Host was very communicative even though he was on vacation himself. First time in this unit but have stayed in theses condos before. Love the BBQ on the lanai. Lots of beach toys we appreciated.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was as pictured, and from the moment we walked in it felt like home. The beds were very comfortable, as well as the living room furniture. Kitchen was clean with great work space. We had everything we could possibly need.
The sunset views from the lanai were amazing! It was also fun to just relax and enjoy watching the birds, and hilariously, the wild goats that come and go on the golf course.
Since we were so off course from our regular schedule at home and work, I woke repeatedly throughout the night. I loved just stepping out of bed and onto the lanai to enjoy the night skies, or early morning coffee as the sun rose.
There were ample supplies of beach toys, as well as a nice size cooler. We especially appreciated this since we were at beaches every day, all day.
We would HIGHLY recommend doing the manta ray dive. It was an experience none of us will forget! You can also walk down to the viewing deck at the Outrigger to just watch the mantas come in.
We like the relaxed and more private location of this property. We put many, many miles on our rental jeep, since we wanted to do a lot of exploring, including hidden beaches.
It was very warm in the condo, but our understanding is that this is the way it is on this island with no A/C. No problem at all. There were more than enough fans to keep us comfortable.
I'll just say, no complainers allowed here, please, because we loved it and want it to stay the same!

Great spot with beautiful views. Nice quite area. Has a few quirks: ceiling vent van doesnt work, some tower fans dont work, dishwasher is a bit weird, and nats are crazy. Must be ok with geckos. You want them around! Would be a repeat stay.

We especially enjoyed having 3 bathrooms,& comfortable beds. We were pleasantly surprised that the barbecue had been replaced . The wonderful pool & hot tub was also put to good use almost daily

The complex, grounds and the pool are all very nice but the condo is beginning to look quite tired and in need of updating. We previously came to this condo in 2016 and to be honest nothing has changed since then.
Some of the linens and towels although clean have staining.
Our biggest and most serious concern are the beds in the loft area.
My daughters used these beds and within a few days my daughter had a painful and stiff neck due to the mattress which appears to be either totally worn out or of very inferior quality. Her neck was so sore she attended a walk in clinic and a local massage therapist.
On returning home the pain had spread from her neck into her shoulder and down her arm and she spent the night in the ER where after extensive tests revealed she now has a long thoracic nerve injury which may take up to 12 months to heal.

We enjoyed our stay at this property over spring break. It’s at a very convenient location with snorkeling tours just around the corner. The 3 bedroom condo offers enough space for everyone, with ocean view from lanai. The property has been recently renovated and we arrived with the comfort of feeling at home. The owner is also very accommodating with a last minute request for change. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us!

The condo had a very nice location with a beautiful balcony and a view of the ocean off in the distance. The condo was very well equipped with everything you would possibly need. That was a very nice touch. The condo is located right on the Kona country club golf course. This did mean that lawn mowers are running every other day very early in the morning just after sunrise. Other than that, all of us and our family enjoyed our stay. The pool was very nice as well as was the spa too.

Lots of room when our family visited. Condo complex was very quiet during our six week stay. Lots of beach equipment provided. We had a great stay. I would highly recommend.

Unit is nice; however, it is poorly maintained. The advertised ventilation system was not working. We found out from the owner it hadn't worked for a year. 3 ceiling fans were broken, and about half of the floor fans weren't working. It is a very hot unit without ventilation.
Additionally, 3 days before we arrived we were notified the pool was under construction. We were very disappointed.
Finally, about 1/4 of the verticle blind slats were missing in the master bedroom, which made privacy from the deck impossible.
The place has a lovely floorplan and could have been amazing if it had been maintained better.

The condo was great for our family vacation (4 adult children, my wife and I). Plenty of room and every necessary condiment and supply to make it feel like home. Cor was very easy to reach and communicate with. Really nice having a reserved parking space, we have been at others where we had to drive around when we got back at night to find a space. Great location, we walked to our night manta ray tour. Two of our kids are runners and they said the location was great for both easy and strenuous runs. Best part was the lanai, looking over a golf course with a nice ocean view. I had breakfast out there every morning. We highly recommend this condo.

We absolutely loved this condo, check in was easy, he made gave very clear instructions on how to get there which made it super smooth finding the place. The location was a prime location. Sunsets were amazing, we spent most the time out on the Lanai. It did get pretty hot with out a/c but there was plenty of fans provided for each room. There was a few minor hiccups but Cornelis was very attentive and easy to contact. Definitely would stay here again.

We have two teenage boys who need their space. This condo worked very well for our stay. Its like a second home with everything you need to enjoy your Hawaii vacation except AC. My teenagers did not appreciate sleeping without air-conditioning. There were multiple fans available in the condo which helped to keep us cool at night. However, to be fair the listing does state there is no AC, so I knew what I was booking. Other than no AC it was perfect for our family.

This is a great place if you need a lot of space. Home has all the toys, chairs and snorkelers that you would need. This place also had the most kitchen equipment, pans, cups etc that I have ever had in a rental. Could not have asked for a better place to stay on the island!

Great location convenient to beaches/bays to the south and to the north. Pool and hot tub were outstanding! The condo is the perfect size, and most of it has been updated. You can see the ocean from the lanai. There is no AC, which was not an issue the first few weeks of our month long stay, but the last week we noticed more humidity.

The Condo was well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Plenty of beach toys, floaties, chairs, snorkel gear etc. Beds were comfortable condo was clean. Lanai was huge and the view was great! No AC was ok for this time of year. Plenty of fans and cross breeze. The pool was nice, just a lot of rules if you have small children. It is more of an "adult only pool." We would defiantly stay here again!

The condo was perfect for our group! The lanai was large enough for the six of us to relax in the morning to start our day and talk about our adventures at the end of the day. The beach equipment being there was an extra bonus!

This is a great condo for your Kona stay. The condo fit our family wonderfully and had everything we needed to relax after a day at the beach. The sunset views were beautiful and we really enjoyed the lanai for dinner and breakfast. Lots of snorkel and beach gear. Perfect location!

My family had a wonderful and beautiful stay. We were able to travel all over the island and come back to a relaxing setting. The snorkel gear, view, television, sleeping space, and kitchen were perfect in keeping my large family entertained. We were overall very happy with the ideal location of the place near Kona and Keauhou Bay. 10 out of 10 would come back and recommend!

Now I would say that the bugs were a no go for me and the heat was an obstacle, there were ceiling fans in every room but still very hot. It also could've been cleaner as I had to sweep, vacuum and wipe down the kitchen but all and all Beautiful place to stay.

The space was perfect for my family & me. It was very comfortable, spacious and close to everything. There was more than enough space for 4 adults & 2 kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the bbq grill on the lanai was a plus.
The overhead roof fan was broken and the blinds in the second bedroom, but that didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves.
I would also like to apologize for the children sneaking out to the pool after hours and having the pool key taken away. They were definitely grounded the rest of the stay (cell phones & other electronics take away) until now.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Our grandkids love the pool and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook great meals. Cornelius was an excellent host and we found him to be more than fair when some unexpected things came up and some of our plans had to change during our trip. The only thing that was unfortunate was that one bedroom had traffic noise.
