Our stay at this condo was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Location of the property was perfect, close to restaurant and food trucks, short drive to beach and whalers village. We had an amazing vacation !

Four friends and I had an absolutely delightful stay at this wonderful location. The breathtaking view of the beach and pool from our fourth-floor balcony was truly amazing. We enjoyed some great moments playing pickleball using the complimentary equipment and even participated in a refreshing swimercise class, which provided an excellent workout.
The location couldn't have been more perfect, allowing us to safely stroll to nearby restaurants and shops. We also explored many of the beautiful sites around the island, including Haleakala, Hana, Iao State Park, and Kahului.
Without a doubt, we would love the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you for providing such a fantastic experience!

This unit is filthy. Tons of roaches, dust and dirt. The online listing is not accurate of the unit at all. The unit and furniture are rundown. There is accumulated dirt everywhere. Mold in the shower. The unit has not been cleaned properly in a very long time, if ever. I would rate it negative if possible. Have video of the roaches crawling all over the kitchen and closet doors. Not enough words to express the disappointment and disgust.

The condo was perfect for our family of five. The furnishings were great and the beach umbrellas, chairs and cooler came in handy at the beach. AC worked great and kept things cool at night. It would have been warm without it. The property is beautiful, well maintained and they seemed to have events for the guests each day. We would definitely stay here again.

Having recently returned from a trip to Maui, I am already looking forward to returning.
When I stepped inside, the condo welcomed me with an immaculate, well-maintained interior that instantly made me feel at home. Every corner was spotless, and the overall cleanliness was commendable. You could tell that the owners took great pride in maintaining their property, and it added an extra layer of comfort and peace of mind to my stay.
The ocean views from this condo were simply breathtaking. Day or night, the expansive blue canvas of the Pacific Ocean would captivate me, offering serenity and natural beauty that photos can't do justice. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the sea from the balcony became my favorite daily ritual.
Adding to the condo's appeal was the soothing, quiet ambiance it offered. Even though the location was easily accessible and close to some of the best attractions Maui has to offer, the peacefulness was unparalleled. The atmosphere provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore was a lullaby in the evening and an inspiring symphony in the morning.

Stop looking! Great property! Accommodating for all of us. Only one bathroom but that wasn’t an issue for us. The view is beautiful. The pictures online were accurate. I would recommend not eating at the food trucks in walking distance. They were not good. Beautiful beaches everywhere and definitely close by.

This is a great option for those looking to stay on the western side of Maui. The location is convenient to exploring western Maui as well as visiting Lanai nearby. There are great thrift shops and an amazing seafood market where we were able to cook some amazing meals with the sun setting in the background. We loved starting our day with coffee on our balcony and enjoyed having the full kitchen and grills by the pool.
The condo was very clean and had all the amenities needed to enjoy our vacation. We look forward to staying here again and recommending to friends!

This property was perfect for us. Close to Kanapali beach, Lahaina and walkable to grocery store. We also walked to the food trucks down the block which were very good. Good set up for teens in the loft and parents in back bedroom.

My friend and I enjoyed our time at this property. The location is far enough away from the larger resorts that it feels super intimate but still has wonderful amenities on-site and is walking distance to my favorite grocer and fish market in the neighborhood. The condo itself is clean and well appointed. Can’t wait to return!

Papakea Resort was beautiful with immaculate landscaping. This was our third trip to Maui and found this location to be close to everything. Food trucks were great just walking distance a block away.
The cleanliness of the condo a bit disappointing. Shower had mildew and collective dust throughout condo. Tripped over corner of rug several times that stuck up considerably. The worst of it all was the A/C on an egg timer on the wall that had a 6 hour limit. Had to get up at 3 to 4:00 in morning to turn the egg timer for more A/C time.

Location, property grounds and condo layout super. Beds are comfy and air conditioning in each room was great. Kitchen is well stocked and the lanai was perfect. Could use a 1/2 bath upstairs but we knew from online description that there wasn’t one. Would choose this place again!

We loved our time here. The home was exactly as described and suited our family with our two young adult children perfectly . The suite is well appointed, well located, clean, comfortable , quiet and beach gear and cooler were great. Lisa was very accommodating to our group and incredibly responsive . The resort property is lovely, sunsets from the sea wall were beautiful . The resort is so well situated to access all of the Kaanapali and Lahaina area in minutes . We used as a base to explore other parts of Maui as well.

We stayed in Lisa's condo for 3 weeks and enjoyed it very much. She was very communicative, her condo was clean and updated, and there is a view of the water where you can see whales on a calm day. On one occasion, we needed a couple more towels and within hours we had a huge stack left in our room. Thanks for sharing your condo and being a great host!

We loved this property. Our 3 kids had the upstairs loft and it was so cozy and nice for them to have their own space. The condo is well stocked, clean and comfortable. High floor ocean view is gorgeous. We loved the pool and hot tub, will have to hit the pickleball courts on our next visit. Location was excellent - a quick drive to a variety of gorgeous beaches as well as shopping and activities at Kaanapali. Easy walk from the condo to a variety of good, casual restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. the adjacent ABC store makes great sandwiches and snacks for a beach picnic!

Nicely remodeled space. The loft creates even more space than we needed, the stairs leading to the loft are carpeted. The view is one of the best in the complex. Close to Times Supermarket for poke and many nice beaches and restaurants nearby. Mahalo!

Everything about our experience staying here has been perfect! From the minute we booked, we received information on traveling to Maui to prepare us and Lisa is very quick with any communication. The home has spectacular views and every detail is thought out. Kitchen is fully stocked, bath and beach towels stocked, AC and fans fully working, and the best part is the view! First a bit about the owner, Lisa. We first booked this condo in the summer of 2019 to stay in July of 2020. We all know what happened in 2020! The owner could not have been any more accommodating during the whole process of dealing with Covid. She pushed back the due date of our final payment several times as the travel bans were extended and we ultimately had to postpone our trip until 2021. I am so grateful for the way Lisa handled the whole thing from her immediate response to the scheduling flexibility. It really made what could have been a stressful experience a breeze.
Now onto the condo, it is exactly how it’s pictured! Clean, well appointed, great view, quiet resort. It was a perfect home base for our trip. It includes 4 beach chairs for us to use (not the cheap ones either) which was great because we went to a different beach every day. Everything you need is close with a grocery store and shopping center within walking distance.
You will not find a better place for the price! What are you waiting for? Just book this unit!!!

What a great find, this unit, in a wonderful little resort. We were so pleased when we walked in the door and found the immaculate, bright, well equipped condo. The view is fantastic. We loved watching the sunset every night. Communication with the owner was very prompt. The property is so well kept. The pool area was wonderful. We will definitely look to coming back in the future. This is a hidden gem.

We really enjoyed our stay in H402. The condo was clean and comfortable. We cooked most meals at home and it had all of the cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. that we needed. It had snorkel gear, boogie boards, and other beach stuff that made our stay really easy. Our twin boys (age 7) absolutely loved the amenities at Papakea (pools, shuffleboard, pickle ball, tennis, putting greens). The location was great for us as it’s across the street from the Times grocery store and a short wall to many spots that have great happy hours. Communication with Lisa was smooth and easy. Highly recommend!
