We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The setting was great, a short walk across the golf course to the forest and beach. The grounds of Turtle Bay Resort were amazing, with lots of trails and unspoiled beaches. We went on walks every day, swam in the protected beach by the hotel, and even saw a monk seal one day.
We also spent plenty of time in the very nice pool, which was right next to the unit. Usually we had it to ourselves. The unit itself was impeccably clean and completely updated.
If we ever find ourselves back in Oahu, we definitely would stay here again.

We had such a great experience staying here! It was exactly as described online. Everything was nice and you could tell it was updated. It was perfect for our little family of 4. We used the couch and the futon bed on the floor for our two kids (ages 4 and 6) and we had plenty of room. They had a lot of extras that were nice like beach chairs and an umbrella. The manager was so great! We got in really late and he was still helping make sure we got in okay. We had zero problems at all but I feel like if something would have come up he would’ve responded and fixed it right away!

I can’t recommend this place enough! My family of 3 stayed here for 4 nights, and the location was perfect. Walking distance from Turtle Bay resort, and beaches were less than 5 minute drive, as well as the famous north shore food trucks. One of our favorite amenities was beach chairs - our family went to the beach every day, and having these made our beach days more enjoyable. The condo also has very updated appliances and was very comfortable. The pool is also right next to the condo with a BBQ. Bernie and Kama were very attentive and responsive. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The property was everything we hoped it would be. Beautifully decorated, full kitchen and comfortable furniture. We were so pleased to find beach chairs and plenty of towels. We enjoyed walking out the back door and crossing the golf course to find our own solitary beach to watch wind surfers and the beautiful views. We also snorkeled at the public beach next to the resort and were lucky enough to see sea turtles. We are looking forward to returning again soon.

Everything was perfect. The bed is amazingly comfortable - lots of pillows. It felt like heaven. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well-stocked. There was even kosher salt! The outdoor box has everything you need for the beach - snorkels, flippers, floaters, boogie boards, the works! It was wonderful to be close to the amenities of Turtle Bay. This place is amazing and peaceful and so magical! With our own private back patio with access to the beach and the huge golf grounds, it was so serene and just the perfect getaway spot!

The location was secure, well kept, clean inside and out within a nice resort, pool right next to condo which was very nice to use and clean, condo was very clean, bed was comfortable and condo had everything needed for a wonderful stay! (Beach chairs, umbrella, pool floats, boogie boards, beach mats).I would totally come here again! Recommend groceries at Costco or Walmart on the way from the airport as nearby groceries costs are shockingly expensive ($8 for a head of iceberg lettuce).

This is an excellent rental. It has been renovated recently and it shows! Everything is clean and in excellent condition. The layout of the unit is nice, it is spacious, including the bathroom. It was very clean; no complaints, not even from my wife who is extra picky about cleanness! It was stocked with a lot of towels, sheets, toilet paper, kitchen stuff (dishes, utensils, pans)… etc.
The location is great, a short 10-12 min walk from the beach and right next to the pool. There is a box on the patio full of beach stuff (snorkeling equipment, mats, toys, …).
The communication with the owner/manager was very clear and prompt. They also provided additional info about the area (where to buy food. where to eat, etc).

I recently stayed at this amazing VRBO unit, and it exceeded all my expectations. It's a beautifully designed and newly renovated condo, just a short walk from the best beaches. The unit has plenty of natural light and stunning views, with a spacious and open layout that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The kitchen is updated with new appliances and granite countertops, perfect for preparing meals. The bedroom is on the ocean side, away from the parking area, and opens up to a patio overlooking the 18th fairway. One of the highlights is the enclosed private patio lanai, where I could store my beach gear and enjoy the outdoor space. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, golf, tennis, and restaurants. Bernie, the person I communicated with, was friendly and helpful, ensuring my stay was perfect. I'm grateful for the opportunity to stay at this special property and share the experience with others. Kama and Bernie were great hosts. They communicated well and the rental was very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and pickleball court. 3 boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs and towels available. Unfortunately the beach umbrella didn't hold up when it got windy. The air mattress worked fine for our son and the futon mattresses worked well for our younger kids. We would definitely come back. We could hear the neighbors upstairs but we blocked the noise with the air conditioner. No prob

My husband and I had a wonderful time spending 8 nights in this lovely condo. There was lots of room and as others have indicated the kitchen was well stocked, we have dietary restrictions and easily prepared 7 dinners and lunches, and the nearby Foodland was a quick drive to get any needed groceries.
We enjoyed being so close to the resort and took advantage of the pathways, beaches, and snorkeling. We were even fortunate enough to see a monk seal as well as nesting albatross’. Every morning we walked to the resort to have lattes from the coffee shop. It was truly a wonderful experience.
The condo was clean, nicely furnished, comfortable (especially the bed) and I felt very safe.
We wouldn’t hesitate referring it to anyone and hope to return.

They only reason we gave 4 stars to the neighborhood is because the parking spot was under a tree and the birds pooped all over the car everyday. This is by far the best place to stay we have ever experienced in Hawaii, if not all of America. The communication from the very start was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. The amenities included in the apartment are incredible. There is nothing you will need. An incredible selection of towels and toiletries, even kids toys, umbrellas, beach chairs. The apartment meant is so well equipped. In addition, the photos do not do this place justice. Heaps of room, super comfortable. The location cannot be beaten. Walking distance to so many great places. Beautiful beaches. Walking trails through the resort grounds. Even the complex has great amenities (awesome pool located just around the corner) and is beautifully landscaped.
I will stay here again and again and again.

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful property for three nights in May and had a wonderful time. Located one minute by car from Turtle Bay Resort property we had access to most of the resort amenities at 1/3 of the cost. The unit was exactly as pictured on VRBO and was stocked with everything you might need. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the king size bed was very comfortable for us both. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels, and everything was perfectly clean. We will stay again when we return to Oahu.

Great location near many beaches on the north shore. Very short walk across golf course to quiet beach or slightly longer walk to busier resort beach with good snorkeling. My wife and I really enjoyed our dinner Roy Yamaguchi’s Beach House restaurant at Turtle Bay resort. The photos do not do the listing justice, it is a very comfortable size for two adults. Bed is comfortable, AC works well enough although it is fairly loud (window unit in bedroom, floor standing unit in living room). Noise was not a problem for us. We only really used AC at night for sleeping, otherwise we had the front and rear slider doors open which gave a nice cross breeze and the temp was comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied with utensils and pots and pans and Tupperware. Ground coffee and filters were provided which was a nice touch, and it was good coffee, too. Basic spices (salt, pepper etc) were also provided. Plenty of beach towels and linens. Folding beach chairs and a cooler were also provided which we used often. There is an area with lots of food trucks, shops, beer garden, etc. in Kahuku, about a 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic.

My wife and I spent a week at the condo. We brought our road bikes along and biked in the mornings and spent afternoons at the beach. The condo was perfect for our needs. The enclosed deck was nice for privacy eating meals out there and gave us a place to store the bikes. The unit was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again. Everything went smooth from booking to check in.

This is a ground floor unit that is quite spacious. The owner has thought of everything. The laundry/drier/dishwasher are new appliances . The bathroom is updated and even has a foot stool for kids. Lots of space to unpack it you desire. My 2 kids slept on the pull out coach comfortably. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice front patio with beach supplies. The condo complex is quiet and you can easily access turtle bay resort. We walked over to Lei lei’s (restaurant at the tbay golf course) for dinner outside. Went mountain biking. This is a nice apartment that we will try to rent again.

Anyone who says the bed doesn’t matter because you’re going to be outdoors during your stay anyway obviously doesn’t appreciate a good nights rest. The king mattress is very comfortable & there were plenty of extra pillows. The location on the north shore is perfect, walking distance to the beach & Turtle Bay Resort Hotel. Quick drive to all the north shore has to offer. The hospitality was above expectations with coffee, chocolates & basic spices for cooking. Amazing towels & beach toys too. The pool location to the condo is ideal. Clean, comfortable, safe, lovely condo. Honestly, one of my best VRBO stays & I use VRBO often. Aloha!

We had a wonderful stay for our family of four. Walking to Kuilima Cove to snorkel, swim and sunbathe was the highlight! Yet there were many other lovely things to do at Turtle Bay in a short walk or drive from the condo: hiking to Pill Box along the shoreline/horse stable trail, swimming in the pool, watching sunsets on short walks around the complex, and eating garlic shrimp and shaved ice at food trucks nearby. All so fun! We’d stay at this condo again anytime!

Our experience with this rental property was great! Beautiful property and perfect location, walking distance to the beach, Roy’s and lei lei’s. All instructions were clear and property was exactly as advertised. Everything was smooth from our arrival to our checkout. We stayed during the Fourth of July holiday and reached out for ideas on where to watch fireworks and we got an immediate response with perfect options! Owners were very communicative and helpful which we appreciated greatly! The house came equipped with everything needed for the beach! There were tennis rackets available for us to use as well (two of the four rackets left black stains on our hands and may need to be replaced….but a very minor issue) We would definitely come back and stay here again.

After spending a few nights in a Waikiki hotel, it was so refreshing to get to the condo. The hosts had thought of many amenities (coffee, beach towels, toys etc) that made our stay easy. We never used the pool because we ended up at the beach multiple times a day. It was a 10Ish minute walk to the beach. With 2 small kids it was nice to have so much space outside of the condo for them to run around.

Wonderful quiet location to get away. We loved our stay at this unit it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the quiet beaches that were tucked away around unit on either side of Turtle Bay. Often saw only a few other people on the beach. Note for future visitors that close eating options is limited, and what is available closes early. Not a negative at all towards the property just something to be aware and prepared for.
