This was the perfect spot to use as our homebase for our week in Maui. In a quiet, residential neighborhood, but only minutes away from the action. House and pool were very clean, communication with the host was timely, easy, and friendly. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend for a group of friends or family looking for a little calmness.

Lots of room for 8 people (4 couples). Close to stores and restaurants but yet nice quiet neighborhood. Kihei is a very nice place and some really close beaches to house.
Andrew(owner) was very nice about meeting us and going over the do’s and don’ts.

There were a number of reasons we chose to stay at Andrew's home, and the reality beat the expectation on all of them. Check-in was quick and thorough, Andrew is extremely personable. He had thorough recommendations available in his guest book, and they included some of the highlights of our trip. Andrew even texted me to remind us of the weekly tsunami siren tests so we wouldn't be concerned when they went off.
All amenities are undersold in the listing. Pillows, blankets, etc were all extremely comfortable. The backyard is a mini-paradise, and while I knew it would be private, it felt like it's own little island.
This is an awesome little slice of paradise, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone considering staying on Maui. We'll be back sooner than later.
NOTE - I also feel compelled to mention here that the locals and businesses we interacted with were all grateful to have us enjoying their island. Nothing but the Aloha Spirit all around. If you are currently holding off on making a reservation due to Maui's recovery efforts, your thoughtfulness will only be more meaningful when on the island supporting their economy.

This place has a beautiful and tranquil backyard with a pool, spa and barbecue area. With four large bedrooms, it is perfect for multi-generational family vacations.
It's also close to Ulua beach which is a great swimming and snorkeling location.

We had 3 generations vacationing in Maui for a week and the house was perfect. Everyone had their own space, large couches for lounging, nice kitchen and large dining. The pool and spa were a nice addition when not at the beach.

From the minute we walked in, we knew we’d picked the right property for our family! The home is recently updated and incredibly comfortable. And the outside is truly a slice of Hawaiian paradise! Andrew’s place is fantastic! It’s perfectly located near beaches and shops and has all the amenities you could ask for. We had a total of 3 couples and there was more than enough space for everyone. The pool is next level. It was so nice to come back from the beach and enjoy some pool time before dinner. Andrew was super helpful and went over everything about the house when we arrived which answered any questions we would have had. I can’t recommend this house enough. Now just need to figure out when we’ll be back for our next stay.

Andrew was great to work with for our group of 8. Really enjoyed the house to unwind and hang out with family and friends- watching football from the heated pool was A+! This house exceeded our expectations. The house is absolutely beautiful. The listing was extremely accurate in all that is there. We were very appreciative of all the beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear. The house was the perfect size for our two families with 6 boys ages 15, 11, 9. Can’t believe we really reached the day to check out, but all good things have to end.
Andrew was easy to communicate with from the time of booking to check out. 10 stars for this rental landlord.
