My husband and I stayed in this unit for just two nights. The location was perfect to walk to restaurants, shops, beach, etc. The unit was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. It is right off the elevator, which was very convenient and extremely quiet...we heard no noise in the unit. The view was incredible and very peaceful to sit out on the balcony with our morning coffee. We would definitely return to this unit! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Only complaints are no dishwasher and not a single drawer for clothes. Had them laid out on desk and ironing board.

The location is perfect! The check-in/check-out process is the best. The parking options are plentiful nearby. We can watch the fantastic sunset from the balcony. The condo is clean. The sofa is too soft for the kids, but they don't complain. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and will go back. Thank you.

This was a perfect location and conveniently located close to the Marina parking garage. We had an amazing view for the fireworks on Friday night! Super clean condo, responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!

The people upstairs shook out their towels with sand that landed on the lanai and the table. Also somwthing from upstairs left corner leaked onto the lanai. That corner at top is rusted, you should check it out.
We loved your condo and will recommend it to family and friends.

Need updated, mattress lumpy, Needs TLC,Faucets need a good cleaning, receptacles need work and unit Edneeds a good detailing. Misleading not on Waikiki beach! Needs a dishwasher, Hand washing dishes is not sanitary enough!

When we rent a place while on vacation, the criteria I look at to know that it's somewhere I will be comfortable staying are: clean bathroom, no mould in shower/tub area or on shower curtains, nice towels; comfortable bed, nice pillows, fresh, crisp sheets; clean kitchen (first thing I look at is the inside of the refrigerator. I was delighted to see that this unit checked off all of my boxes. My husband and I had a wonderful stay, it was exactly as pictured. The only thing that could be improved is to have a chest of drawers to put clothing that doesn't need to be hung up in (we had to keep these items in our luggage and access them from there, which I don't like to do when I am on vacation - I don't like to see my luggage from the time I unpack at our destination until the time I pack to go back home. The other thing that would have been nice given that there was no chest of drawers, is more hangers in the closet (there were only about 10, of various types - wire, plastic, wooden) - I think that could be improved by having more hangers and make them all the same type so the closet looks just like at home.
Fred was very accommodating and helpful when we decided to extend our stay after we had already booked and paid the deposit. He is very easy to deal with. The final note is that the cost to stay in this unit was very reasonable, compared to other similar units, which we also appreciated.

This property blew my expectations away - the view from your balcony is absolutely stunning! I seriously couldn’t recommend this unit more for a couple - great atmosphere, beautiful pool and a 15-20 min walk from the main strip of Waikiki.
Additionally, Fred was very communicative and highly professional throughout the booking process and answered any questions we had whether it ranged from entry into hawaii, or general unit questions.

After our time there, we compiled a few helpful tips that may be beneficial for the next guests in this unit:
- Bring baking sheets if you plan on cooking. In addition, there aren’t any measuring spoons so if you need those make sure you pack them or buy them.
- If you are staying for longer than a week, I would recommend booking an additional cleaning service. With the amount of sand you track from the beach, sometimes you need a little more than the broom provided.
- Bring beach towels.
- Bring reusable bags for shopping.

Our home away from home was everything we read about and expected. The room was perfect for the two of us. The view was spectacular. I would definitely recommend this property. Don't forget to bring binoculars to see the surfers from your large lanai. The extras such as the chait and back pack in the hall closet were a nicd surprise when going to the beach or lagoon. We met a lot of interesting people from all over. You can walk to many places or grab an Uber. I can't think of a more beautiful place to celebrate life and would definitely come back to Room 1402.

This place is exactly as described. Super clean. View was awesome.
The location was great. The area around the building wasn’t super busy, just they way we like it. We rented a car and used the parking lot for the marina as suggested and it worked out great.
The bed was comfortable and provided a restful night sleep
All the pots/pans/utensils needed to cook were provided. There were no spices and such as with other rentals I’ve stayed in, but that was easily remedied by grabbing some salt and pepper packets at one place we did take out.
The bathroom was good with plenty of hot water and water pressure. Four sets of towels were provided.
We used some of the other provided amenities, the iron, steamer, and the most useful item by far was the beach caddy.
The unit is close to the elevator, laundry, and trash room, but we were never disturbed by them at all.
Nothing really to complain about at all about this apartment. If I had to find one thing it would be that there are no exhaust fan in the bathroom for the shower, but we just showered with the bathroom door open.
If my travels bring me back to Hawaii I will 100% stay here again.

You can’t beat the view of the place as it looks right onto the marina and the ocean. The ilikai is a great spot because of the location in Waikiki. Also, downstairs there are breakfast and lunch spots and a dinner spot on the rooftop. There are also two pools! Check-in process was super easy and efficient and the space was great for two people - would definitely stay again.

This ocean front suite is perfect for 2! The photos were exactly what is pictured. About a 15 min walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach and lagoon. The only thing I would note to others is this suite only comes with basic amenities like tp, soap, paper towels. We didn’t need to buy any for our week long stay but for longer trips you will need to stock up. But other than that zero complaints! Thanks!

There are so many beautiful properties in hawaii but my husband and I fell in love with this one. The pictures don't do it justice the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We came on our honeymoon and the space was perfect what we wanted. We had everything we needed in the room. The hotel is local to everything an ABC store across the street for small groceries two malls located with a 15 to 20 min walk restaurants all around the property. On Friday nights they have a hula show and Sundays a band u can watch from ur balcony. We were sad to leave but if we happen to come back definitely would stay here again!
