The set up of this property is ideal. It's so nice to wander out the front and down to the beach. There's a great little restaurant around the corner on the beach. There's a shopping plaza with grocery store walking distance. The unit had everything we needed.

This property is conveniently located to enjoy the beach, food, shopping, etc. nearby in Kapaa. It is also 1 to 1.5 hours from this location to the furthest point north and “south” around the Nā Pali coast. I would absolutely recommend this location for anyone visiting Kauai for the first time who is looking to visit each part of the island during their trip.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hoover’s condo in Lae Nani. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Communication leading up and to during our stay was fantastic. Beautiful view out onto the lush grounds and ocean beyond. Nice lanai to sit and have coffee in the morning. Beautiful spot to watch the sunrise just steps away. Plenty of parking right in front. Excellent location for exploring all parts of the island. Highly recommend the short walk to Lava Lava beach club for dinner on the beach and nice live music.

This is our 3rd time to Kauai. The location was superb (can get to Poipu in about 30 minutes and an hour to Ke’e Beach. The unit was well stocked with supplies and felt like home. We would definitely would return here.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! The condo far exceeded our expectations. Not only was it steps away from the beach, it was immaculate and extremely well stocked with everything you need. Ralph and Elizabeth did an amazing job with making it feel like you’re at home when you stay here. We felt like it was our private slice of paradise. We’d give them 10 stars for a wonderful stay! We travel a lot and we travel all over the world. We stay in VRBO’s and other home sites and hands down LaeNani soared to the top of our list. Ralph and Elizabeth have literally thought of everything and staying in their dream place made you feel like you were living in paradise. You literally only need to show up with a bathing suit, and some shorts, load the Shaka app on your phone and then fall in love with Kauai. The location, the complex, the beach, the pool, the grounds…perfection. I was very concerned about not having a/c in July, please don’t worry, follow the directions and you will be just fine. Thank you for sharing your place, we can’t wait to come back and see the northern side of the island.

I did not know our stay would be as beautiful as this condo was. We had an AMAZING ocean view. The amenities available were great with everything we basically needed. Both my daughter and I enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect for exploring both the north and south/west sides of the island. The view was beautiful. Loved having a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed this home away home and the host didn’t miss a thing in making sure you had everything you needed. Perfect location and enjoyed my coffee every morning watching the peaceful Pacific Ocean. Never heard a lot of overhead noise at all or noise from next door. Loved it and would recommend this to any.

We've stayed in quite a few VRBOs and this is one of the best. The owners really have thought have everything. They provide everything you could need, the place is spotless upon arrival, the location is incredible, and the view from the patio can't be beat. We had the best time. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Wake up each morning and walk outside to the glorious sounds of the ocean and a view that will make you never want to leave. True Hawaii bliss! Not to mention the condo itself is well taken care of, the hosts are easy to communicate with, and the resort-like feel makes this a must-book accommodation! We will definitely be booking again on our next Kauai Trip!

My husband and I have been visiting Kauai for years and always stay at Lae Nani. This was our best experience thus far. Ralph and Elizabeth go above and beyond in their communication and make you feel welcome from the time you arrive on the island. The place is as advertised with lots of amenities that makes it feel like home! It was so helpful to have the itemized amenities list sent prior to our trip so we knew exactly what we needed/ didn’t need to bring. We are looking forward to visiting again and staying at the Hoovers.

We’ve waited for almost 3 years to celebrate our 50th anniversary. This condo was worth the wait. It was beautiful and peaceful and just a wonderful place to “hang out” and relax.
The owner was always just a text away anytime we had any questions. He was always so very helpful and nice about it. I never was made to feel like my questions/ issues were bothering him. We cannot wait to go back!!!

We absolutely loved our 9 night stay at Lae Nani 317. Elizabeth and Ralph made the process so easy and communicated frequently and provided an excellent guidebook that answered so many questions. We felt it was a great location on the island. It was a very comfortable stay. We loved the property and all of its amenities. Reasonably priced and worth every penny. Would highly recommend!

This is a lovely unit in a desirable and quiet location. We have stayed at various units at Lea Nani for several years, and this place tops them all. Great decor, giving it a very homey feel. Also, the communication between owners and information provided for our stay was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back!

This was a wonderful place to stay with every amenity you might want. The perks of a full kitchen seem to include previous guests paying it forward with foodstuff that they overbuy, from white wine to pink Himalayan sea salt! We loved the Lava Lava bar/restaurant nearly next door, but our favorite thing was the view from the lanai which was wonderful any day, all day!

This condo is one of the best places we have ever stayed in Hawaii or anywhere! Everything about it is clean, convenient, comfortable, and cool. We ate dinner on the lanai each night because it was such a great view and atmosphere. Quiet complex, gorgeous property, well-equipped with everything we needed and more! Even laundry tabs and condiments and everything for the beach. Ralph and Elizabeth are very responsive and gracious. Great directions for everything we’re provided as well. We didn’t want to leave!
