The property is clean, comfortable, and spacious. I stayed with my husband, 89-year old mother, and a good friend. We all felt that we had enough space for privacy, as well as for spending time together.

6 of us came down from Canada for a week getaway. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Simply opened the door and everything was there to just relax and unwind.
Great location, walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants etc., The house was clean, and when I did need to communicate with the owner they were quick to respond. We all would stay here again, and hopefully soon

The house and property were exactly as described. They were clean and close to the beach (walking distance). We spent a lot of time on the back deck eating meals and just enjoying the nice weather and birds.
The only issue we had was with the front steps. One member of our party fell down the steps on to the concrete. We noticed a few of the boards were broken and loose, which may have caused the fall. There are handrails but they are on the sides of the house, whereas, the steps come out in an arc so there's no handrails if you're walking directly away from the house.

We were a multigenerational family staying for 2 weeks at this location. The house was large enough for our group of 6 and had plenty of seating area both inside and outside. The air conditioning worked very well (and is now available in all bedrooms!) and did quickly cool down the house so that it was not necessary to leave it on while gone. The lanai was large and comfortable - it was nice to spend early mornings and evenings outside. We did find that although the house was clean, there is some general maintenance and upkeep that should be addressed. The owners responded quickly the few times we had a question. If you plan to buy groceries, we recommend a Costco run. We really enjoyed the poke from Tamura's Fine Wines and the Guadalajara Taco Truck. We can also recommend a surf lesson and/or renting a board from the Surf Shack which is within walking distance from the house (and from there you can walk to the beach with your board).

This was the perfect house for our family of 4! Close to everything! Could walk to eat or shop in Kihei! Nice relaxing patio area and they provided all of the beach gear you could possibly need! Definitely recommend!

Amazing unit with lots of space for 6 people, good AC and ceiling fans, very well stocked, and located near lots of good food, groceries, and beaches! The unit also included beach chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment, and a wagon which was an awesome bonus! Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Laura for an amazing stay! :D

We were a family of five with 2 parents, one adult child and two teens. Though it would have been nice if there was a roll away or futon option so two kids didn't have to share a bed, we sorted that by having one kid sleep on the huge couch. The house had condiments, spices stocked (awesome cause I hate buying those to cook with and then throw away) extra sun screen, beach towels, snorkeling gear and beach chairs! All of that was VERY appreciated! House had separate air conditioners in each room which was great and had a private little yard, though you don’t see that when you initially drive up, as you arrive at the side of the house and there is a little in law unit in front. House is walkable to food and beach, overall we loved it. Mahalo!

We are 5 older adults and really enjoyed our stay at this house. It has a great lanai with comfortable furniture, so we spent a lot of time on the deck. Every day we watched the many birds in the surrounding and neighboring gardens as we read, hung out and slept on the lanai. We swam twice a day at Charley Young beach (which is a great beach), a five minute drive or 10 minute walk. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen had everything we needed. Also really appreciated the A/C when temps were a bit toasty. Walked to coffee and lunches. Foodland is nearby, so easy to shop for food. It was a lot of fun being in Kihei and close to the beach parks where we walked daily. Highly recommend this house and Laura, the owner, was very responsive with any concerns we had. Also the beds were very comfortable.

Our family Mum, Dad and 13 yo Jack visited from Melb Aust. It was nearly 20 years since we had stsyed in Maui.
House worked really well. 8 minute walk to any number of restaurants and across the road from there the beach. Everything we needed was in house, very comfortable for our 10 day stay. Laura was very helpful and gave good info to help. We would have no hesitation returning

We loved the house and Kihei. Very comfortable for our family of six. There’s tons of amazing beaches just short drives away. We also did resort pass for a few days to have pool access while we where here. Best of both worlds. It was a great trip!

The home was the ideal place and location for our stay on Maui. Walking distance to beaches, eating locations and shopping. Home fit our needs perfectly and sets in a very quiet location. Will recommend to anyone looking for a place in that area. Hope to someday go back to this rental again.

We stayed at this property for 8 nights and travelled mainly for my mother in law's milestone birthday. There were 6 adults, which is comfortable for 3 bedrooms.
We spent most of our time (when we are home) out in the beautiful lanai. Unfortunately, and out of the control of our host, a big tree was being cut next to the house, during our stay. It took 2.5 days of our total stay, where we heard chainsaws for hours and it actually deterred us from hanging out in the lanai due to the excessive noise. We wish we would have known so we could have planned our days accordingly. But the host apparently did not know either, so no notice could be provided.
Nonetheless, we had a very pleasant stay. The first morning, the coffee maker was dripping super slowly and I messaged the host telling her we've tried all we can and the machine just seems to be broken. That very same afternoon, she delivered a brand new coffee maker on our doorstep. Which was very much appreciated, as 4 of the 6 adults operated on coffee. :)
The place was walking distance to the beach, some bars, my personal favorite breakfast place Kihei Caffe. We caught the sunset every night at the beach at 5:54 pm and it was always spectacular.

Lovely home in gorgeous Kihei, everything you need for a relaxing break away. We particularly loved the outside space and that we could wander down to the shops, cafes and restaurants so easily.

We loved our stay. The property was a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the strip with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants even an area with food trucks. We surfed every morning just down at the end of the street. The property was very comfortable for six adults, Mum, Dad and 2 adult daughters with their partners.

My husband, two kids (10yo and 12yo) and I stayed here for 7 nights and absolutely loved our trip! The property was very clean, we all slept like a rock on the comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen (I cook a lot, so this was much appreciated), the lanai was amazing to enjoy early mornings on the hammock, or enjoying breakfast and dinner outside. The location was good as well, 15-20min from the airport or Wailea and ~40min from Lahaina. Safeway was 5min away and the beach is within walking distance to watch the sunsets. We traveled to a different beach each day and at the mid point went to Iao Valley state park for a morning hike in the jungle, which was ~20min drive. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was as advertised. Our stay was in early February and we had our daughter's family with us, so 4 adults and 2 kids age 7 and almost 2. The house worked well for our group and was well-stocked. Beach chairs, towels, toys were appreciated. Beaches are close enough that we could return for meals and nap time. The lanai is big and overlooks a beautiful little yard and was perfect for hanging out. Grandkids had fun spotting geckos in the bushes. We took a whale-watching ride out of Lahaina that was incredible for all ages. Whales could also be spotted from shore spouting and even breaching. Very cool. There is a botanical garden down the road that is worth a visit. We would definitely rent this house again.

The house was a good size for our family (4 adults and a toddler). We had a few issues upon arrival that the manager and owner dealt with promptly and courteously. The beach supplies were used several times during our stay (loved the turkish towels that the owner provided!). Enjoyed sitting on the lanai for several meals and just relaxing between outings.

The house is conveniently situated between the Piilani highway and the ocean. Parking for the 2nd vehicle is a bit tight. Kitchen/great room worked well for our family, meal prep was easy. The lanai was enjoyable with dining table and plenty of outdoor seating, dinner after sunset was lovely, and we were usually joined by the locals (geckos).

It was very comfy. Lovely property with plenty amenities. Some of my friends complained about the temperature in the rooms since there was no A/c units in two of them. I didn’t see a problem because I grew up on an island so it’s not the end of the world. I felt like the house temp was fine. Overall I would highly recommend.

Very nice property with upgrades. Walking distance to everything. The lanai was lovely but no shade in late afternoon and early evening. Maybe adding blinds/shades would help. They do have quiet hrs listed and it might be a good idea to add doing laundry to it. The guest in the Ohona were doing laundry before 6am. Because it is shared the the washer/dryer are just below the master bath window. We were awakened by the noises.
That being said everything else was great and our family of 6 were very pleased.

This home is situated in an ideal location in Kihei, near beaches and major transit highways to get around the island. Nice, small backyard. Clean interior. Working and adequate air conditioning. Working grill but missing grill equipment. No beach towels of any significance in the house. Bicycles, water equipment are great additions. Would stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family vacation in Maui. It was super clean, well-equipped with everything we needed (even a pack and play and high chair for our 1-yr old), and perfectly located. We were able to walk to beaches and restaurants in Kihei but also convenient as we explored the island. Check in and out was really easy and Laura responded to any questions we had almost immediately in the lead up to the trip. We hope to return soon!

Our family of six (all adults) had a wonderful time in Kihei. This home was centrally located and a short walk to the beach. The water toys were enjoyed by all. A highlight of the home is the back deck. Very large and private.

We had an absolute blast!!! The property was in the perfect location for all the things we wanted to do (both walking and driving), the space was updated and clean, and communication for check in was easy.
The only thing I have to say is that I was a little sad the hammock was not available for our stay and one of the beach chairs was broken but we didn’t know until we had already gotten to the beach (not a big deal just something to know!). Other than that everything was absolutely wonderful!

The house is great and perfect for children. It’s clean, well furnished, and the back deck/yard is awesome. The living room and deck made it easy for our 3 toddlers (3, 3, 1.5) to play while we relaxed in the evening.
The rooms without air do get hot at night. The fans help but you need to keep the door open or open a window.
It was really convenient that the house includes beach gear, toys, and cooler. Laura definitely put a lot of thought into ensuring her guests are comfortable and have everything they need to enjoy the stay.
I would definitely recommend this house to families or groups of friends. Good location, walking distance to everything and Laura was extremely helpful/communicative prior to the trip!

This place was perfect for our group of six adults. There is no central air, but that might be changing. Instead there was a wall unit in the kitchen and one in the master bedroom. Fortunately there are ceiling fans and oscillating fans in the other two bedrooms, but we were forced to leave the bedroom doors open all night to keep air circulating.
The lanai was Amazing! We spent more time out there than I had expected, it was so relaxing.
There were plenty of dishes and cookware which was greatly appreciated.
The house sits back fro the road behind another small one bedroom house, which seemed strange at first, but ended up being great for privacy.
We used the boogie boards they provided which was a riot. Great location, not as touristy as Lahaina, and close enough to everything we wanted to do.
For some really good Poke I suggest Kihei Bar & Grill.
Would definitely stay there again!

The house is very nice with a great back porch to hang out in the mornings and evenings. Location is just a quarter mile or so from the beach and right in to some shopping, dining, and a huge park with lots of beach. We will stay here again.

It was convenient having all the beach gear at the house. And saved us money not having to rent any equipment. Overall impression was good. We enjoyed being in a “home” and having easy access to most things. We had two little boys, ages 3&5 and it was a perfect place for them with a protected backyard, lanai and plenty of space inside. Truly a great place for our vacation.

My wife and I stayed here with my in-laws and two 5 year olds. The owner Laura gave us a nice tour of the place when we got there and was quick to respond when we had any questions during the stay. There was plenty of room on the property for 6 people to spread out and relax - between the bedrooms, kitchen living room, deck and yard we were never cramped or in each others way (which can be really important when traveling with kids & in-laws). The place was spotless and well maintained. There are other rental units on the property but we hardly saw the other renters and did not have any trouble with noise or parking. The location is good. Definitely walkable to the beach, but we did find it easier to drive when taking the kids along. It is very nice that they have pretty much everything you would need for a day at the beach waiting for you - boards, chairs, umbrella, balls, cooler, etc. I think the place was well priced for what you get, and would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a family trip.

We really enjoyed our 9 night stay at Laura’s property. It was a great setup for a group of 5 adults and a 10 month old. We so appreciated that Laura had a pack and play and a high chair available for our use. Saved us having to rent from another company! Our favourite part of the property was the beautiful deck. It was a great place to start our day with coffee, to enjoy the weather while baby needed a nap, or end the day with a cocktail. The house was clean, extremely well equipped (all beach gear and everything we needed to cook a couple meals included), and in the perfect location. We walked to and from the beach with a stroller every day. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Laura!
