay here! Good communication with Simone. There was a plumbing situation when we arrived but she sent someone to fix it right away. Nice roomy place as pictured. Second room is smaller than I thought but still worked ok.
There was a beach at our stay (they say it comes and goes) so we swam a bit but there were a lot of rocks under the water! We enjoyed the pools and at night there were tiki torches going and Hawaiian music playing. We had to pay for parking which I hadn’t realized and the gym was also an extra fee so we skipped that! Would recommend this unit! Mahalo!

This condo is the perfect location for a family that want to go back and forth from pool to condo to beach . Located right across from the restaurant as well . One night there was even live music and we didn’t have to go try and get a table because our lanai was so close! The owners also provide plenty of beach towels, chairs, children’s beach stuff, rolling cooler and more. We will defiantly be going back.

This was a fantastic location. The two bedroom ground floor condo was big enough for 4 adults and two teenagers (sleeping on the hide-a-bed). Being on the ground floor allowed us to expand our area to outdoors which made it feel so much bigger. The ability to hit the pools right outside your back door was a great benefit. The beach wasn't present during our stay, apparently it all but disappears during certain times of year, but everything else made up for it.

My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress of the sleeper sofa.

We have stayed at this resort before but first time in this particular unit. It was very close to the ocean, with a nice patio that never got direct sunlight! We spent a lot of time on the patio - the furniture there was also quite nice. The unit was very clean. . The condo is also right across from the pool making it quite convenient. We like this resort for it's location - close to Lahaina and Kaanapali Beach. There is a grocery store within walking distance. The downfall is that there is no beach here but it is very close by walking through the parking lot. The unit had beach chairs (only 3) for use. The second bedroom and bathroom are a bit small. The unit overall was a bit "worn" but we didn't spend much time inside. We would stay here again..

Our children don't sleep well in the same bed, so having separate beds for them was amazing. It was very spacious and when we had rain our entire extended family could hang out in the living room. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.

The lid is a nice unit on the ground floor directly across from the pool complex and restaurant/bar. Noise was not a problem.
A/C did not function properly on arrival but one call to Simone and we had a technician onsite within the hour. Worked fine the rest of our stay. Very responsive. I would recommend for a couple or small family that wants easy access to amenities
