We visited the area with family members that were participating in the Ironman tournament. This condo was very comfortable and the location was perfect. The only negative for us in this situation was the limitation of visitor parking at the complex.

We were very happy with the accommodations, and they were exactly as described and then some. Kristi was easy to get in touch with (text) and there were no issues at all which is exactly how you would like your vacation to go. We have stayed on the islands many times, and this is by far the best property that we have experienced. The condo is very new from furniture to bedding and the kitchen area is very well stocked. Pool was a very nice feature as well.
Appreciated the cold beverages the evening we arrived. Thanks for your hospitality - Dean

We enjoyed our three week stay very much. Condo is wonderfully equipped and organized. Had everything we needed for cooking. Very nice to have Kona coffee supplied. Beautiful quiet golf course views. Great for walking. Gorgeous pool. Would recommend that the children’s pool be better advertised for all guests. One morning we had five kids under 4 in the pool. The parents didn’t even know there was a kids pool. Would be nice if it was an adult pool and kids in the other pool. Other than that we loved it all and would love to stay here again.

This property was beautiful. Each floor was well decorated, had plenty of space, and was well furnished. The property was quite nice, and we enjoyed the pools, hot tub, and that it was a gated community. We were able to walk to the beach and the Kings and Queens marketplaces, and the room was well stocked with beach items. When we had one question during our stay, the host responded immediately. Thank you for letting us stay in such a beautiful home!

I have stayed in this complex 5 times over the last 10 years, in different condos each time. This was by far, our best experience. The condo was beautiful, well equipped with kitchen/cooking supplies as well as beach supplies. Had a small issue during our visit, and the owner responded right away and was very helpful with a solution. I will definitely seek out this condo for our next visit.

Communication from the owner was great from the start. Plenty of information and tips for the surrounding areas. House was very clean, full of amenities for a great stay beds were super comfy, the art decor was also lovely to look at. Great location, close to the shops :) Would highly recommended.

I love the Waikoloa area and this was my first time staying at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. The condo was very spacious and the décor is very island style. I was impressed with how clean the place felt when we arrived. It was very easy to communicate with the owners. The amenities were great and you can't beat the location within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the Waikoloa resort area. Definitely would recommend and will stay here again.

We stayed for 10 days at the condo and it was a great place for our family. When we arrived it was very clean and the artwork on the walls is beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked and directions on how to operate all the systems was clearly listed in the welcome book. We loved our time on the big island and this was a very nice spot to stay while we explored all the beautiful beaches in the area. The community pool wasn’t heated and that was my only complaint because it was really too cold to stay in for more than a few minutes. We were mostly at the beach anyway.

A truly wonderful experience! Christie was so helpful with recommendations and check in information was super clear. The gated Colony villas was so beautiful, had an amazing pool and was close to everything. Highly recommend a rental vehicle to explore the island. The Villa had great amenities and the snorkel and beach gear were a plus!

Excellent ! I couldn’t even put into words how excellent this place is. The condo has everything you could ever need, the hosts are great, easy to get a hold of. The size is amazing never feeling on top of each other. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very large! Close walk to the pool, privacy to your own lanai and large green area behind.

Overall experience was very good. Artificial plants could use a little dusting. But that’s probably quite difficult to do. Found an old piece of bubble gum stuck to the bedspread in master bedroom. Could’ve been easy to miss though. Thank you

This place was perfect for my husbands and my 10 day Hawaiian get away! It’s location was on a very quiet golf course on the north west side of the big island. Very spacious, clean, well appointed, had a tennis court (which we used most days) and a beautiful pool. The Villas are in a great spot for visiting all of the beautiful beaches on the Kohala coast and there are amazing restaurants as well. The host, Kristi answered any questions with lightning speed and had excellent recommendations for restaurants. We’ll definitely try to stay here again! I do a lot of research when I plan a trip and I’m super happy that I found this jewel!

This Villa was super awesome! Beautiful white sand beaches with very clear water nearby and a shopping center with a grocery store, shopping and a deli all in one location and many other stores and restaurants in Waikoloa Village, which is only a 10 minute drive or less. The Villa was very clean and the air-conditioner was perfect with many ceiling fans. A large refrigerator and stove and all necessary glasses, dishes and silverware. Beautiful view from the upstairs bedroom balcony with comfortable seating on the balcony. The pictures are very accurate! The Villa is so beautiful and comfortable that you don't want to leave. Our family would stay there again in a heartbeat! Really, don't even bother with other Condos or Villas. Believe me, I spent hours and hours looking at hundreds of places. Just stay here. You won't regret it. Also, extremely good communication with the owner via text message. The replies were usually instant or within a few minutes. I know what I am talking about because I have stayed in Condos, Homes and Villas all over the world including New Zealand and Australia.

I loved this place. One of the cleanest and best stocked places I've ever been. Kristi was great to communicate with. I liked this place so much I didn't want to leave! I will definitely stay here next time I'm in this area. I liked how modern everything was....the AC worked great and there were fans too. I hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was nicely decorated, very clean, and had all the kitchen amenities that we needed (I especially liked being able to use the rice cooker and blender). The air conditioning was a blessing too after a hot day in the sun. The location is perfect for getting to the beautiful white sand beaches nearby. Kristi was great with communication and providing all the information needed. I definitely recommend this place and would hope to come back to it when we visit the island again.

This condo was very clean. The location was great. We enjoyed walking to the coast each day to see the sunset. It was a very short walk on the golf path. We felt safe because the community is gated. The kitchen was well stocked so this made meal prepping and cooking easy. We are an active middle aged couple who took advantage of all the hiking on the island. The condo was perfect to come back to in the evenings to get a good nights sleep. The comfortable outdoor furniture was a plus because we sat there each morning to drink coffee and each evening to eat dinner. We highly recommended this condo.

This was my first time to the island of Hawaii. I’ve been to Lanai, Maui, Kauai and Oahu twice. This was also my first time on VRBO. My family had a wonderful stay, we didn’t want to leave! The location was central to so many beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants and the condo was great, it really felt like home. We made so many wonderful family memories and some new friends! Check in & out was easy and the was owner accessible. We would be more than happy to visit again.
